NO 1hour service item default pop-up

Hi Experts,
When a Service Confirmation created from an Incident,
  a pop-up is always displayed with a default service item 1 hour.
this 1 hour pop-up service item needs to be removed.

If you are on apex 4 , create Dynamic Action that on change of the popup lov item. As action choose Javascript. Then either submit the page with a request and use a conditional branch that uses the request or use javascript redirection(window.location.href ="URL")

    Which SRM version are you using ? What is your business requirement ? Do you want to change Service Item description value for every line item in the shopping cart OR
    the permanent text displayed on the Left side on the HTML Template.. ?
    <b>Incase you want to modify the HTML template Text, then it can be done using HTML Template modification.</b>
    Using Transaction SE80, In the Internet Service - BBPSC01, you need to find the relevant HTML Template and make the required chnages to the Description there as per your business requirements.
    All BBPSC* transaction are using the HTML sources of service BBPSC01.
    So you have to modify template SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS_300 from service BBPSC01.
    Make sure to publish the complete service on all defined sites so that changes can appear in all respective SRM Client systems.

  • Default layout "1 Goods services/items" in MIRO

    Dear,
    Since the 6.0 release, the layout in MIRO "1 Goods services/items" doesn't stay default anymore.  When you have booked planned delivery costs the last time, you will get layout "2 Planned Delivery Costs" when you enter the next time to book an invoice...
    Does anyone knows how to set the first layout default?

    Hi,
    This is standard function, which ever layout you will select to post last LIV doc, it will default the same from next time onwards. Also it is not SAP version dependent.
    This time you book Invoice by selection "1 Goods/Services items" manually and next time onwards it will start defaulting "1 Goods/Services items" only.

  • Account assignment for service item not copied from PR in PO

    Hi,
    We have a PR created for a service item from SRM. When we run ME59 it automatically creates the PO without issues by copying the account assignment details from the PR. The problem is as follows:
    1. If we try to manually create a PO using ME21N from this PR, the account assignment is not getting copied from the PR but it throws the account assignment pop up screen where we manually have to enter the account assignment.
    2. The client is using a Z transaction of ME59 which is copy of Me59 but with a few validations (nothing to do with Account assignment). This Z Tcode also fails to create the PO with the error 'no account assignment'. Indicating that the PR account assignment details are not getting copied.
    Note: This is happening for all PR's irrespective of whether its created in SRM or created using ME51N.
    Please let me know if someone has faced a similar issue

  • Delivery completed indicator in purchase order for service item

    How can I make the delivery completed indicator (EKPO-ELIKZ) in a purchase order for a service item ready for direct changes.
    Per default this field is hidden on purpose for service items (according to SAP note 735404). Please inform me of customizing entry where that can be changed!

    delivery completed indicator only gives information for MRP ( That not consider balance qty as onorder stock), it has no control on GR, so I am not sure what you will achieve to mark it in service PO?

  • Decommissioning Service Items

    Hi
    Just wondering how other organisations deal with service items that need to be decommissioned. As we don't have any formal asset management or CMDB solution in place, we're hoping to leverage LifecycleCentre as much as possible.
    We've setup services that automatically create a service item, I've also setup decommission services that updates the status of the service item but I need to work out how to remove the customerID association so that it no longer shows up in a users service item list.
    One thought is to have a DB adapter task trigger which does this, as I can't see how you would update using the service item task type. How do the others do it?

    This capability is provided via the Service Item task.
    To remove a customer ID from a service item, the SIBD (Service Item Based Dictionary) used in the service that decommissions the SI *must* include the CustomerID and OrganizationID (default fields for SI history which can optionally be included in the SIBD).  If you include these fields in the dictionary, and don't assign any value to them, any previous values assigned will be nulled out in the SI when the Service Item task that updates the SI is executed.

  • SRM MDM Catalog -Service Item

    Hi guys,
    We got a standard SRM MDM catalog implementation with OCI configuration handling all the item mapping.
    I run into issues when I flag an item as a "Service Item" in MDM by using the default provided flag MDMSRM_SERVICE_ITEM.
    This flag, when set to the true value of X, passes an item to EBP as a Service item as it should.
    However, once this flag is set for an item and the corresponding OCI mapping is done, all other items (i.e. items that have the flag with a false value) in the MDM repository get transferred to EBP as Service items as well.
    So, in other words, once the the MDMSRM_SERVICE_ITEM is mapped in OCI, it flags all MDM items as Service items irrespective of the flag value.
    Any help is deeply appreciated.

    We had a same issue. Just you need to set the other value="FALSE".
    Open the MDM Console, select the SRM-MDM repository, Select the main table and navigate to the field Service Item. You will find this field is of type Boolean with True value = "X" and False value = " ". Set the False value = "FALSE" and Default value = FALSE.
    Now check whether the items present in Data Manager has FALSE for service item field by default and then run the scenario it should work fine.

    Is it possible to create only one service entry sheet for all the PO Line items?
    at the moment, system allowing me to create one entry sheet for one PO line items.
    PO line item number 1, is appearing by default in the top of the service entry sheet.
    My user wants to create one entry sheet for all PO line items

    SAP treats every line item of PO as separate Entry Sheet...

    If you want to have create single SES for all services, means while creating PO don't create separate line item for each service.
    Instead put all services under one line item in PO.

  • Unlimited check for Service items on contracts

    When I'm creating a contract for a service item, on the item detail the checkbox for Unlimited is always checked.
    Why is this developed like that? and is there a way to modify this behavior?

    Hi,
    On the item detail screen this flag should be left set as it is defaulted.
    The real limits are stored at the service specification levels and NOT at the PO item details level.
    If you test this you will find that the flag that you are indicating here does not affect the process because the actual flags at the lower level are used.
    So unless this is giving you a real problem, leave it as it is.

    Can anyone provide me an example of how to create a simple pop up message?  I would attempt to create this with Oracle Personalizations -> Create Item -> Item Style "Pop Up".
    I attempted to create the pop up message but am not successful.

    My question is related to personalizations in Oracle Self Service pages,  Currently I am on Oracle APPS R.12.1.3.
    The Self Service pages are associated to a VIEW OBJECT that is either copied from Oracle seeded VOs or created and/or modified in JAVA.
    You can also perform a "Personalization" within the form and by pass making updates in JAVA.  This option is available in any self-service screen, top right corner labeled "Personalize Page".  Once you select "Personalize Page, there is a option called "Create Item" that will allow you to create a new column or custom action.
    My request is simply to understand how to utilize the seeded "Create Item" and within this function "Pop Up" in order for a page or message to appear immediately after for example the user select a button or enters data into a field. 
    Not sure if I can perform this within a "Personlization" or is updating the underlining View Object or Controller class is required.

    Hi Samapth,
    It is clear based on the definition you known.  Depending on you business process, the more of the item types, the better.  That is because you can do all kinds of analysis and breakdown the accounting details easily.  Service types are usually only applied to one time or small amount sales.

    We have to cancel that order without deleting it.

    Thanks for your reply, Checked the status overview also, it shows item is fully rejected and open for billing.
    While generating billing due list the orders which are rejected by us is also reflecting as due for billing.
    Where as if we are rejecting any deliverable items in order it is not showing as open order.

    Hello, I am interested in learning more on this new feature. We have requirements for ServiceItems we are planning on implementing services using SI, but most likely won't occur until we upgrade to 10R2.  I have been reading 9.4 documentation for ServiceItems and find it difficult to follow.
