My creative zen sleek photo which i have had it for about 7 months and the headphone jack collasped inward and now i am unable to use headphones and listen to music. If there is anyway I can fix this please someone let me know asap. And how can I get help with creative customer service.

I did get a "server busy" message when I loaded quicktime, but I'm not sure if it is related or not since I've been seeing that over the last couple of days, I can't remember if it came before iTunes stopped working or not. That message reads "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'switch to' to activate the busy program and correct the problem." My options then are to choose switch to or retry. When I press "switch to" my Start menu opens, and nothing appears to happen when I select retry.
that's an odd sort of a message (or series of messages).
hmmmmm. let's try an experiment aimed at working out if there's a program interfering with the QuickTime (which is in turn causing grief with your iTunes).
try a selective startup using MSCONFIG, with just the itunes and QuickTime background processes enabled, as per the following document:

You will need to store each digit of the social insurance number in a field of its own. To validate the entry you will:
1. Multiply the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th digit by 2.
2. If the product of any of the four multiplications result in a value greater than 9, add the two resulting digits together to yield a single-digit response. For example 6 * 2 = 12, so you would add the 1 and the 2 to get a result of 3.
3. Add these four calculated values together, along with the 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th digits of the original number.
4. Subtract this sum from the next highest multiple of 10.
5. The difference should be equal to the 9th digit, which is considered the check digit.

1st digit 7
2nd digit (6*2 =12 1+2=) 3

Okay every time i plug my ipod up to my laptop a message comes up and says one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it. Can someone plz help me ive done everything.

I really need assistance/help with my ipod because it was working fine one day. Then the next day i decide to put more music on it then this message came up, and ive tried all the troubleshooting stuff and different links to help but still no success. But theres one thing i havent tried yet someone told me to buy another Apple charger and wall plug in to see if that works other than that i need help because i went to settings and erased everything off my ipod to see if that worked and it didnt so all my stuff is gone....Yeah i was ****** but plz help me!

I would first try unplugging All the USB devices plugged into your computer, and then plug back in just the iPhone and see if that is recognized. Also, do you have the latest version of iTunes for Windows installed on your PC, as you need to?

Stax reading /writing need help from xml guru plz

hi, i have been told that stax reading /writing should involve no overhead and that is why i use it and i am now able to write my large data to file, but using my reader i seem to run out of memory, using netbeans profiler i ahve found that char[] seems to be the problem,
by backtracing i ahve found that javax.xml.parser.SAXParser.parse calls the xerces packages which eventually leads to the char[ ], now my code for my reader is attatched here...

}i thought it may have been a recursive problme, hence having so many instance variables instead of local ones but that hasn't helped.
all i need at the end of this is a Collection which holds an array of testCollections, which holds an array of cCounts and i was able to hold all of this in memory as all i am loading is what was in memory before it was written.
can someone plz help
ps when i use tail in unix to read the end of the xml file it doesnt work correctly as i cannot specify the number of lines to show, it shows all of the file as thought it is not split into lines or contains new line chars or anything, it is stored as one long stream, is this correct??

please if anyone has any ideas from this code why a char[] would use 50% of the memory taken, and that the average age seems to show that the same one continues to grow..

hi, i am still having lo luck with reading the xml data back into memory, as i have said before, the netbeans profiler is telling me it is a char[] that is using 50% of the memory but i cannot see how a char[] is created, my code doesn't so it must be the xml code...plz help

Hello MohammedFawzi. I understand you're trying to recover your notebook to factory conditions.
If you're unable to perform the recovery the normal way I suggest ordering a set of Recovery Discs directly from HP. This will not only reinstall the operating system but will also recreate the partitions (including Recovery), install drivers, and most of the software.

What version of iOS are you running? I'm going to bet that you do NOT have a 3Gs. You have a 3G. The highest version of iOS that can run is 4.2.1.
If you did not save a copy of the older facebook at that could run on 4.2.1 on your computer that you can sync back, then you're out of luck. The newest version (and the only one available in the app store) will not run on 4.2.1.
You will have to resort to using the mobile web page in Safari or find a 3rd party app that will run on your phone.

That's because the Mac, OS X and the iLife apps that came preinstalled on the Mac all belong to the previous owner. The previous owner needs to call Apple care and have their Apple ID disassociated from the Mac. Then the hard drive needs to be totally erased and OS X and the iLife apps reinstalled using OS X Recovery.

Look, I understand I still need a card attached to the account. The problem is, it won't accept my card because I only have 87 cents in my bank account right now.
If I had known there would be so much trouble with the iTunes card, I would have just put the cash in my bank account in the morning instead of buying an iTunes card (I didn't expect the banks to be open on Thanksgiving of course).
Apple will only accept cards that have a balance. The balance is so small in my account that it won't accept it as a valid card.
I'm going to have to contact Apple anyway to reset the security questions. That's obvious. Your answers were not exactly helpful. You didn't tell me anything I don't already know, but thanks for trying to be helpful.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use
