My Order is Cancelled Again

So again, for the last two years or so each and every order I place online is cancelled by Bestbuy because BestBuy was unable to verify my information. I am wondering why I waste my time. I called in 2013 to have that fixed, no rep. was able (willing?) to help. How frustrating!
BestBuy, do you want my money or would you like me to order on Amazon.com?
Please, is there anybody who can help? Any idea why my orders are systematically cancelled only a few minutes after they were placed?
Thanks,

Hello Breizhus,
Learning that an order you placed has been cancelled is never a pleasant discovery, so I can imagine how disappointed you must feel. I'd be frustrated too if I found myself in a similar situation, especially if phone support reps weren't able to offer any immediate answers or a solution.
When we say your order was cancelled because we were unable to verify your information, it generally means that something on your order is not matching up as it should. This can be anything from a simple spelling error (or incorrect abbreviation) to the billing address on your BestBuy.com account not matching the billing address for the provided method of payment. This could also include trying to ship a product under a personal account to a business address. If you haven't already done so, I would recommend reviewing the information currently tied to your BestBuy.com account to make sure that it is correct.
That being said, I have reached out to our order support team to see if they're able to shed any additional light on the situation. While I cannot guarantee an immediate response, rest assured that I will let you know via private message as soon as an update is available. To check your PMs, simply sign into the forum and then click on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Order canceled AGAIN!

Everytime I ordered online using my paypal , I always get the message that my order has been canceled minutes after I make a succesful payment. Last week I saw a printer on sale and bought it online , CANCELLED! , Today my kids want ps4 and ordered online , CANCELLED AGAIN! . I even called paypal and they confirm that the problem is not on their end . I called bestbuy customer service and they have no idea whats going on. They even suggested to check out as "guest" and I blame myself for believing them because It end up getting cancelled again. I even make another bestbuy account and sadly that didnt work either
Now my paypal account has more than $600 on pending account meaning ,like myself who has only a small credit limit on paypal , I have to wait until that pending accound goes back to my account so I can use my paypal to buy ps4. Worst thing was , customer service promise me 40 dollar gift card for the incovenience and its been 5 hours now and still no sign of gift card thats coming my way.

    Hello dythan2005,
As I make the majority of my larger purchases online, I know shopping online should be relatively easy and stress-free. It was very nice of you to buy your children a new PS4, and I’m sure they were heartbroken when your order didn’t process as anticipated. I’m sorry for any disappointment this may have caused, especially if we failed to give you an exact reason as to why your orders were canceled.
While never ideal, there are times where we need to cancel an order from our end. It could be due to something like the shipping address not being recognized by the mail carrier to the billing information not matching what your issuing bank as on file. In your case though, it’s not easily discernable as to what is causing your orders to cancel, so I’m reaching out to our internal support team for further assistance. I hope to have some answers for you within the next couple of business days (if not sooner).
    Thank you for your patience,

  • Iphone 6 was mysteriously cancelled, reordered, and cancelled again all by the system

