You Have Purchase Orders report By Vendor,By material,BY PO no, BY material Group, By plant,By service and BY account assignment
You have to prepare a Z report using EKKO EKPO tables

Pl use RPR_TRIP_HEADER_DATA programme for getting general trip data, which will have details about number of KM travelled by employee for each trip, amount to reimbursed to the employee etc.

When and how to update the "saved data" in report ?

Hi,
The BO version is "BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0"
The case is that, some reports are uploaded withe saved data. while viewing the reports, the reports return the old data.
How to view the update data while click the "View" in CMC/InfoView ?
I have tried to schedule it , then can see the update data in "View the latest instance".
Is there any approach to refresh/update the saved data in the report ?

Should the web page address be included in the file name in the meta data dialog box?

In the page properties > meta data > below is a field with the label file name: (the the area to type in the field), after the field, it is labeled .html.
I have 2 questions here.
1. If I type in http//:www (my page url), do I include .html at the end? I didn't know if this is automatically added because it is off to the side of the field?
2. If I type in the entire URL address: http//:www (etc, etc).html, after closing the page properties dialog box, I make it a habit to double check my work. What happens is the http//:www.xxx changes to (htttpwww.xxx). It drops the //: on the URL.
So would it be better to just type in www.xxx (without the http//:www.xxx)
and do you type in the .html at the end?
I am assuming this will help with SEO page ranking or at least makes it easier for the search engines to crawl your site??

You are absolutely correct with the URL Ben. Taking your above example, you just need to type in "Services" in the file name and the webpage will be exported as services.html and the URl will be www.xyz.com/services.html.
All the webpages (be it parent page or child page) gets physically saved at the root directory of your website on the server (where your website resides).
This name is just the name of the file using which it is physically stored and called from the server. It does not help search Engines to crawl deeper inside the website.
As I explained, "name which you wants the .html file to be stored with" here means the name of the physical file which is getting saved on the server.
Most users leave the file name same as Page name. If you have it different from page name then this will be the workflow :
Page Name : About
File Name : test
domain : www.mysite.com
Now if you are using a Menu Widget, it will list "About" in the Menu. And when end user will click on "About" then it will call the file named "test.html" from the server location (where all the files of your website are stored).
And it will open a page with address "www.mysite.com/test.html"

How do I add my name to the camera data file in meta data?

When reviewing the meta data on my photos I see the camera model number, serial number, focal length, etc. The camera owner field is blank. How do I add my name to the camera owner field?
I'm using Photoshop CC, on a windows 8.1 Pro platform. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did add all the info on the menu section you mentioned above. Unfortunately it does not show up as "Owner" when you view the data file in Photoshop CC for some reason. Copyright info shows properly, but not camera owner. It's not a big problem anyway, just a pride of ownership thingy . I downloaded the GeoSetter program, and after reviewing the meta data contained there I don't see an option for "owner" there either. Perhaps its something that Adobe plans to implement someday, who knows. Thanks for your suggestions everyone.
This is my first DSLR, all I have shot in the past have been film cameras and we didn't have any of this fancy info available unless we wrote it down somewhere, smile. I was still using my old Nikomat that I purchased in 1972 when I was stationed in Japan. I was a bit stubborn when it came to switching to DSLR sorry I waited so long now.

Briefing Book Title shows the name of the Analysis along with Report Name

Hi,
When I add a report to the briefing books, The title of the PDF document shows the report name and below that it also shows the name of the analysis. Normally we save our analysis with some standard naming conventions having some special characters. Client does not need that name in the PDF.
How can I stop the Analysis Name to appear on the briefing book?

That's a great question, and it seems like something that should be standard with iCal.
The only thing I could think of would be to add the patient as an invitee, but that still wouldn't solve the problem of having their name be the title of the appointment. But the auto-complete function is there.
The other option (which is more convoluded) would be to use Filemaker Pro. It is extremely powerful and customizable and there are plenty of people out there who know how to develop for it. This option would be more expensive, but it could also be custom-tailored to your needs.
Those aren't great answers so I'm interested to see what others say. I'd like to implement it into my own iCal app.

