My System Currency summary does not tie to the System Currency Balance in the BP

Question

Not sure if my query is correct. . Can someone tell me how it converts from GBP to USD in the query as it does not seem to match what is on the BP balance for a specific customer in USD. I feel like I am missing something or that this query is correct but not sure why it does not match the balance.
