New IPhone has random person's email as Apple ID
I just got my first iPhone today, and when I tried to download some apps it asked me for my Apple ID password, but it reads:
"Enter the Apple ID password for '[email protected]'"
I have no idea who Angelo Pezzino is, and it won't let me do anything besides hit Cancel or OK. I have an Apple ID but it obviously won't work for this random email address. How do I fix this? I'm assuming my new iphone was originally registered to someone else, but not sure how that's possible since it's a yellow 5c and hasn't been on the market that long...

Where did you buy the phone? From Apple? Return the phone for a replacement.

My iPhone has suddenly started sending emails in Courier New (rather than the standard Arial). They appear in Arial when I compose them, but turn to Courier new in the sent folder and when displayed to the recipient. I use Yahoo Mobile Mail. Help! My new iphone has a lag time before it turns on. I think it may need to go into Tysons for support. Do you have any other options for me?
What exactly do you mean by lag time when tutned on? If you startup from a shutoff condition you have to hold the power button for a few seconds before the startup sequence begins...and then the apple logo will stay on-screen for a minute or so as it powers up.
If you are talking about waking from sleep, how long is this taking?
If you are concerned, by all means take it in for testing...but Apple does not repair iPhones, they replace them if defective. -
I just got my new iphone. I successfully signed in my apple account by i have an issue with my icloud. It took my email but the password is incorrect. is the apple account email just the same with the icloud email?

If you backup with iTunes and you restored from the backup and the contacts were gone, then there is no where to retrieve them from unless you have another backup that contains those contacts.
Launch iTunes on the computer and go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices. You will see a window with all of your backups listed in it.
If you see a recent backup that you are certain contains the contacts that you need, recover deleted contacts from iPhone.
If your contacts is gone from iCloud.com there is only a few ways to possibly recover it.
The first things I would check is a iCloud Backup, a iTunes Backup, or a 3rd party email that may have contained the contacts. To restore from a iCloud or iTunes backup follow this link. This article explains how to restore a device from either back up.
Note if you have backed up since the contacts went missing, you will not have the note on the backup. Make sure you do not back up if trying to restore from a back up as this will back up the content without the note.
To get to the "Set up assistant" on an iOS device, you must go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings. Once the phone restarts, you will be at the "Set up Assistant" -

Thanks for your reply. Having read through relevant topics it suggests that if I sync my iphone with the correct account on my pc it should use that one thereafter. i will try both.

i bought a new iphone and as i was setting my apple ID account and i signed in to my account and confirmed two useres with diffrent numbers that were signed to the same apple ID and it messed up my i messege and face time. how do i fix that or delete one user ?

To sign out of your Apple ID
Go to Settings > FaceTime, tap your Apple ID, and select Sign Out.
Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, tap your Apple ID, and select Sign Out.

Since i got the new Iphone 4s it constantly drops calls. Apple have replaced the phone with another new iphone 4s but i am still having the same problem. I have checked with vodapohe that there is no issue from there end, given a new sim, still drops out

Iphone has randomly been bricking
For some reason my iphone on random occasions produces a black screen almost like the phone has been locked excpet no buttons work and the only way to reboot it to plug the phone into a power source. Another odd thing the phone does sometimes when it gets into brick mode is I plug it in to the power the phone doesnt even reboot the screen just flashes white and comes back to where I was such as the homescreen without a reboot. I have tried a full restore and it seemed to have helped for awhile but then the issue reoccurred. Does any know if this is a common issue and if its due to hardware or software?
Was the phone ever back up to iCloud?

Apparently, there is a big delay in syncing to the Comcast mail server. I just tapped on the email icon and it went directly to the Comcast inbox. So thanks to anyone who read this and got a chuckle.

New Iphone 4s will not accept email password
I received my new Iphone 4s in the mail yesterday and went to AT&T to have them set it up. Everything was working until today when my backlight went out. I had to make an appointment and go to the apple store and reveived a new phone. Now after updating my phone and trying to set up the email, it is not accepting my password for my yahoo mail account. I have tried multiple times and each time after typing it in I get a message that says Yahoo! server unavailable please try again later. However I can log into my email fine on the computer.
Delete the account on your phone then set it up again.
