NB305 - Buy it or not?

Hi friends,
Well I want to buy a laptop in few days but I'm confused which one should I take. As I have read over on net and found several branded laptop such hp,lenovo, dell,Accer toshiba and amazing design.
Actually I was bored with my desktop because I can't shift anywhere. Recently I'm watching FIFA worldcup and got many problem in work. So finally I decided to take a laptop so I can work anywhere even I watch TV or away from home.
I came across from a site and I have seen Toshiba laptop and I really liked it don't it's a good brand or not but design is really cool. Here is the site that I just came here from this site - Toshiba NB305 Laptop
They have mentioned really great info about this laptop and want to take your advice. Give me your suggestion and advice to buy this laptop or not.
Regards

Hello
With other words: Why not to buy NB305? ;)
I think its depending on the requirements that you have. Generally speaking netbooks designed for mobile usage. So you cant play on it but they are great for office or surfing Internet. NB305 is saving a lot of power so you can work for a long time on battery mode.
If you want such a netbook, I can recommend NB305. Friend of me has it and he is very satisfied. He uses the netbook for Internet and to chat with friends. Often he takes the netbook to his favorite coffee bar to drink a coffee and surf in the Internet No problems. :)

  • Best Buy Appliance Delivery Not Doing What They Said They Would Do. Order Cancelled.

I recently purchased a refrigerator from bestbuy.com and chose the option to have it delivered on Tuesday the second of December (today). I received an order confirmation e-mail from best buy on the day of purchase (November 28) which stated the following (taken directly from the e-mail):
The scheduled appointment date of your item(s) below is Tuesday, December 2, 2014
We'll call you by 9PM the night before your appointment with an estimated arrival time window at the phone number(s) you provided at the time of purchase (with either live or pre-recorded calls).
Thank you for shopping with us.
    Sincerely,
    Karalyn Sartor
    Vice President Customer Care
Yesterday, on Monday the 1st of December, I got a knock on the door from the Best Buy delivery team. They had my refrigerator and were here to deliver it. I was not ready for them to deliver the refrigerator at that time, at all, as I was not expecting it. I asked the driver to please deliver it on the scheduled date. The change in scheduling happened without a postive notification.
I checked afterward and saw that their was en e-mail sent during the evening of November 30 informing me that the refrigerator would be delivered on Monday the 1st. This e-mail was in my spam folder and I did not see it. I did not expect it either as I was under the impression that I would be called by phone prior to delivery (as stated in the original purchase confirmation e-mail). So some mistake/change in scheduling happened. Not a big deal to me.
Thirty minutes ago I called the 1-888 number mentioned in the e-mail to inquire about what time I could expect my refrigerator to be delivered. I was told it was rescheduled for December 20th, which is not acceptable to me.
I was told the earliest delivery date that they could honor would be for monday the 8th of December. That is unacceptable to me as well. I was advised I had no other options for delivery other than to receive it on the 8th of December, 6 days after the aggreed upon delivery date.
In the end I cancelled the order. As a customer I do not like to be treated this way (to be told one thing at first (delivery date and that I would be called by phone), to have that one thing change, and to not be told in a *reasonable* manner that the one thing had changed.
Best Buy customer service, If you would like to contact me you have my e-mail address. You also have my correct phone number for calling me, which your system verified when it looked up my order by phone. Until then, please consider me an unsatisfied customer that will look very closely at other buying options for all my future appliance and home electronics needs.
    Thank You.
P.S. - The person I spoke to on the phone to inquire about and cancel my order was very courteous and professional.

