My Serial Number is registered on my old "crashed" computer.

I am trying to use my Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and Adobe Premier Elements 10 on my new computer. I just bought this software and then my computer crashed, so I got a new computer. I have downloaded the Adobe software on my new computer and it keeps asking for the serial number, but when I enter it, I am told it is already registered on another computer. That old computer is no longer available so I am unable to uninstall the software program from it so I can go forward with my new computer.

What should I do so I can use this software? It was very expensive and if I can't use it, I may as well just return it to Office Depot where I bought it.

This is the simple solution which was offered to me when I tried to get the serial code on line.
The box and disc sleeve do not contain a series with 24 numbers which I presume is the product code to install.
I tried to redeem the registration code by following what they recommended, but inevitably it gets to the page that showed the registration boxes that need 24 serial numbers and I got stuck again.
This product is so different what my previous experiences of other software products where I just enter the serial number straight from the disc sleeve and then I got registered and go on to use the software.
I is really frustrating, spending the last two hours trying to get my product going....

Registration of your iPhone is not actually necessary since the service and support is actually linked to the serial number of the iPhone, not to you. See this article -

I went to My Support Profile > Register & Add Products and typed in my iPod Touch's serial number, but apparently this message comes out "According to our records, this serial number is registered to another Apple ID. If you have more than one Apple ID, log in to My Support Profile with that Apple ID to see your other registered products". I was wonderinng if I could see all the Apple IDs that have been used on my iPod. So can I... somehow?

There is nothing you can do. Apple will not help. Just report it to the po\lice and change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod.

there's no way for you to identify which machines have or had cs3 activated, and you can no longer purchase a cs3 license from adobe.
you can request an activation count reset (Contact Customer Care) and deactivate your cs3 on all your computers. you can then install and activate on up to two computers.

What store did you buy it in? A carrier or Apple or another third party store? I ask because many times some stores sell iPhones as though they are new but referbished or even used...meaning it would have been originally registered to the first buyer... and thus the warranty will also not be full or even expired!

I had the same issue. The phone is still registered to the previous owner under his/her Apple ID account at "https://supportprofile.apple.com/" Your will need to contact him/her to get it un-registered.

And what exactly is your problem? Other than going of on a tangent about Adobe's alleged evilness preventing you to activate whatever CS3 product, you have not provided any useful info such as what exact problem you have, what system, what product we are axctualyl talking about and so on.

To help address performance issues the Identi-e web site is currently down for maintenance. A month ago, I had several dark pixels on brand new iphone5s, went to shop to have it replaced. Waited 15 days and finally got replacemnt phone, luckly working fine.
I loaded backup of the previous phone to it, and noticed that each time when i downloaded new application, I would receive notification e-mail with following content:>>
Your Apple ID, myid@id..., was just used to download MyScript Calculator - Handwriting calculator from the App Store on a computer or device that had not previously been associated with that Apple ID.
If you initiated this download, you can disregard this email. It was only sent to alert you in case you did not initiate the download yourself.

I logged in to support site with my id, and noticed I have no device assosiated/registered under my acount. So yeah tried to add serial number of newly received phone, and error was displayed: "According to our records, this serial number is registered with to another Apple ID"
Grrr.. I just spent waiting for 15 days for replacement phone and now this!!! grrrr
I cannot open support case, as there are no devices assosiated with my account, any ideas how to proceed on this?
P.S.
on Icloud and on iphone "locate my iphone" service is activated and working.

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

If you registered it in https://supportprofile.apple.com/ you can log in there with your Apple ID and find its serial number.

Check the sleeve the CD/DVD came in for the SN, I never had a problem. When I purchased the LR3 upgrade from LR2 I chose a hard copy not a download. On the CD sleeve was the SN, and after installing and opening for the first time LR3 prompted for the new SN (not the same as the LR2 SN). As I recall, this was the process. Install, open, enter the SN. This resulted in 2 versions of LR available to me; LR2 and LR3. I found the process painless and fast. Subsequently I downloaded updates to LR3.
