  • Acrobat issue - pop-up says "Your trial will expire in 32767 days"

    Hi all,
I'm hoping someone may be able to help me get rid of an annoying pop up I'm encountering in Acrobat.
I'm running a licensed version of Adobe CS6 Master Collection that I purchased directly from Adobe.
I've noticed, however, in the last few days that when I go to print a web page to PDF format using Adobe -PDF, I am getting an unusual Adobe pop-up that says "Your trial will expire in 32767 days". This seems to be happening only in Acrobat, all other Adobe programs are working fine. JPEG of popup is attached.
I then click on "License this software", then I'm prompted to sign-in with my Adobe account. So I enter my login details, the page appears to load, however, then I'm sent back to the sign-in screen. I know I'm using the right log-in details (as I just logged in to post this message!). So the only way to get out of this message is to click back and then "continue trial".
    Acrobat version installed is 10.1.3
I've already tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Acrobat, but I'm still having the same problem.
    Thanks in advance!
    J

Sorry that I can not help. However, it is intriguing that you apparently have 100 years or so left on a trial. There definitely appears to be a problem. I would try a repair from the help menu as your first step. You already have the most current version, so suggesting updates would not help. When you do an uninstall, be sure to deactivate first. After an uninstall, do two additional steps before a reinstall: 1. remove the Acrobat folder and 2. run the Acrobat cleanup tool http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html.

  • Action Required - Your subscription will be cancel...

HI, I received this message today. I hope this is a sick joke as the payment for this year skype subscription was made on January 03rd, 2012...Since when do 365 days expire in less that 60 (31days for January and 29 for February)???
"The credit/debit card ECMC-SKYPE xxxxx you currently use for your subscription payments will expire at the end of the month.
This will cause your subscription to terminate at the end of the current billing period, which is on Mar 1, 2012."
    Apologies may be accepted.

    Hello,
    1. No it won't. Your Plan will remain in force until the next renewal date (7/09/12) in your case.
    2. That's fine.

  • "Your password will expire in X days..."

It's nice having this feature that offers to change your password ahead of time in the loginwindow, but is there any way to set it so that it only kicks in when your password is due to change in less than a certain number of days, not every blimmin day. it's currently telling me my password will expire in 29 days!
I've naively plugged the mac into an AD forest much as i do with my regular leopard machines.

  • Email received: Your Captivate Subscription Edition (one-year) subscription will expire in 7 days

    Hi,
I receivedan email with the abovementioned subject.
I am on a one year subscription.
I have logged on to my account and checked billing info etc. I can see no reason for the warning as the billing info is unchanged and appears to have been processed without issue previously.
I am unable to see the status of a payment/invoice, only that the invoice has been issued and can't find an email address or someone in the accounts department to send this through to.
Can you point me in the right direction?
    thanks!

  • Action required - your subscription is expiring in...

This is from an old account that I could not get access to, and the Skype help told me that the old account had been cancelled.  I get this message every day, and it just keeps extending the date.
Now I'm feeling like this is some type of SPAM attack.
    Please assist.
    Jody James

can you check if there an option to unsubcribe in those emails?  If the account is indeed already cancelled, I think you can just send a request to the customer support to stop sending emails to your email address.

  • Re: Action Required - Your subscription will be ca...

I received this email as well. My subscription was paid in full and is good until July 2014. There is no way to contact Skype directly, but do expect some clarification. If they cancel my subscription, then I too demand a refund.

Skype SUPPORT seems to be confused.  I rcvd same msg (several times now)  I rcvd a help ticket response to cancel my card and then re add it, but that wont work, without cancelling my prepaid subscription. Some of the selections wont 'click'.   Im frustrated by their lack of support and sending of meaningless msgs and answers that dont make sense.  Im wasting time trying to get a simple issue resolved.  Relying on this 'community' to run the Skype business since they dont seem to understand what their own system is doing ?
Didnt someone take over Skype ?   I thought it was a reputable company that might offer support

  • Why am I getting a message that my subscription will expire soon?

I'm on a clean install of OS X Mavericks and I installed Creative Cloud and intalled Photoshop through Creative Cloud. When I open Photoshop I get this message:
This is wrong 'cause my subscription just renewed on Nov 13, so I don't know what's going on here.

    Still counting down.

  • Your subscription expires soon - renew today...

Why am I getting this email?
Everything is set to auto-renew.  My Skype-In number renews in September.
Previous posts suggest these messages were in error?

I got the 3 day notice too: "Just to let you know that your existing subscription will expire in 3 days. We hope you’ve enjoyed staying in touch with friends and family using your Skype subscription." On my account it says "Your subscription was cancelled. It will expire on September 6, 2015." But Skype still works and I didn't cancel anything. This is confusing and has frustrated me for a couple days now. Does anyone know whats going on?

  • Creative Cloud pops up with trail will expire in 0 days when I run Dreamweaver CS6

When I click on the icon for Dreamweaver CS6 a panel for Dreamweaver CC pops up with the message “Your trial will expire in 0 days”  “00 days remaining.  It offers “Buy Now” and “Continue Trial”. When I click the red x to close out I am returned to Dreamweaver CS6.
I reinstalled Dreamweaver CS6 but the problem persists.  I do not want Dreamweaver CDC.
I tried to follow the instructions In http://helpx.adobe.com/dreative-suite ... "Creative Cloud Help/Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly revert to trial mode | CS6, CC ..."  but I lost the thread.
I am at a loss at to what to do now.  Please help.

Here are two additional items that may be helpful:
    1.    I reported that Under Step 3 “Check Your Host Files – Still Have Problems?  Reset Host Files” I did not find entries that reference activate.adobe.com.  On further checking I found the Notepad file.  It contained the following information:
Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
    For example:
        102.54.94.97    rhino.acme.com          # source server
          38.25.63.10    x.acme.com              # x client host
localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
            127.0.0.1      localhost
            ::1            localhost
    2.    On Saturday, 23 August 2014 I received an e-mail from Adobe Creative Cloud [email protected] that said
Welcome. We’re glad you’ve joined us.
Thanks for joining Creative Cloud. We thought we’d send along a few ideas to help you get started.

    Make something great,
    The Creative Cloud Team
This is odd.  What made them think I joined Creative Cloud? The Creative Cloud program is not installed on the computer and I have not downloaded Creative Cloud trial version or a paid version.
GOAL: My goal is to eliminate the CC pop up that occurs every time I access Dreamweaver CS6. I am satisfied with Dreamweaver CS6.  I do not want to lose the CS6 capability.  I do not want Creative Cloud trial version or the paid version.
So far I have been unable to remove the pop up and I can’t find a way to phone or e-mail Adobe Technical Support.  When I received the CC Welcome message, I considered the following approach:
    1.    Accept the invitation to Get Started and install the 30-day trial version
    2.    Use the CC Cleaner Tool to uninstall Creative Cloud.
This approach might work.  It is equally possible it would further complicate the problem.
Should I accept the CC invitation to Get Started with CC and then use CC Cleaner to uninstall the Creative Cloud program?  Is there an alternative approach that will work?
    Thank you.

    Donna,
You need to sign in with the adobe id against which you purchased the subscription.
This should be the same id on which you must have received your order details.