I am a new verizon wireless customer nearing the end of my at&t billing cycle. I haven't even received my phones yet but I have already had the worse experience ever.
I ordered two iphones on 9/13 when the delievery date was still set at 9/19 in stores and I also ordered a samsung s5 which was shipped to my brother within days. The 9/19 delivery date was crucial since my brother's account would start earlier and we are supposed to be sharing 10 gigs of data. The sales associate was able to credit us $30 to compensate for the preorder delivery date not aligning with our plan's start date.
However when 9/19 came along and no phones were delivered to my house, I checked online and my order was now set to be delivered by 10/7. I went to the verizon store immediately and the manager apologized and said he couldn't do anything and that it was just very backordered. Everything was still okay with me at this point since I understood the iphone being in high demand.
Then the crazy things happened. On 9/23, I received email saying that my preorders were cancelled. I NEVER cancelled them. An hour later, I was emailed receipts saying that I had gone into the verizon store and ordered two new iphones that day BUT I never did this either. Than, another hour passes and I receive emails saying the two phones I had 'supposedly' ordered that day were also cancelled. Lastly, I get an email saying one of my phones has shipped and is supposed to come on 9/19 but at this point, it was already 9/23.
After a stream of all these emails, I headed into the store the next day to figure out what the heck had happened. According the manager, the sales people whose names were on the receipts of our 'supposed' orders did not even work at that store. He also suspected hackers had somehow done this. After numerous phone calls to customer service and hours sitting at the store, we were able to reorder the iphones..but with a later delivery date of course.
    * I would like to mention that the manager and sales person were extremely kind and helpful but they could only do so much.
Now, my mom and I are looking at either days with no cell phones (while we wait for our iphone 6's to arrive) or paying an additional month for at&t WHILE paying for verizon already since my brother's contract has already started.
I really hope verizon will actually look into my situation because this was definitely an internal issue. While I know other people's phones have been mysteriously cancelled, I do not know of anyone who's account has gone through so much strange activity as mine.

I also pre-ordrered on 9/12 a 128GB Gold 6 Plus. When ordering, it gave me the option to Bill to Account, which I did for about 1/2 the price of the phone. Little did I know that when Verizon tried to ship the phone, it attempted to charge my bank act the ENTIRE AMOUNT of the phone!! Well, there wasn't enough money in my checking acct for that, only what I had originally planned on paying outright, $250. So because of that, the order didn't go through and Verizon CANCELLED MY PRE-ORDER! I never got an email or anything. I was SUPPOSED to get my phone by 10/3 or something like that.
On 10/1, I called Verizon and asked  them where my phone was in the queue. The Rep tells me that my order was cancelled and why (I didn't know any of the above information when I first called). and didn't I get an email alerting me to such? NO!!! Boy was I mad!! Still am very upset with how this whole pre-order thing was handled. My Sister-in-law walked INTO a Verizon Store  (or maybe Best Buy) ON LAUNCH DAY and got a new iPhone 6! Here I am almost 2 months later, a Verizon Customer since 2008 and I am STILL WAITING!! I was so very angry but didn't lose my cool. The Rep offered me a $25 inconvenience credit on my bill, which I gladly accepted!
I ended up ordering again on 10/1....I JUST got shipment notice today that my IPhone 6 Plus 128GB in Gold is shipping out so hopefully it'll be in my hands on Monday!!!! I'd call Verizon and ask them why your order was cancelled, they'll be able to help you faster than waiting for a Rep to answer you here and ask about getting an inconvenience credit

  • Orders being canceled immediately?

This is the first time that I am experiencing this from BestBuy, I have tried to place an order from BestBuy and immediately, I received both order confirmation email and cancellation email stating that:
"We're sorry, but an item on your order placed on November 29, 2014 has been canceled because we were unable to verify your information."
I thought I made an mistake on the address so I carefully verify the addresses and placed another order again. Immedidately, I received the same exact cancellation email again. So I called BestBuy customer care and the representative verified my account and item availability and ensured that my info is correct and item is availabie for purchase. I was advised to use a different credit card for the purchase. I did what was instructed and that cancellation email comes again immedidately right after I click on the submit order botton. This is frustrating, it seems like I am banned from make purchase online in BestBuy. I hope someone from BestBuy can help and let me know what is the information that BestBuy is trying to verify.
    Thanks,

    Hello dontknowa,
I can imagine how disappointed you must have felt to learn that your order was cancelled! I'd be disheartened too if the same thing happened to me, especially if the cancellation reason provided wasn't exactly clear.
When we say we were unable to verify your information, it generally means that something on your order is not matching up as it should. This can be anything from a simple spelling error (or incorrect abbreviation) to the billing address on your BestBuy.com account not matching the billing address for the provided method of payment. This could also include trying to ship a product under a personal account to a business address. Additionally, as explained in BestBuy.com's Conditions of Use, remember that Best Buy reserves the right to reject any order you place with us:
BestBuy.com > Help Center > Conditions of Use
    http://bbyurl.us/CoU
That said, I'd encourage you to double-check your account details when you can, as well as verify that you've provided a valid U.S. residential shipping address. It's also my understanding that a member of our support team is looking further into this situation on your behalf, so please make sure to keep an eye out for additional communication in the next few business days.
Thanks for your understanding, as well as for taking the time to post.

