Need BAPI/FM to update Contract conditions using FNVM

Hi,
I need to insert/update contract conditions in tcode FNVM.Kindly suggest me a BAPI/FM to achieve this functionality as
BDC for insetion/updation of contract conditions in FNVM is not possible since i am not able to capture the recording for
contract selection dialog box.Thanks in advance .

Hi,
look for a methotd in object type BUS2049 (SWO1).
There is Loan.ContractCreate (BAPI_LOAN_CONTRACT_CREATE).
Also check corresponding package FVVD_BAPI.

I was able to solve the problem by using BADI_RECD_CONDITION,
I implemented the funtion named as CHECK_ALL.
In this function used the following code

These functions provide us with the updated data which the user has entered and not saved, that is the runtime data.

Updating price conditions using CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN

Hello everyone!
Could anyone help me out with respect to price updation using "CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN"?
I am supposed to do the following:
I obtain the current unit price for a sales order item using "CRM_ORDER_READ". The feild et_pridoc-pric_cond-kbetr gives me this value. Then i get new price for the product from a condition table. I compare this new price with the kbetr value for a particular condition type. If the new price is less than the kbetr value then i should update the kbetr value of the item using "CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN". I am sending all the parameters necessary to the FM.
I have gone through the previous posts with the same query but with no luck i am running out of ideas! Any sample code will be greatly appeciated.

Issue in updating contract Line using OKC_CONTRACT_PVT.update_contract_line

Hello all,
I am facing an issue while trying to update the Contract line end dateusing the api OKC_CONTRACT_PVT.update_contract_line. when the procedure that calls api is executed it returns status S with no errors and also updating the base table i.e OKC_K_LINE_B with new end date succesfully.
The issue is that whenever i am commiting the changes, in the front end, application - Contract line record gets disappearing. This is happening for all the item instances. Following are the parameters i am passing to the api,
p_chrv_rec.id:=<line id in okc_k_lines_b table>;
p_chrv_rec.end_date:=<new_end_date>;
p_chrv_rec.VALIDATE_YN:='N'; -- i do not want the api to validate the attributes
Pls note that the api is succesfully updating the base table record but not able to display it in the application. i have tried comparing the same record before and after updating to confirm whether any flag value is getting changed because of which record is not displaying in the apps. but there are no such changes except the new date and the annualiazed_factor. Can you pls let me know any workaround like whether any profile option needs to be changed,to achieve the same.
Navigation to the application im checking to see the updated new end date of contract line is :
Oracle Install Based Agent User-->Item Instance-->contracts

Hi,
Shouldn't you be using the public api (OKC_CONTRACT_PUB) instead of the private one? By using directly the private package, you are probably bypassing some functionality which could cause issues like the one you are talking about.

BAPI/FM to update the condition value in Rebate agreement(VBO2)

Hi All,
Please help me in solving the below requirement.
The requirement,
1) In VBO2 ---> Enter agreement
2) Go to conditions in the application tool bar
3) A pop up 'Valid condition types and Key combinations' will appear. Select a particular key combination and continue.
4)In the next screen we need to change the Amount and save the agreement.
We tried to solve this through BDC, but we are not able to handle the POP UP through BDC.
Please let me know the suitable BAPI / Function module.

1. Please check the settings that you maintained in the table CRMSUBTAB in ECC. You need to have an entry as follows:
User: CRM
Object: VENDOR_MAIN
U/D : DOWNLOAD
Object Class: VEND ( & not BUPA for this entry)
Function Module: PI_BP_VENDOR_MAIN_EXTRACT
The other entry (for upload) has similar but different values. (Refer to the OSS note 883162.)
2. Check if you have applied any filter settings in CRM for the adapter object VENDOR_MAIN.

Do I need Internet Explorer security updates if I use Firefox?

I cannot find an answer to this question through a Google search so I'm asking it here please. I'm using Windows 7 and see lots of regular updates for Internet Explorer being installed. But I never use Internet Explorer, I only use Firefox. So I wanted to know, will I be putting my Firefox security at risk by not installing Internet Explorer updates released through Windows Upate? Does a flaw in one browser affect another?

