My phone is always off line. I still can not find my iPhone, what else can i do and on my part? Will the local authorities help me find it if i show them the last location the phone was at cause I can always take matters into my own hands and probably end up in trouble with the law. What options do I have available?

If you have a passcode to the screen lock that you've forgotten, restore the device from the computer to which the device is synced. For information and instructions, see:

Photos 10.10.3 will not let me play or move my videos and keeps sending a message saying "can not find file". What do I do to get the videos back? It is only during videos that I previously uploaded off my phone. It loads them and tells me how long they are but when I go to press play it says can not find file. I have restarted my computer, what else can I do?
Check the information on the song, Right-Click -> Get Info.
In the fist pane, (Summary), you will see the AppleId (Account Name) that was used to buy the song.
Be sure to login to use this account to register this computer to play the song
What I often see, Is that people have many different AppleID, sometime not even knowing it, which is a big problem. -

Could be the charger, cable or the iPad.
Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
And this - Unplug the charger from the iPad and then replug. May resume charging.
Or - Recalibrate the battery. See link below.

My eldest son gave my youngest son his ipod. He locked it with a passcode, couldn't remember and now it is disabled. Will not work trying to get it in recovery/restore mode. Original synced computer not around anymore, either is eldest. Not worried about losing data as my young son can have it now. What else can I try?? I follow the steps and it still says ipod is disabled on ipod screen. iTunes keeps saying it needs passcode.....
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

It is also posible to go back to the imovie you had before, it is still on your computer - you go to Finder and it is in a folder in your programs. Many others have gone back to the old program, and perhaps I am also going to do that too.
In the new imovie it does not come up the question "do you want to download these videos ...."
You shall in imovie open your iphotolibrary in top on the left side,( it is standing under libraries) and you can see all the events you have in iphoto, then you can open the event, you shall use and drag the movies and pictures from the events in iphoto to an events in imovie. If you can,t see your libraries, you can click on a show button on top of the left side.
On the picture you see here iphoto is market on the top of the left side and the pictures to the left is my iphoto-events - and there I can open the one I shall use, and find my movies.

No worries. Often after iTunes updates you have to reconnect your device in order for iTunes to see it. Happens to me all the time!

Only way to track it is if you had find my iphone installed and activated prior to losing your phone.
Then you can go to icloud.com to track it.
If you didn't do the above, then sorry nothing you can do to track it. Report it to your phone carrier. -

Yet you don't know your Apple ID. Somewhere along the line you set up an Apple ID as that Apple ID had to be used to set up activation lock. Activation lock is what you are encountering.

You would not be the first person to attempt to get past activation lock because of acquiring a stolen device. Not your fault as you may not have known. I never said you stole the phone but you could very well have purchased the phone from an online source or from someone who offered the phone for sale. It would not be the first time it has happened.

On a Mac the menu bar is maintained by the Mac OS, so the extension that can be used on other platforms to bring back this menu item won't work and because of that I didn't post it.