  • Production order being cancelled

I am notcing on SAPB1 that I am finding production orders being cancelled. I can't understand why this is happening.  I noticed a few users who names appeared would not have access to cancelling these orders.
    Thanks

Hello again Marc...maybe a bit of explanation and background since you are new to SAP B1 (I responded to your September posting in the training section a bit ago).
All historial tables in SAP B1 start with an "A".  These historical tables contain some of the informatioin you see when you use the command line Tools > Change Log (for instance when you have a Sales Order being displayed or maybe some other other document/window).
So to see all of the historical tables you have available to you in SAP B1, do the following:
On the command line (top line of screen) select Tools > Queries > Query Generator.  Once you have the Query Generator up, enter "A*" in the upper left hand corner (the asterik brings up all tables starting with A). Use the "Tab" key on your keyboard and a new smaller window will appear called "Choose From List", and you will see all of the historical tables (change log) information you have available for you to write queries in order to find the type of information you are looking for.  If you double click on the word "Description" in the "Choose From List" window it will sort the tables in alpabetical order by name under that column.  Scroll down to find "Production Orders" and...
Sorry to say, Production Orders are not there - why SAP does not have a historical table of changes to a production order is not known to me.  It is even more suprising when you consider that Production Orders have a financial and reporting impact.  But that is for SAP to answer why there is no Prod Ord history.
I guess in short terms, there is no way to find out who cancelled a production order.
However, if you are planning on doing other research into other documents (ie, Sales Orders, AP Invoices, etc) that have changed, you might need to have special transaction codes to really decipher the results.  That is a whole other topic.
How are the new digs going?
    Good Luck - Zal

  • My order is cancelled

HelloYou said my offer was canceled but my account is debited IPlease see my order again.15 March 2014 10:58Order Number: {removed per forum guidelines}-thank you

    Hello Flore,
Welcome to the forum. I’m sorry to hear that the online computer order you placed with one of our Marketplace vendors was cancelled.  I would be frustrated too if I found out that I was charged for an order I wasn’t going to get.
As this is troubling, I pulled up the order number you provided to see what was going on. After review, I’ve noticed that we never received payment for the order as it was cancelled prior to collecting it.  When orders are first placed on BestBuy.com, a pending authorization will show up on your bank card to make sure funds are available for the order until it is fulfilled, at which point the authorization drops off and the collection charge appears. As we didn’t receive payment, your statement is likely showing the pending authorization, which should drop off your account according to your own bank’s policies, usually within 5 to 7 business days.
Having said this, I noticed that your order was cancelled on our end.  I’m looking into this further and will send you a private message once more information becomes available. When you receive it, please be sure you are logged into the forum and click on the envelope in the upper right-hand corner.
    Thanks for posting!

  • Ordered through bestbuy.com and my order was canceled very unfairly

I feel like the order was canceled very unfairly. The price was great and that is why I purchased it. I ordered the product because because it was such a great price. It was canceled for no reason and no reason is being given or anything is being done. I did receive a refund but i wanted the product that was being offered for that price. How is it fair to have something available for purchase and being charged for it only to be told that i can't buy it when it was listed in stock for that price. I feel like I should have received the item for the price that the company has it listed for. I will be filling out a complaint with the Better Business Bereau if this is not resolved properly. I have contacted customer service with no resolve of the issue just an answer of oh well that's tough sorry. My order money is {removed per forum guidelines}. Thank you.
Here is copy of the email that was sent to me:
We're sorry, but the item listed below has been canceled.
Please note that this cancellation might affect your order's free shipping eligibility, bundle pricing, or gift-with-purchase eligibility.
If you have any questions about the reason for this cancellation — or if you'd like help finding a similar item — please contact us at

I am sorry to hear that your HP Geeksqauad Refurbished desktop was cancelled. I understand that you want to know the status of the cancellation.
I was able to check order online. I apologize but the reason for cancellation was not specified in our system. I suggest you try to purchase item instore to complete the order.
We appreciate your loyalty as our My Best Buy member.