    To Whom It May Concern,
I posted earlier regarding a refrigerator delivery problem. http://forums.bestbuy.com/t5/Delivery-Installation/Best-Buy-Appliance-Delivery-Not-Doing-What-They-S...
I've since read a few of the other posts and think I see some common issues that many others have been having:
    1. Not calling the customer. We (customers) expect someone will call us the day before a scheduled delivery date to confirm the item is being delivered and approximately what time to expect it. The confirmation e-mail you send even states that this will happen.
    2. Not notifying the customer regarding changes. We (customers) expect someone will notify us if delivery dates are changed. This is especially important if the delivery date has been moved forward, as in my case. My particular problem would have been avoided entirely if someone from Best Buy would have notified me that the refrigerator I ordered would arrive one day ahead of schedule. An e-mail is not a good enough notification when you move the shipping date forward. How do you even know I have read/received it and will be home?
    3. Not working with the customer. I've read a few forum posts where some mistake has happened, and now shipping is delayed by a signifcant amount of time (a week or more). If you (Best Buy) had some better way of working with whoever does your delivery for you, things would be better.
In my example the original delivery date was for today (Dec 2nd). You decided to deliver a day early on the 1st without making sure I knew you were coming on a differnet day than scheduled. So I wasn't ready. At this point I believe you (Best Buy) should have tried to correct this by rescheduling the delivery so that it happened on the original delivery date, December 2nd. You could have also arranged to deliver it later that same day, I would have been ok with that and had time to make things ready. Instead the delivery got rescheduled for the 20th of December by the system, and your customer service could only move it up to December 8. In a situation like this I think it would be better if you worked more with the customer (pay a driver an hour or two of overtime to get the goods delivered on the day you said you would or delay someone else who placed their order after I placed mine). Instead I was given one and only option, delivery on December 8.
In the end I took the other option, cancelling my order. You have lost my business on this sale and I now have a lower opinion of Best Buy as a company and a brand than I did before. This could have been avoided if you did any of the above three things.
    Thank you for your time.

  • The BUY button does not work in iTunes

iTunes will not allow me to buy music. The BUY button does not work. I can drag a song to my Purchased folder and then the BUY button comes up in my Library! And then I can buy the song. However I want to purchase whole albums, not single songs.

It really makes it tough to troubleshoot when there is no error message. So what I'm saying is - I am sort of at a loss. Anyway, try this - close all apps on your iPad, reboot the iPad and then try again.
Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

  • C6-00 shal i buy it or not...??

i feel this mobile has all the features that i want in m dream cell.
the only problem is this hanging thing.
can some1 suggest whether to buy it or not.
i rilly wanna buy this1. pls feel free to post your comments, all the suggestions are invited.

usually hanging is a software issue, that might be fixed with the next firmware release. phone hangs if you have too much going on and have too many open apps. can you play with it, in the store prior to purchase. see if you like it and how it behaves. if this is the phone you want go for it. did you consider c6-01 ? this one runs on symbian 3 which you might like better. look into it and see if you would consider this phone as an option.
You know what I love about you the most, the fact that you are not me ! In love with technology and all that it can offer. Join me in discovery....

  • I bought and downloaded a movie to my macair and it showed in my library yesterday. Today however i can not find it. Any idea why that would be? I did buy it and not rent FYI

I bought and downloaded a movie to my macair and it showed in my library yesterday. Today however i can not find it. Any idea why that would be? I did buy it and not rent FYI

    OK, I think I understand what's happening.
Movies are now stored in iCloud: see http://www.apple.com/itunes/inside-itunes/2012/03/movies-now-available-on-icloud .html
So they may take a while to download to your Mac.  Movies are big, after all.
I believe you can guarantee the movie stays on your Mac by going to Preferences (in the iTunes menu at the top), and going to the "Advanced" tab, and checking "Copy files to iTunes media folder when adding to library".
    Hope that helps!

  • "Buy" button does not appear when creating a ringtone

When I create a ringtone, the only buttons I have are to change the looping time, the button to preview and I can see the first two letters of the cancel button. The Buy button does not show up. It is like it is off my screen but I don't have a slider to get over there.
    Anybody else have this problem?

Open Displays in the Control Panel and try increasing the number of pixels displayed on the monitor.

