I want to Add a new field in the Decision Operation for the feature WEBMO. Currently following fields are available for Decision Operation such as APPID, MOLGA, PERNR, TRFAR, TRFGB, TRFGR, TRFST, BUKRS, WERKS, PERSG, PERSK, VDSK1, GSBER, BTRTL, JUPER, ABKRS, ANSVH, KOSTL, ORGEH, PLANS, STELL, MSTBR, SACHA, SACHP, SACHZ, SNAME, ENAME, OTYPE, SBMOD, KOKRS, FISTL, GEBER, FKBER and GRANT_NBR.
I want to add a new field (EXMPT) from table T5U13.
Could you please understand me what is the procedure to add a field, what logic to be incorporated in the program and what is the program in which the logic to be incorporated.

WERKS is already available in Decision Operation. What i want is, to add new field (EXMPT) from table T5U13 in Decision Operation.

This message appears when an update has been sent for his approval and is pending. It could happen while opening the project plan, or when clicking on something like "retreive tasks updates" from the backstage menu of MS Project Pro.
The PM should go to his approval center and check for any approval pending.

Add a new field(from transparent table) to the infoset

Hi,
I need to add a new field to the existing infoset in HR. I found that field exist in the CSKS table. in the infoset they are using PNP logical database. As per my understaning i have to link the CSKS-KOSTL with P0001-KOSTL.
Could you tell me how to do this?

I have added that KOSAR in the additional fields and i added the code for that like
clear kosar.
select single kosar
into kosar
from csks
where kokrs = p0001-kokrs
and kostl = p0001-kostl.
Is it will work now? One more help how to add this change to the transport?

New Field to be added in ICWEB

I am using CRM 4.0
I have to add Business Partner Role(Sold to, Ship to.. etc) and Mobile Number in IC Web client view.
BPROLE field need to be added to BupaSearchB2B and BupaDetailB2b views.
The steps that i have followed are
1) Created New BSP application.
2) Copied the views that needed to be changed in it.
3) Created a new framework Profile
4) Replaced the contollers in framework profile
5) Changed in htmlb of the view to include BPROLE fields in frontend
6) I went into transaction BSP_WD_WORKBENCH
Added Attribute Role in the context Node of Customer for BupaDetailB2B and to context node of SearchCustomers for BupaSearchB2B respectively using wizard.
When i log onto my profile in IC web i can see the new fileds in the 2 views,
However the new fields are not populating for BupaDetailB2B and i cannot search through them in BupaSearchB2B view.
Am i missing something
Secondly Mobile NUmber is present in GUI however i was not able to find it in any of the BOL Entity as a BOL attribute.
If a BOl Attribute is not present but the field is there in SAP GUI. IS there a method to add the attribute to IC web

The other way could be to use the BuPaController to find the values like ROLES, GROUPS etc. from Customizing.
Use the code below to access the ROLE for a BP.
DATA: lv_bupacontroller TYPE REF TO cl_crm_ic_bupacontroller_impl.
DATA: ls_profile TYPE crmc_ic_bpident.
lv_bupacontroller ?= get_custom_controller( 'BuPaController' ).
CHECK lv_bupacontroller IS BOUND.
ls_profile = lv_bupacontroller->get_profile( ).
The field ls_profile-BPROLE_CREATE has the role which you want.

UOM (additional) field to be added to the SC screen

Hi all,
We are working on SRM 4.0.I need to add a display/output field "unit of Measure" besides the i/p field "Quantity" on the SC screen where i add the items to the SC.
Now when i select the product,the product ID gets populated in the same screen.Now based on my Product selected,i need to populate this field of "Unit of measure" and display the same on the new output field.
Can anyone tell me what needs to be done for creating this additional o/p field besides the std quantity field in the SC screen(any BADI available for this?) as well as for the UOM value to get populated in this field whcih std code need to be modified?
Any help is highly apreciated.

I have found that there are std BADIs available for adding custom fields..But cna anyone tell me that specifically for my reqt as mentioned,i need to add the field at the Header or item level?Also if header level,wil i be able to display this field?
Also,if i need to populate this field with soem value based on the product which i select in the initial screen,do i need to make any changes in any of the std code or just use the BADI to populate this field.
Lastly,i just need to have this field as display field.For that wil i hav to use the MODIFY SCREEN method of BADI BBP_CUF_BADI_2?Pls clarify.

New field will not show in the Datasource

Hello Experts,
I enhanced a datasource by adding a new field in the append structure and when I saved and activated and when into RSA5 or RSA6 then double clicked on the datasource my ZZ field does not show at the end. Anyone know why this is?

Once you have appended the structure .
In RSA6 you need to go to the purticular datasource (In change Mode) and need to uncheck the option *HIDE field for the field you have appended .
After you Uncheck that field save and exit.

Custom fields to be added to the result list through AET

Hi All,
I have to add the custom fields to the Result list of the Ibase. I came to know that this can be achieved through the AET(application enhancement tool). I have done the following steps
1. I enabled the AET through personalization settings and i clicked on the show configurable area icon.
2.I have chosen the reult view for which custom field (Zfield) has to be added.
3.One pop-up came, but the 'Create New Field' Button is in disable mode.
Because of this i am not able to add the customi fields to the result list. Please provide me the solution to overcome this issue.

