MY ITUNES GIFT CARD DOES NOT WORK. FOR 3 DAYS I'VE BEEN TRYING TO BUY SONGS, AND IT DOES NOT WORK. I NEED A PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE.

THIS IS LIKE THE FOURTH TIME I AM WRITING ABOUT THIS. FOR THREE DAYS I'VE BEEN TRYING TO BUY SONGS PAYING WITH AN ITUNES GIFT CARD, I DID SIGN IN, PUT THE CODE OF THE CARD WHERE IT SAID "REDEEM", AND IN ITUNES, NEXT TO MY SIGN IN NAME, APEAR THE $15. OF MY CARD, BUT WHEN I CLICK THE SONG I WANT TO BUY, IT ASK ME AGAIN FOR MY PASSWORD, THEN FOR A SECURITY QUESTIONS WHICH I DON'T KNOW, IS EITHER THAT OF ASK MY TO UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD INFO, "BUT" I'M NOT PAYING WITH MY CREDIT CARD.
PLEASE, HOW CAN I BUY THE SONGS USING MY ITUNES GIFT CARD PLAIN AND EASY??????
I NEED A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL SOMEONE IN APPLE/ITUNES WHO REALLY KNOW HOW TO DO THIS,.
I AM WRITING FROM MASSACHUSETTS.

There isn't a phone number for iTunes Support.
If you've forgotten your answers to your security questions then you can get them reset : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions
If you have a credit card on your account then its details have to complete - and asking for their details is also a way of checking that you have a valid billing address in that country. As long as you are buying content for yourself and not trying to gift content (you can't use your balance for gifting) then the purchase price (plus any applicable taxes) should be deducted from your balance.