    Hello jddelaney,
Having an order cancelled is an unhappy experience to be sure. I've had it happen to me too and it's always aggravating. I very much regret that we disappointed you with the cancellation of your recent order.
Using the information you provided in your message I was able to review your order. It appears to have been canceled due to an error on our website. According to the Conditions of Use of BestBuy.com:
Despite our best efforts, rarely an item in our catalog may not be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order or we may contact you for instructions on the order.
Please know that I'm very grateful that you brought your concerns to our attention.

  • Order get cancelled, my mover's coupon and points got messed up.

i placed a order online for an open-box moto360. The price was good, so i redeemed my points into a certificate and made a order.
Everything went well till my order got cancelled.
Bestbuy returned my certificate as a promotion code and nothing else!
My mover coupon cannot be used again! Also i have to use my promotion code in one month or it will get expired.
I saved my points for my fav stuffs and now it will expired in one month.
now i just want my point back and get my mover's coupon back.

Greetings syt1100, and welcome to the Best Buy forum,
I can imagine your surprise to find that after your order was cancelled the Mover's Coupon was not reissued and a digital coupon was issued rather than points.  The Mover's Coupon was not reissued after your order was cancelled because it cannot be reissued.  It is a one-time use coupon.
While it is not all that common, there are times where a My Best Buy™ certificate will be reissued in the form of a digital coupon following a return/cancellation rather than just reissuing the points.  That is done because it can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's account and the digital coupon allows for a quicker turnaround since you were trying to place an order.  If you have decided to wait and not place a second order, then the expiration date could potentially pose a problem.
I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced and would like to go over your My Best Buy™ account with you to see if there are any other questions I can help answer.  To accomplish that, I will be sending you a private message.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the little yellow envelope at the top of the page.

  • How Sales Order Created,Cancelled

    Hi Experts
Can any one explain me on
How a Sales Order is Created and Line Items are included to the Sales Order
How the Created Sales Are Cancelled and How does
What happens a Sales Order is cancelled at Header Level...technicall speaking all the line items in that sales order will also be cancelled
When i checked the Change Logs are Header Level for a particular Sales Order it is displaying that sales order is cancelled
But when i check the Change logs at litem level the cancelled info is not replicated
How does this whole sales order is processed.......
In which tables (I checked CDHDR,CDPOS)...THESE SALES ORDER ARE SAVE
    THANKS in advance

    hi,
the first option is the right one. the FM invoked makes a direct input, so all the functionalities in S.O. are the standard one in the same way as if you are making it manually.
Also you can have some exits in the Idoc FM, so you can manipulate data there before loading the sales order.
    pls. reward if helpful

  • When sales order get cancelled

    Hi Gurus
Please explain the  process when sales order is created for 10 QTY and production order released for 10 qty and all operations confirmed for 5 QTy & moved to FG remaining  5 no qty is in WIP, so then sales order get cancelled, and got another new sales order with different specifications with same qty.
now i want convert the cancelled sales order qty to new sales order qty
please explain me step by step
    with Regards
    Laxmipathi.G.V

    Hi
Anyway you were doing the Activity confirmation for the 5 quantities at the operation stage.
so the component only consumed for this production .when you check the material document for the particular confimation . you can see the component was consumbed. ( 261 movement)
So you do the reverse the confirmation at the operation stage  CO13 . and you can reverse the components back to the production storage location back. (movement type 262)

