Need to make li bullets red, text dark grey

Question

I am trying to make the bullets on my pages red, with the text beside it dark grey. See site at: http://www.lotusvalleydesigns.com/meixnerconstruction/ourservicescommercial.html
Also, I am not sure that I did the li tags correctly. When I ran the validation locally it said there were problems, please help.

Okay, a quick solution is to add <span> tags to your lists like this:
<ul>
<li><span>Item 1</span></li>
<li><span>Item 2</span></li>
<li><span>Item 3</span></li>
</ul>
You can then style your li in red and style your li span in dark gray, like so...
li { color: red }
li span { color: darkgray }
If you have many, many other lists that need creating, there are better ways of doing this.  Let me know if you have any more questions.
