N8 Configuration message since Anna Update

Ever since updating to Anna on my N8, i keep getting a msg asking for a Configuration settings PIN code when connecting to my bluetooth handsfree carkit. Where can i get this pin from?

Enter the Bluetooth passcode 0000 to pair and connect the car kit
with your device. In some devices you may need to make the
connection separately after pairing. See the user guide of your device
for details.
If your music device does not have a keypad, it may use the
Bluetooth passcode should be 0000 by default. If this is not the case, see the
user guide of your device to change the default Bluetooth passcode
to 0000.

Do you have MMS turn on in Settings?
Are you provisioned by your carrier to use MMS?
Lastly, give your phone carrier a call, as MMS is a carrier feature.

SymTorrent crashing on N8 since Anna update

Hi,
Since I have applied the Anna update SymTorrent is now crashing and doesn't work anymore.
It opens, lets me select the torrent file, searches for any previously downloaded files for this torrent, the torrent is shown as paused, then SymTorrent just disappears.
Not sure if related, but as per this article http://www.n8fanclub.com/2011/08/symbian-anna-update-36-points-generic.html I have reinstalled the 3 QT applications and deleted any temp sisx files, hs made no difference.
Help please?

Pretty certain I tried installing version that worked for me with PR1.2 and after un-installing using version in this link http://amorg.aut.bme.hu/projects/symtorrent
May not have rebooted device in between so will try again and report back. One step further today, but not an application for which have much use:

Bluetooth pairing not working since Anna update

Hi there,
after updating my N8 to the [awesome] Anna my bluetooth connection is not working properly anymore.
- I cannot pair the phone from PC Suite -> phone; PC Suite respondes after timeout that the phone cannot be authorized. From the phone bluetooth icon I see that there is no connection attempt between PC and phone (although the phone is found when searching for bluetooth devices)
- I can connect from phone to PC direction -> If I do so, I always have to authorize the pairing. For every new sync between PC and phone I have to authorize my PC on the N8 which is very annoying.
I've tried to pair my N8 on another PC and it shows the same behaviour.
Any suggestions?

Windows XP SP3
Office PC (No admin rights)

Tried this but the issue is that the PC can't authorize the phone. The PC finds the phone as bluetooth device but the pairing results in a timeout because the phone does not respond.
Any other clues?

It seems like there are some bluetooth issues after updating to Anna since other users are reposting similar things (I assume the car audio issues might be linked to this issue too).

I am unable to have a group message since I updated to iOS 7

My group message doesn't seem to work since updating to the new iOS 7. Does anyone know how to fix this?
My friends also have the same problem!! :(

There are size restrictions in what you can send ... not sure why it worked before and not now for the same size though. What is the actual size of the file you're trying to send??? You can upload to YOUTUBE and share from there - and YOUTUBE accepts larger files.

One of my contacts is unable to receive my text messages since I updated my iPhone 4s?

Since updating my iPhone, a few of my contacts have been unable to receive my text messages? One of the contacts originally had an iPhone but changed device before I updated, I was able to send and they were able to receive text messages prior to the change, the problem has arisen since update? More recently another contact who also has an iPhone is now unable to receive my text messages? Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so what did you do to resolve it? Thanks.

Wow this definitely sounds like strange behavior and something we need to investigate further. I want to find out, on your iPhone 5, do you have any signatures set? When you send text messages, do you include any emoticans or special characters? These aren't compatible with all type of devices and networks so we want to eliminate any causes of the trouble. If you do have anything like this set please remove the items and test the texting communication again. We look forward to hearing back to get this resolved.

TS4175 getting error message since IOS update "ApplePhotoStream.exe has stopped working"

Getting the error message ApplePhotoStreamw.exe has stopped working. This seems to have happed after the IOS6 update. Anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have a solution?

This is actually in Windows 7. Apple has an iCloud control panel for windows available. I have the newest version, but my pictures have not updated since March 2012.
This isn't a big deal as this is my work computer. I may just uninstall the iCloud Control Panel.

Why is my daughters 4s receiving my husband's iphone 5 text messages since he updated to the new software. Verizion cannot figure it out- help please?

Cannot send pictures via text message since software update...HELP!!!!

Although I am a BIG FAN of BB Torch (have had several), BUT since it was discontinued, I had no choice but to "up grade" to BB Z10...IT was working just fine...NOT as good as the Torch though, but I was getting use to it...TILL the new software came along last week (Tuesday), so after doing just that, up dating my phone, I saw that I was NOT able to send or receive pictures via text message. I did called ATT, deleted everything, resintalled my data/information...and STILL nothing.
I "google" the problem, and was sooooo SAD to find out that I was NOT the only one, and that THIS problem is AN OLD ONE (2013), but BB has done nothing to fix it.
I did read on of the technical support answers and followed every single step, but STILL NOTHING, NADA...no able to send neither receive pictures...PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

Safari error messages since last updates

I ran the latest updates from Apple and now I'm getting weird messages every so often while on-line. The spinning pinwheel seems to appear more often than usual too.
First, I started getting a lot of messages requesting that I resend a form, even though I was only perusing my normal web sites.
Then, I got the following error message every so often when I clicked on the log-in icon on my Yahoo home page:
SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle /igate_wam/controller.do has not been defined.
SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle 135.161.15.200:443 has not been defined.

It's happened 2 or 3 times over the last week, and I'd get this message 2 or 3 times a session before actually being able to get thru to the log-in screen. However, once I finally got to the log-in screen, I was able to log in just fine.
I contacted Yahoo and they weren't much help. They thought I had a virus or some malware in my browser and suggested I update the software., but I'm up to date.
Are they right?
NOTE: This all started about the time that I clicked on a link in an e-mail from a trusted source and landed in a weird web-site that was unrelated to the message itself. So, I deleted the e-mail and then used Time Machine to revert back to an image of my machine from before I opened the e-mail.
Anyway, any ideas re: what may be happening?
Should I be concerned?

That's what I figured, but there's still the question re: what's causing them.
I got the impression that Yahoo thinks something may have infected my browser and is attempting to re-direct me to nefarious web sites or something similar as they do not recognize the addresses that are failing.

IMessages not accepting SMS text message since an update

I upgraded to the latest version of Yosemite, 10.10.2 and ever since then my imessages account has stopped sending/receiving SMS text messages and shows them as pink/red

Have you tried resetting the option of the iPhone so it causes a New code number to appear on the Mac ?
Repeat the setting if you don't see a code number straight away.

Receiving multiple duplicate text messages since latest update

Ever sice the latest update I've been receiving at least 3 duplicates of every text that gets sent to me. Anyone else experiencing this or have any ideas on how to make it stop?

It's actually been going on since well before the update. I have friends with other phones who have the same thing happen to them. One actually has a 'pre-smartphone' phone and they get multiples all the time. The problem is with some setting within Verizons network, which apparently they don't feel is that big of a deal. Only thing I've heard is to contact Verizon and tell them and they supposedly do someting to correct it for that user, but that's about it

Problem deleting email messages since be update

Need some help with the following?
After the new update on my wife’s phone some email messages have appeared, NO SENDER. These messages cannot be pulled up, nor can they be deleted.
Can someone tell me how to get these off her phone; I have tried all I know.

Going out on a limb here and assuming you deleted the messages in the actual mail program? (i.e. Gmail or Yahoo?)
