Try resetting the iPad (hold the home and power buttons down until the Apple logo appears).

Itunes says to turn off compatibility mode? don't know how, help!!
I just downloaded the itunes 9.2 update this week and since then have been prompted to turn off compatibility mode every time I open itunes. I don't even know what that means or how to turn it off, (never seen this message before). Does anyone know how to turn this mode off? I've searched the progam files and all the options and can't seem to find anything.

There's instructions on how to change compatibility mode settings for iTunes in the following document, although there's a couple of additional quirks you need to watch for.
When you get to *step 8* make sure that no boxes are checked in the compatibility mode tab (not just the compatibility mode box itself ... having any box checked in there can cause a compatibility mode error message).

If none of the checkboxes are checked, and you're still getting a compatibility mode message, that's usually caused by an errant registry setting. For troubleshooting advice on that possibility, see Random Behavior's post in the following thread:

I have the new IPad and can't connect via bluetooth to any of my apple devices (IPhone 4s and appleTV) neither from my new IPhone 4s. When I turn the Bluetooth on, both devices keep in searching mode... I don't know what to do now... Please help... I can't pair any device because they can't find whitin themselves.

Im just really annoyed. I turned off my data when I barely went over at 4.004 before I went to bed. I just recently checked it to make sure it wasnt using data, But it had gone up to 4.037, after my data had been turned off. So I want to know what the deal is because thats bogus.

When you have kernel panics, the pertinent information is in the panic report.
These instructions must be carried out as an administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
In the Console window, select
DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION ▹ System Diagnostic Reports
(not Diagnostic and Usage Messages) from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points down. You'll see a list of reports. A panic report has a name that begins with "Kernel" and ends in ".panic". Select the most recent one. The contents of the report will appear on the right. Use copy and paste to post the entire contents—the text, not a screenshot.
If you don't see any reports listed, but you know there was a panic, you may have chosen Diagnostic and Usage Messages from the log list. Choose DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION instead.
In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)
Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report.
I know the report is long, maybe several hundred lines. Please post all of it anyway. -
I dropped my ipod 4th generation in water, and I turned it on without knowing that it might never turn on again. I don't know what to do, pleae help me!!!
You could well be looking at a new iPod, but this will only cost you a couple of bucks, and a little time. Worth trying, but it maybe to late, (I just don't want to give you any false hope.) Turn your iPod off and leave it off, do not attempt to charge it or use until you dry your iPod out. Put it in a sealed bag of rice for at least 7 to 10 days. change the rice daily. If (and it's a "BIG" if) your lucky after drying the iPod it will start up when you turn on the power. You may need to charge it for at least 30 minutes to get some signs of life. If it does not turn on after charging attempt a reset, press and hold both the power and home buttons together for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears, then release both buttons. If your iPod turns on, check that all is working. If you get it to work the first thing you should be is back up everything on your iPod to your computer, no guarantee it will continue to work. Water does bad things to electronic toys. If it doesn't work your only out a couple of bucks, then it's time for new toys. You may want to look at replacing with a refurbished iPod, about 1/2 of new. Take a look at this to make sure your settings are optimized to the best it can be.
If all else fails, try and restore through iTunes, set up as a new iPhone and manually sync your apps and media back to your iPhone.
If still persists after this, you might call Applecare and see if they can run a battery diagnogstics.. -
How do you burn videos taken with my Iphone 4S and stored on my computer to a DVD disc. I purchased and tried using RealPlayer Plus 16 but got error message saying "unsopported media type"? I also tried using Real Players file converter with no success! Thanks in advance for any help you can give!
Probably the OP is no longer paying attention to this unless the OP is subscribed to this discussion. While not really an iPhone question I guess using an iPhone to produce the movie which then needs taking to the next step makes this as good a starting place as any unless you happen to know enough about what to do to determine in which forum to post. A suggestion in that direction would help.
Anyway, Apple is backing off from supporting optical media. It also depends upon what you mean by "DVD". A DVD is just an optical disc which can support different file formats, but many people think it means a movie disc you can put in your TV. Producing a movie disc requires special iDVD authoring software Apple used to sell but stopped several years ago. I don't know if the old versions work under newer systems. There's also the free Burn application which authors DVDs but takes a bit of learning and has nowhere near the features of iDVD.
If the OP means simply burning the transferred movie files to a DVD for archiving in computer format you don't need special software for that; its built into the operating system File > New Burn folder etc. -

I'm unable to download Maverick. I'm told to sign under the account I used to purchase it. I am signed in under my Apple ID. I'm signed in with iTunes. I don't know what else to do. Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks for trying, but I've done that. It matters not, I keep getting the same message about signing in with same account used to purchase it. I've had the same account since I bought the iMac. So, I'm stymied.
