My iPod turned off and it will not turn back on or connect to iTunes.

I was writing a note in my iPod Touch & it just shut off on me. The battery was fully charged, and now it will not turn on or connect to iTunes. I only had my iPod for 3 months... I do not know what to do..

Try a hard reset. If that does not work, contact Apple and get it serviced.
Basic troubleshooting steps.

i locked it and when i tried to unlock it my touch screen wouldnt work.
i tried reseting it by pressing the home button and the power button.
it started to reboot then froze on the apple logo screen.

Hi Everyone, I am a grandmother who is very new to these smartphones. I got one of the droid incrdible 2's by HTC. The phone was working fine until one night I turned it off and went to bed. Upon waking found the phone would not turn back on??? Has anyone had this problem??? I mean I get nothing!!! It powers on or something because if you look real close you can see the screen is barely lit. You can make out a blue looking screen, no apps or nothing. I have tried taking out the battery and I just do not know where to go from here. If anyone can help me please direct message me. The same thing is happening with mine. Went to the Verizon store ... said it was a faulty battery. Low and behold none of the stores in my area even had a battery in stock. Have had to wait 5 days for it to come in the mail. Cost me over $30!!!!!! Anyway ... after about 15 min.of the rep trying different things, the phone finally came on .... barely. He told me to keep it plugged in. It actually started working fine for almost a week ... now its doing it again. Battery came today .. gonna give it a try. Apparently this is an issue with ALOT of people with this phone. WHY DOESN'T VERIZON ADDRESS IT!?
Makes me rethink my choices when my contract is up in February. May do some shopping for a different carrier! I have been a Verizon customer for forever ... you would think they would make this right!

Plug it into power for at least 15 minutes. If it doesn't automatically come on, try a reset... press the home and sleep (on/off) buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

Battery dead?
Plug it into the charger that came with the iPhone and plug that into a known good wall outlet. Leave it plugged in for 20 minutes. Then while still plugged in reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

HT201401 since iSO 7.02 update bluetooth with my car is no longer working at all. also can no longer access my mail! the browser is turned off and I can not turn it back on!!!!!

last week my phone was automatically updated after a trip to Europe, now I can no longer access gmail because the browser capability for cookies has been turned off and I can NOT get it back on. As far as automatic update, the iOS cannot be updated without user intervention, so it could not have been automatically updated.
You need to provide more information about your mail. Does this mean you cannot access the Mail app, you cannot download mail, or what? Not sure why you cannot access the cookies setting in Safari. Go to Settings>Safari>Block Cookies>set to what you want.
Problems with 3rd party Bluetooth devices, such as car audio, etc., generally has to do with vehicle manufacturers not providing updates to match the current Bluetooth stacks that are found in today's phones. You can go into the phone and remove the pairing for the car, and then go into car settings and remove the iphone. Then put both devices back into pairing mode and attempt to connect them again. Macbook air's fan not turning off and it will not sleep when the lid is closed?

I downloaded OS X Mavericks yesterday.The fan will not turn off. It runs whenever i turn on the computer. The computer does not turn off when i close the lid, and the fan still runs. There is also no battery icon anymore on my home screen. Is this just a bug with Mavericks? My computer is a mid 2012 edition.

If Apple serviced the phone, there is a 90 days warranty on the repair. Bring it back and let them check the phone.

IPhone 5 turns off and then does not turn back on easily

My iPhone 5 was working great, that is until I woke up this morning. It was fine and then about 30 minutes later it just turned off and would not turn back on. I tried a hard reboot and no luck. I went out to the support communities and found where someone suggested toggling the silent button on and off. I did that and it came back on. But, it was only on for about 4-5 minutes and turned off again. I was able to get it to turn back on again, did a back-up and upgraded to the new iOS. After the update the phone was fine while it was plugged in. I then unplugged it and it turned off again a 4-5 minutes later.
I was able to get it turned back on again after many attempts and did a factory reset and wiped the device. Once again, once I unplugged the device it died shortly after that.
This tells me that with the newest iOS and the phone returned to factory settings, I'm really thinking a hardware issue.
Anyone else having this problem?

My Iphone 4s suddenly turned off, and now will not reset. I've done recovery 15 times and each time it says it has failed and prompts me to do it again! Help!!!

Today my phone was working perfectly, about 2 days after updating to IOS 7.0.3. I came back to my desk, and then the screen wouldn't turn back on. After I plugged it into my Imac at work, it gave me the silver apple sign, but then it would turn off, then apple back on, then off... and so on...
I read all of these posts on the community, so I did the reset (did all sorts of variations from 10 seconds to a full minute) seconds while holding power and the home button... nothing. Then tried a reboot by holding for 10 seconds, letting go of power, and then plugging my phone into my computer which prompted the itunes and plug sign on the screen, which also prompted Itunes to do a recovery. Went through recovery, and it FAILED. I've done this cycle now 15 times, on 2 different computers, one an Imac, and one my windows laptop at home. Tried with an old version of Itunes, and an updated Itunes.... NOTHING WORKS! Do I have to drive 3 hours to have an apple store look at it???? Help!!

The error on the Mac is odd though. 2100 is not in the article. What version of the Mac Operating system are you running?