Hi,
it is not recommended to create custom field manually. Adding a new field in a BOL structure is not enough. Because you need also the field in the database and maybe also in other structures, i.e. Middleware.
As far as I know AET is able to enhance IBASE application. In the Config Tool, AET tries to determine which enhanced business object is relevant for the current application(in your case IBASE application). When AET is able to determine an enhanced business object, it will activate the "Create New Field".
The determination of enhanced business object is based on the UI object type that is set in IBASE application.
You need to make sure 2 points here.
1. IBASE application has to set UI object type. Use tab to get the focus in any button of the view that you want to enhance, than press F2. You will get a popup and it shows a field "Object Type(Searched For)". That is the UI object type which is set by the application.
2. Go to SE11 and open the UI object type table (BSP_DLC_OBJ_TYPE). Search for this object type which is set by the IBASE application and see whether the given result has also an EXT_BO. EXT_BO in this case is the enhanced business object which is used by AET.
If you do not come any further, please create a CSN message.

Now i need to add two more views and these newly added views should be reflected in the browsers also, when this IBDETAIL is called .Can you suggest related documents to add the views in the BSP Components

After creating a new playlist, song is added to the playlist multiple times

I have an iPhone 5, and created a new playlist. When I start the playlist, no matter what song I click on, it defaults to the first song in the playlist, and adds about 20 "ghost" copies of the song. I'm running iOS 6.1.4.

Well I fixed it. Opened the playlist, shuffled the song, played a song, unshuffled the playlist, and now it's normal. Weird

IMG-->QM>Quality notifications->Notification Creation->Define Screen Templates--> Define Initial Screens--> select F3 here and enter QM03_CREATE_QMEL_WITH_WINDOW in the column Name of the function module and enter 0100 in the initial screen column., save it.
If you wish to make material document field mandatory, then go to
IMG-->QM>Quality notifications->Notification Creation->Define Screen Templates--> Field Selection: Initial Screens--> select the radio button as REQ for the field RQM01-MBLNR that is for material doc.
Similarly for in the above menu you can make mandatory for reference object screen also
IMG-->QM>Quality notifications->Notification Creation->Define Screen Templates--> Field Selection: Reference Object Screens--> select the radio button as REQ for the field RQM01-MBLNR that is for material doc.
Now, once you finish this , go and try QM01 you will find the POP for Material document entry coming immediately if you pres the Notification button for F3 Notification type.

I don't want some fields to be added in the Tab order.

I dragged a few objects from the OBJECT LIBRARY, say
1. TextField1
2. TextField2
3. TextField3
4. Text1
5. ImageField1
6. Button1
7. CheckBox1
8. CheckBox2
Then I selected 'TAB ORDER' from the 'VIEW MENU' now I want to keep out 'ImageField1' and 'Text1' from the tabbing order.

Hello, I presume you dont want the end-user editing these objects either? If thats the case then use static objects instead. Static objects are not included in the tabbing order. Yes, they are identified with a number when you enable the View | Tabbing Order but only to identify them as part of the reading order. Remember, the tabbing order and reading order share the same sequence. See if you can use a static image instead of an image field. I presume Text1 is already a static text object therefore it wont be tabbed into. If you cant replace the image field with a static image then you can use a workaround. You can protect the access to a field. Protected fields do not participate in the tabbing sequence. Designer does not expose this property so you will have to specify it manually. For example: 1. Select the image field. 2. Go to the XML Source. If it not opened, go to the View menu and select XML Source. It will show up besides the Preview PDF tab. 3. The <field> element will be highlighted. Type access=protected. For example: <field name="ImageField1" y="25.4mm" x="57.15mm" w="25.4mm" h="30.4mm" access="protected"> 4. Preview the form. Does this help solve your problem? You mentioned your directory path as \\FORMS60\java\oracle\forms\icons, is this a local directory??? If it's a network directory make sure the directory is accesible by the user.
Try to create a local directory like C:\my_icons and put your icons in it make sure the directory you have your icons in it is listed in FORMS_PATH registry key string.
And make sure you icons are of .ico format.

You are adding extra field MATNR to the file. While uploading data, you need to make sure that you make changes to the structure so that MATNR values will also get uploaded.
If you have Batch input code present in the program, you need to make sure that you add coding to populate MATNR in respective Screens. Which transaction are you writing BDC for?

New Depreciation Area tobe added to the existing Assets

I had Run OAYZ to activate a depreciation area for a Asset Class
I run AFBN to add this new depreciation area to the existing assets.
When I go to Assets Explorer (AW01N) I get following area
Values for Ordinary deprec. have changed in dep. area 13 in fiscal year 2007
    Message no. AU390
Diagnosis
    Depreciation terms were changed in depreciation area 13 since the last
    time depreciation was recalculated. The values for Ordinary deprec. that
    were saved in the database in fiscal year 2007 are therefore different
    from the newly calculated values by an amount of
    476.41-.
Procedure
    Check if the newly calculated values are correct. If they are, then
    carry out a depreciation recalculation. You should be aware that if you
    recalculate depreciation, new values could arise for all open fiscal
    years, and these would then have to be posted to the general ledger by
means of a depreciation posting run.
If, on the other hand, you want to keep the values that are saved in the
database, you have to set the depreciation terms back to how they were
at the time of the last depreciation recalculation.
To see a comparison of the old and new values, you can use the Display
dep. calc. function in the asset value display or the Recalculate values
function in the Asset Accounting menu.

Now if I try to click on proceed and recalculate the depreciation (AFAR) the system gives error

Hi Sanjay,
Execute T Code AFBN and add the new depreciation areas to the existing assets. This will add the new dep area to all the assets under the particular char of depreciation.