Change the name of the universes in several reports

We have thousands of DESKI reports which are pointed towards erroneous universes.
I must make following tasks:
1- to change the name of each report.
2- In each report, to check out if there is only one or several data providers.
3- For each data providers given to modify the universe towards which it is pointed.
The manual solution is very long to make, I seek a solution to automate these tasks to make more quickly so that the users are not very penalized.

I contacted the itunes store support and asked for an explanation of a refund and then my first name (for the account data) was not accepted - though correct - only when cancelling the second name it went through. How can that be???

Hello - I wonder what can have happened. I got a mail from the itunes store with the info of a refund for an App that I cannot have purchased. Then I asked for help via the support and had to fill out a form with data. My account name (first name and last name) was already there and when I finally wanted to submit my request for support it said that my first name ( there are 2 for that) was not correct. I had the idea of cancelling the 2nd 'first name = only M. and then the request was accepted.
What might be the reason for all that turmoil? I mean the refund for s.th. that I did not buy and then the non acceptance of my first name's data?

How to assign a name to the combobox in a report

Hey guys! I hope you're fine and still have some energy left for another question!?
I have a report with several columns. Column f03 is displayed as a text based on an LOV and linked to the database. Now I need to give that combobox in column f03 a name so I can use it in a Javascript query in order to deactivate the combobox conditionally.
Do you have an idea how this can be achieved?

Here I have two requirements
I want to change the name of the Additional Data B to some other name say DATA B
2. I have to add these two tabs in the menu Go to->Header->Additional Functions ->DATA A
Go to->Header->Additional Functions ->DATA B.
in VA02/VA03 T codes.
How can I Achieve these functionalities, please help me.

Table which contains name of the report generated from table

Hello everyone,
Is there any table which stores the report names that are created from table.
For example if my table name is 'ABC' a new report will be created for table at run time '/1BCDWB/DB/ABC'.
I also need to have table names, which stored the values when a layout is changed
For example if I have ten fields in my table, first time ill choose 5 fields, second time ill change the layout and choose 10 fields and ill save the layout.
If any Function modules are there please let me know

Whether it is possible to use the sub-report data for calculation or formula in CR?
For Ex:
I'm having Doc.Num, Doc date,DocTotal etc in details and i wrote a subreport to get the tax breakups, let my sub-query gives BEDTax, ECessTax, HCess TAx.
Now whether it's possible to use the subreport fields in formula, say DocTotal (from details) minus Total Tax(from Subreport)....

Address Book field names changing for "imported" data

I'm migrating from a thousand year old Palm Pilot that has served me so well to an iPhone. So it's time to get my contacts into OSX Address Book.
I have tried moving the data a couple of ways - exporting vCards and text files from the Palm Desktop software.
I did extensive editing of the text file in MS Excel to get the data into good order.
I have set up a template in the Address Book preferences to create fields that I want/need. Some are generic default field names, some have custom names. eg. I want to see a field called "Bus. Phone" not one called "work". Call me picky.
I get the same basic result no matter if I import the vCard file or a text file - The names of the fields just show up with very generic names in the imported data. I should note that creating a NEW record seems to use the field names that I have specified in the preferences.
Also, when importing the text file, Address Book asks me to assign the field names for certain fields (while it seems smart enough to know what labels to use for other fields all on it's own). However, the Field Names available in the drop down menu ARE NOT the ones that I have set up in the prefs. I seem limited to the generic default field names only.
Can anybody tell me how to get the field names to be what I want them to be for address data that is being imported like this?
Thanks for any suggestions - this has been driving me crazy as it would seem to me to be a pretty basic process. (I mean, the Address Book has this import functionality and custom field name functionality built in so it should work right?!)

No sooner do I ask than I notice that other people have asked the same question. In one of the reply's I saw mention of a product called "Abee".
I tracked it down and it did the job for me! Custom Field names live on!
