Need to change letter color in subject/to lines

I have just began using this e-mail and for the first time changed the letter color to red in the body of an e-mail. I was replying between the lines of a received e-mail. Now the "to" "subject" lines are red and I can't change them back to black. It appears that I can change the letter color in the body of the text.

Subject line in red? Really? That's rather unusual. May we see a screenshot?
Addresses, yes. The design intention is that if an address you write to is shown in red, then Thunderbird hasn't been able to find a match for it in your Address Book, and is trying to alert you to this. You may have mistyped a known address, or you may appreciate a prompt to store this new address in the Address Book.
Having said that, Thunderbird seems to have a bug whereby it paints addresses in red even if they are known.
Be aware that your correspondents may not see decorations in your message such as changes in colours and fonts. There are well-established conventions for distinguishing replies in email which don't rely on optional features such as colour. Bear in mind also that hard copies of your messages may not always be printed in colour.

When I try change the color of the edge ui only change the color of the top line

Hi,
When I have tried to change the color of the edge field with this command:
$.ui.#textEdit.border.edge.color.value="255,255.255" only change the color of the top line.
Somebody know why?

I'd like to add i've encountered the same issue. I've found out that you can use the object appearance options to reset the borders to the same properties for all edges and corners. We have custom properties for the border of a field and i needed to set the border to 0mm and back to the default 0.018 mm and our color using the option "edit together". After that, the script to change the border color works for all edges, i suppose it'll work the same for the presence.

Change the color of the outer line of a shape

Hello I'm trying to create a rectangle with a red border and no inside fill. It's only to highlight some text of a bank form.
I know i have to right click the layer and choose blending options and stroke. But I've tried to change the color so many times and no matter what I do, the outer line remains gray and with rounded corners.
I want the corners of the rectangle to be squared, not rounded but I'm having a hard time changing this.

With Ps CS3, you'll probably want to define a Layer Style for a Stroke and then use that with the Square Shape Layers.
This is a Stroke of 4 px, 'Centered' (so a very slight corner rounding on the outside edge. 'Inside' will give you square corners for both inside and outside edges). To change the color of the stroke, go to Layer> Layer Style> Stroke and change the color by clicking on the color bar.

I need to change the color of the font in my Bookmark Toolbar. Unable to read all bookmarks.

No longer have a question about editing the Bookmarks Toolbar. I may be dense, but I have not discovered how I may change the text (font) color when using View, Bookmarks, Custom. I see the capability to choose to use text and image, but not to change the color of the text. The ability to "bold" the text would probably be sufficient. I will revisit the Getting Started page and select other background colors to try and alleviate the problem. Persona or thema colors conflict with black text (for my older eyes - I have a vision problem.).

I have a logo from another source and need to change the colors of it, HOW?

I had an outside source build me a logo which I want to use for my product labels etc. but I'm having trouble figuring out how to format a template for the correct size to transfer to the labels and I cant figure out how to change the color/colors of the logo that I was given?

If you open the AI version, what happens when you Alt/OptionClick (hold Alt if on Windows, Option if on Mac when clcking) one of the areas you wish to colour change?
If we are lucky, that will select the area, and you may change the colour (if you have selected the Fill box rather than the Stroke box at the bottom of the Toolbox); you may set the CMYK or RGB values in Window>Color (choose the relevant one from the flyout), or from the Window>Swatches, or in a few other ways.

Changing the color of a Basic line object nested in a table cell

Can anyone help me out here...I have inserted a line object from the Basic palette into a table cell on my web page and it displays fine but is default black color...I would like to change the color but haven't been successful in doing so..any ideas

How do I change the color of Basic Graphic Lines?

I used the basic graphic lines in the swatch library - (swatch libraries>patterns>basic graphics>basic graphics lines) to fill a retangle. My question is, can I change the colors of the lines? I have tried everything I know and can't seem to figure it out. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Almost answered - Thank you. The problem I am having is, I was able to drag the swatch onto the artboard and change the colors, but I am not able to drag the new colored one back to the swatch panel. All the swatches in that panel are black and white by default I guess. These are stock swatches. I am working on a PC if that makes a difference. I click the swatch with the selection tool and drag (control>drag?) and I get the little box with the + sign in it when I try to drag, but it bounces back. Any Suggestions. I am a total amature at this program, and am basically self taught.

Need to change stroke color of an object in a script

I need the finished script to create a rectangle with no fill and a 20% gray stroke to outline each artboard. I dug this up off these boards, which works perfectly except the rectangles created have no fill or stroke. if anyone could help out on this, it'd be greatly appreciated and certainly save me a lot of time drawing rectangles on a daily basis. Thanks!

Change background color of a selected line of text in textfield

I have a list of items in a dynamic text field. When a line is clicked I would like to highlight it, or change the background color. Any ideas?

By default, the generated application uses the oracle skin family. This skin generates the buttons as images with rounded edges so you cannot change the background color. If you change the skin-family to "minimal" in the adf-faces-config.xml, then you can change the background color of the buttons by adding a property like this to the button template:
inlineStyle="background-color:red;"
However, a cleaner way to do this, is by creating a custom skin, so you do not have to modify the generator templates at all. See the following link for more info on ADF Faces skinning:

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
First, just confirming that you realize you can always access your AOL email account by going directly to www.aol.com from the Safari browser (or Firefox, Chrome, etc.) until you get the Apple Mail problem fixed.
If you cannot connect directly through a browser, it's quite possible that AOL is doing maintenance or having a temporary problem. It happens with surprising frequency to most online hosts. I usually check downrightnow.com, but AOL is not one of the services for which they collect trouble reports.
Reconnecting your Apple Mail to your AOL account:
In the Apple Mail menubar, click on the Mailbox, Get New Mail, and highlight the AOL account.
You should see the 'spinning wheel' next to the account name for a moment while your AOL mail is retrieved.
That should successfully reconnect you.
Occasionally my ISP seems to corrupt a few packets and I'll get a message that all my external email account password are rejected, and asks me to re-enter them. Instead of re-entering passwords, I click 'cancel', and use this same procedure to re-connect.
NOTE: I'm on Snow Leopard OS X 10.6, and Mail 4.5 (1084) but I believe the process to reconnect did not change since OS X 10.5 Leopard.

How can I change the color of a object inside a symbol?

I'm working on this study and I need to change the color of an object inside a symbol when I click another object.
The object is called "bola", wich is inside the symbol "ponto" and the clicking object are the colored pencils (each pencil should change the color of the symbol's object, giving the impression you'd selecting a different pencil to draw).
I think it's simple to understand what I mean when you see the files.
I already tried this line on click event of the pencils, but it didn't work:
sym.getSymbol("ponto").$("bola").css("color","#123456");
Anyone knows how to make that work?
I would like to improve the experience of drawing as well. I made it with the "mousedown" event. Is that a better way to get a similar effect?