That iPhone is useable only on the softbank network. Softbank does not
unlock iPhones for use on other networks. Sell that iPhone to someone who
can use it on Softbank and use the money to buy an iPhone that will work
    with your wireless provider.

  • HT3805 buy book feature not working "a connection could not be established at this time etc...." How do I fix this? I am running Mountain Lion with Aperture 3.3.2

I have the same problem as many of you on this forum,
Aperture will not allow me to buy a book. It says a connection could not be established at this time.
I have a 2011 17in MBP, running Mountain Lion, Apertaure 3.3.2 purcahsed from the App Store, a 100Mb network connection, based in Staffordshire UK. It acts the same over wifi or ethernet, e.g a connection could not be established at this time.  It makes no difference if I am signed into the App store or not.
I have spent 5 days preparing my Wedding album images for a 30 page book with lots of adjustments, therefore, I am desperate to fix this and as I paid £55 for the software I want it to work.
    Can anyone help?
    Regards
    Tim

I still don't know what happened to my test Aperture Library after the update to 3.4...Not only were my previews lost, but so were the original images!  Needless to say, I haven't bothered to update the main library on the Mac Pro because I don't want to deal with this level of uncertainty (even with backups in place).

  • The Time To Buy iPad, Or Not?

    Hey everyone,
I have been thinking about buying the iPad ever since it came out and to this date have not been able to. I have the money, but is now the time to spend it on that 9.7" beauty? I would like to use it for web surfing, email, apps(of course), and I would also like to pick up on the reading for the rest of high school. This is the time for me, I need to decide in the very, very near future. I need two burning questions answered though, is it the right time to buy? Also, Which one to get? As far as which one to get, I plan to use this mostly around home and of course whenever I travel. I think that as far as videos go, I would be putting a few on when I take some trips then take them off if I find myself not viewing them often. I would always have my computer relatively close though, so I would be able to get content on and off quick.
Merging into the next question, I would only get the 32GB if I would have it for a while. If the next one would have killer features then maybe I should wait off for the next generation. The feature that I think is guaranteed is a front facing video camera, I don't think that I have a huge need with that. I have my MacBook Pro for most of the stuff like that. I don't know how much I would desperately need the speed bump that could also surface next spring, because, like I said I have a laptop that I do a good amount on. Or do I not need one at this time? I am a big fanboy so this product is in my mind a great buy.
I need some help here, just tell me what you think. Anyone who has been in the same situation or is in it themselves, feel free to chime in.
    Thanks for any help.
SIDE NOTE!!!!!: If anyone has some thoughts about refurb iPads coming up, tell me as well. I don't think they are coming since it has been a while.

I just got my 32gb 3G iPad about a week ago for my bday and I'm absolutely loving it. I was planning on buying one myself but was saving up for it. Anyway since it had been a few months since it came out I thought to myself that if I waited this long couldn't I just wait till the 2nd gen but I decided that I still wanted it. Also I figured if the 2nd gen came out and if it had some feature that I just couldn't live without that I could probably sell my 1st gen iPad for a good amount. I've owned every version of the iPhone (except the 3Gs) and I've always been able to resell them for a good price.
The reason I wanted the 3G was in case I wanted to use my iPad somewhere wifi wasn't available. But so far I haven't had to activate the 3G service.
The other thing I love about my iPad is that it really is useful. I've only used my laptop to add movies to my iPad Undoubtedly when school begins I'll need to laptop for writing papers and such. But otherwise my iPad is perfect for carrying around and using everywhere. Until the iPad I was considering buying a new MacBook Pro 13" because my 15" (almost 3yrs old) was just to heavy and cumbersome and I didn't like carting it around, even in the house (4 floors).
Anyways the point of this rambling is if you want an iPad go ahead and get it now.

  • How can I buy Lightroom 6, not Lightroom CC,  in Canada?