Thank you for your quick reply jscher2000. Your advice makes sense, I'll keep updates for Internet Explorer going. It was just something I was curious about. For example, if someone used both Firefox and Chrome, would a flaw in one affect another? And whilst Googling earlier for an answer for my question before posting (didn't want to waste anyone's time with a repetitive question), I noticed some people have completely uninstalled Internet Explorer, so presumably they won't even be offered any IE updates.

Need BAPI for assignment of services to respective activity

Hello Friends,
                      I need to assign services to respective activity through uploading. For this purpose i need BAPI which will update the specific field of uploaded file in standared transaction CJ20N. The field which i need to update are all present in ESLL Transp. Table (Lines of Service Package) and the fields are : short text (KTEXT1) , Quantity (MENGE) , Gross price (TBTWR) , Unit (MEINS) .
Suggest the BAPI which will update this fields.

Simpler would be FM /SAPAPO/DM_MODEL_POST:

Do one thing,,,
Go to CRMD_ORDER
Open the transaction in change mode
Go to the Pricing condition tab
put /H in transaction code box
delete the pricing condition manually from the transaction
Put break point on CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN function module...
debugger will stop at the function module...
check the data in all tables at this time and try to pass the same...it should work..

BAPI stands for Business API(Application Program Interface).
I have answered this question before..
A BAPI is remotely enabled function module ie it can be invoked from remote programs like standalone JAVA programs, web interface etc..
You can make your function module remotely enabled in attributes of Function module but
A BAPI are standard SAP function modules provided by SAP for remote access. Also they are part of Businees Objest Repository(BOR).
BAPI are RFC enabled function modules. the difference between RFc and BAPI are business objects. You create business objects and those are then registered in your BOR (Business Object Repository) which can be accessed outside the SAP system by using some other applications (Non-SAP) such as VB or JAVA. in this case u only specify the business object and its method from external system in BAPI there is no direct system call. while RFC are direct system call Some BAPIs provide basic functions and can be used for most SAP business object types. These BAPIs should be implemented the same for all business object types. Standardized BAPIs are easier to use and prevent users having to deal with a number of different BAPIs. Whenever possible, a standardized BAPI must be used in preference to an individual BAPI.
The following standardized BAPIs are provided:
Reading instances of SAP business objects
GetList ( ) With the BAPI GetList you can select a range of object key values, for example, company codes and material numbers.
The BAPI GetList() is a class method.
GetDetail() With the BAPI GetDetail() the details of an instance of a business object type are retrieved and returned to the calling program. The instance is identified via its key. The BAPI GetDetail() is an instance method. BAPIs that can create, change or delete instances of a business object type
The following BAPIs of the same object type have to be programmed so that they can be called several times within one transaction. Create( ) and CreateFromData! ( )
The BAPIs Create() and CreateFromData() create an instance of an SAP business object type, for example, a purchase order. These BAPIs are class methods.

Delete( ) and Undelete( ) The BAPI Delete() deletes an instance of an SAP business object type from the database or sets a deletion flag.

1. Find out the relevant BAPI (BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE for VA02).

Bapi to VB(Visual Basic)
Long back I had used the following flow structure to acheive the same.
Report -> SM59 RFC destination -> COM4ABAP -> VB.exe
my report uses the rfc destination to create a COM session with com4abap. com4abap calls the vb.exe and manages the flow of data between sap and vb exe.
You need to have com4abap.exe
If com4abap is installed you will find it in sapgui installatin directory , C:\Program Files\SAPpc\sapgui\RFCSDK\com4abap.

Each BAdI has a definition and more than one implementation. The definition means the methods(in class concept) that are used for performing various functions. The BAdI definition can be viewed in SE18 transaction(for standard ones) and user-defined BAdIs can be created in the same transaction as well.

i want to increase salary of emp whose salary is less than 2000 it means rest two salary should get update..using stored procedure only