  • My iPhone 6 order was canceled without my permission and without reason or explanation. I have had a verizon cell phone for 13 years and have gotten your cable/internet/phone when i moved out on my own because i had been so happy with the experience i had

I have had a verizon cell phone for 13 years and have gotten your cable/internet/phone when i moved out on my own because i had been so happy with the experience i had with the cell phone service. i ordered my new iPhone 6 on October 6th along with my husband. i was told by the sales associate at the vierzon store where i placed the order that it would ship a week before halloween. instead of a shipping confirmation, i received an email a week before halloween letting me know that my order had been placed on 10/24/14. i thought this was weird, but figured i could weight another week or two, no big deal. my husband got his phone in the mail yesterday. still no sign of mine. then this morning i got an email letting me know that my order was cancelled and if id like to place another order for a phone, then i can go back to the store and do so. why would i want to go through another month of this??? verzon lost my order. i never canceled it and i am beyond annoyed. i am looking to switch my entire house to another provider. this is ridiculous.

i did not get any reasons or explanations. the email just stated that my order was canceled and that it won't be posted to my credit card (i have more than enough to cover the cost, so that is not the issue). also my husbands phone was paid for from the same card moments before me. my balance is always paid automatically and on time. so that couldn't be the reason either. that's what so frustrating is because they didn't explain what happened. this is what the email read exactly:
"This email is to confirm that your order has been cancelled; you have not been billed for this merchandise.
If you would like to place a new order, you may do so by visiting your local retail store or going online to www.verizonwireless.com.
Business customers should refer back to their local Verizon Wireless Sales Representative if you have any questions or would like to place a new order.
Thank you, and we look forward to your business in the future.
    Verizon Wireless"
it almost feels like its saying that i canceled it and that this was to confirm that i did. but i didn't cancel anything.

hello! My iMac frozed and I had to switch the electricty supply off and on in order to start again the system, with the problem that the screen looks wierd, I tried to calibrate it... doesnt works any suggestion?

Dear Paul, thank you very much for your time and answer, I followed those steps, somehow it helped the performance of my Imac, is faster now, but the screen issue about the very High contrast colours is still there. Since I am a photographer I am very depending on the screen calibration. I am worried that I came to damage the video card when I shut down the computer from the swicth when It was frozed.

I have the same problem. Firefox won't unload regardless of how long I wait. Literally hours ... I must go in and 'end the process'. This has been a real hassle for a while now. Even considered giving up on firefox. Please look into this! An additional problem; I have to run firefox to get the updates, but I can't get the updates to take because I can't get firefox to unload so I can restart it.

  • PM order confirmation cancellation -reg

    Hi ,
Using IW45 transaction code , we can do PM order confirmation cancellation by giving one by one order . Is there any other T code where we can give multiple orders as input and do confirmation cancellation for multiple orders at a time ? or LSMW is the only way ?
    regards,
    Madhu kiran

    Hi,
Go to T.Code IW47, execute with inputs as the order nos/ confirmation nos  whose confirmation you want to cancel and execute. You will get a list display. Then select the confirmations you want to cancel (multi selection) and click on cancel button available at top. System will give a warning msg. Just ignore and cancel all the documents.
Else you may also go for an LSMW program.

  • Problem with purchase orders and cancelling order lines

    Hi,
We have a problem with purchase orders and cancelling order lines. For example we have created PO no. 4300291277:
We have made a GR 5000186897 on 03.09.2010 amount 1.920 and tried to cancel it with GR 5000208866, but it takes the invoice amount 1.724 instead of 1.920. What is the correct way to undo this orders, so we cancel the 1.920 and not the 1.724?
Please help me, your help will be highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Najma.

    hi,
You have to cancel the IR first...and then do cancel the GR...
yes, there will be diff. in the price(if the price changes in bwtn)..if no changes in the price , the price will taken as old one..
    Process:
    1. Cancel IR
    2. Then cancel GR..
    3. then go the PO and try to delete the line item..
    Regards