When I start Lightroom it says there is a new upgrade avaiable and gives me a link. But every time I go to the link all I get is a link to Lightroom CC. I am NOT a CC user. This has been going on for days! I need a working link or I need Adobe to change the message to something like "Not yet available in Canada".
Thanks Adobe, for wasting so much of my time.

    Follow this link:
    Products
then click on the Llightroom 6 directly on "Buy".
under this you have the option to choose between upgrade which have a lower price to full version.
Then click on Add to cart.
I am not living in Canada, but for the German region I still have an issue that the "Checkout" button don't do anything. Anyway as I still use the trial version I am not in a hurry to buy it now.
    I hope that helps.

  • HT201089 Ask to buy requests are not coming to me

  • BUY only movies not compelling

This is more or less an open letter to Comcast/Xfinity. The new capability to "BUY" movies, as opposed to "RENT" them, seems to be the only option for some movies--most notably new releases that were likely to reach the on-demand top ten list. I say 'were likely' because the buy option provides little value over actually owning the movie on blu-ray.  My point is there are some movies I'm happy to rent on demand from Comcast because I'm not interested in owning the blu-ray. In other words, the $5.99 rental price provides value. By not offering movies with both a "BUY" and "RENT" option, Comcast is essentially leaving money on the table. Comcast will not get my $5.99 rental fee for 'Despicable Me 2' because it's only available with the buy option. So, I can "buy" 'Despicable Me 2' for $21 from Xfinity, or I can own the blu-ray for $19.96 from Walmart.  The decision, at least for me, is easy: Comcast loses. I don't care about watching movies on devices from any locale, I prefer my home theater (with its uncompressed 7.1 audio, 65 inch screen, high video bit rate and convenience/comfort). For the same out-of-pocket cost, given the option between owning the movie outright vs. what is essentially long term streaming rights locked to a Comcast account (and compressed  audio and low video bit rates), I'll buy the blu-ray every time. 440Hertz

COMCAST PAY TO OWN is by all means and measures the most misleading, immaterial, unsubstantiated, and absurd possible deal all the way around. You do not own anything materially speaking or otherwise: the basic premises of ownership pertains to own a physical high quality media and its self-contained contents coupled with all its derivative materials and inherited possibilities: artwork, related documents/bio, and all the myriad of features that usually would come along with a high density media (such as the bluray or even dvds). It is something that you can keep in your wardrobe and watch whenever want wherever you are, something that you will be able to sell 5 days or 50 years from now if you so choose or leave to your heirs. It is also about its inheriting portability : owning the physical media, artwork, other contents, and thus all possibilities that come discretionary ownership: different file formats (dvi, mp4, thus allowing you to watch it on may different devices on the go in your tablet, smartphone, laptop, etc, without any need of any paid high speed connection); different medias [dvd and bluray along with dvi/mpg4 files in order watch the content at your convenience in different devices (dvd players, bluray), without having to pay for a high speed connection or any subscriptions of cable tv. So ownership comes with freedom coupled with a myriad of possibilities that are integral part of it within the framework of freedom and fairness of to use. Clearly, the aforementioned basic attributes are absent in this non-sense over-expensive and over the board scheme of pseudo ownership purported by comcast. Henceforth, ownership of a movie is far more than paying an exorbitant price to supposedly own the ability to then simply watch a basic movie at the spot whereon you have a cable box as far as you pay for your cable subscription monthly. It is not only intangible and immaterial, but it does not present the very basic elements that define ownership; and it is an offense to the most remote traces of human intelligence that comcast customer base has, and thus only reinforces that the fact that Comcast will go to any extent in order to extort money from its customers whilst all along still trying to create the elusive illusion that you (the customer) are getting a good deal. I wish could stop the window with the persistent  stream of ads from xfinity whenever I turn the cable box on: it is analogous to persuade and convince its audience the audience that the impossible is possible in a constant and invasive fashion, consequently potentially depicting its audience as a chronic retard again and again whenever would turn  turns the tv on is truly a horrible experience
Why aren't all companies like Google...
