You can also use the camera wizard to copy your photos to your computer before you sync again.

I have a lenovo Thinkpad Convertible tablet. In the past I've been able to get it were the Windows TIP pops up when I click on a text input field. This function no longer works, I have a new computer, and whatever change I'd done to my old computer is not readily apparent. Any help in getting text input fields to pop up the TIP automatically would be great. Until then, in tablet mode, I have to use my computer with IE or keep the TIP at the taskbar to click on, but that's a lot of movement and rather annoying.

I had to enable this settings for TIP to work on my HP EliteBook 2740p after installing the driver from Wacom's website.
When I was using the Wacom driver supplied from Windows Update however the TIP worked even fine without this setting.

A while ago i went to sync music onto my Ipod Touch. Not only did the computer erase my music i had no idea how to get it back I contacted Apple on the phone but the name was american and i found it really hard to understand him. Respond please!Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then see if you can redownload your past music purchases (those that are still in the store) via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you are not in a country where music can currently be re-downloaded, then have you not got it on your computer and/or on a backup ? If you had previously been backing up to iCloud (or a computer with iTunes), you would possibly have a backup. That said, if you can't turn the phone on, you cannot create a backup of the device now. Sorry.

I have an iphone 4 which is currently synced with a non apple laptop and I wish to sync it with my new imac. I have just backed the phone up on my laptop but am not sure what I need to do now. Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...
To minimize Loss... Once you have Recovered your Device... Restore from the most recent Backup...

Hi, I'm trying to shut down the phone in the normal way (the Sleep / Wake button and hold down on the Close tab) turns off the display after a while yet, but the phone turns off completely opens up the phone to come out after the apple logo .. Doing those doesn't turn off your phone?
As stated hold down the top button only until you see the red slider to power off your phone.
If that doesn't work then take it to Apple and see what they say. -

No, you will not loose anything. However, if you ever need to update any of that previously purchased content, or re-download it, you will have to use the older AppleID. Purchases are permanently tied to the AppleID you use when making the purchase.

My iphone 5c says connect to itunes. It won't update/restore; error message (27) comes up. I also haven't backed the phone up since last year. HELP.

Check that your security software and settings aren't preventing your device from communicating with the Apple update server.
Then try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good.
Confirm that your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers.
If you still see the error message when you update or restore, contact Apple support.

My photoshop CS4 keeps crashing while I am in the middle of editing a photo. I am running Mac OS X 10.9.4. I have tried to contact support and I was directed here.

You'll have to manually determine whether Photoshop CS4 is updated to version 11.0.2 (the Adobe auto updater is most unreliable in CS4), and give us plenty of other information.

Yes i had not taken back up before restoring it. However i was just going through some links on the net and there is a software available for MAC to retrieve such lost data. But the point is will the said software work on iphone as the OS is not MAC..
