No dotted line around wrapper

I'm on only the 7th step of part II of "creating your first website" and already I've ran into problems. My wrapper has a solid line around it instead of a dotted line around the placeholder text. Afraid this will cause problems down the road even if I can still delete and put in the proper text. Using DW 2014 with PC. Need to find out quick so I can decide if this product is for me. Code below.
Thanks,
Howard
<!doctype html>
<html>
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<title>SRBC Pastor</title>
</head>
<body>
<div id="wrapper">Content for  id "wrapper" Goes Here</div>
</body>
</html>

Duh!! That did it. Jeez, I was going nuts trying to figure that out.
Many Thanks,
Howard

    When browsing a new library that I created and exported onto an external hard drive, the browser shows dotted lines around grey rectangles, no images. When I double click on a rectangle, the image appears, but all the other rectangles remain empty - no image. How do I get images to appear in the browser rectangles? I am viewing this on a second computer (an older intel duo iMac), not the one I created the library on (a MacBook Pro). Both computers have Aperture 3.2.4 installed. When I return the external to the MacBook, all images appear in browser rectangles. What's happening on the iMac?

    You may have a problem with the permissions on your external volume. Probably you are not the owner of your library on the second mac.
    If you have not already done so, set the "Ignore Ownership on this Volume" flag on your external volume. To do this, select the volume in the Finder and use the Finder command "File > Get Info" (or ⌘I).
    In the "Get Info" panel disclose the "Sharing & Permissions" brick, open the padlock, and enable the "Ignore Ownership on this Volume" flag. You will have to authentificate as administrator to do this.
    Then run the "Aperture Library First Aid Tools" on this library and repair the permissions. To launch the "First Aid Tools" hold down the ⌥⌘-key combination while you double click your Aperture Library. Select "Repair Permissions" and run the repair; then repeat with "Repair Database". Do this on the omputer where you created the library and where you can see the thumbnails.
    Then check, if you now are able to read the library properly on your iMac.

  • Dotted line around image frame in active state mode.

    In my active state, I have the button set to open in a new window once it's clicked on, which it does. But when I go back to the page, there is a dotted line around the image frame that doesn't go away. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi
    I believe you are using Firefox to view the site, as this occurs only on firefox.
    This is a known issue on their end as the selection for page object remains when we return to page.
    The details can be found on this link :
    https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Page_Inspector
    where it is mentioned that they would be taking this off from Firefox 29 onwards.
    From Muse we cannot control this as its a browser specific selector function.
    Thanks,

  • The logos on some of my bookmarks are now blank squares witha dotted line around them

    I updated Firefox and now the logos on some of my bookmarks and tabs are blank, dotted line squares.

    If you go to the site, do they actually have a favicon, or did you create them in you bookmarks with the help of an extension because you didn't like non descriptive bookmark icons and folder icons.
    Did you lose them in the bookmarks sidebar("Ctrl+B")
    On the toolbar for the Bookmarks toolbar, I display only text and try to key most of them to 1-2 letters (or 1 non-letter character) for those that appear directly on the toolbar. Most are in folders there.

    I had just answered this elsewhere 1/2 hour ago but couldn't find it.
    The was another answer there that suggested to Restart Firefox, good but you had them for a long time so I hadn't mentioned it.
    You basically have to use them again sometimes, but I've not seen them disappear. Since they are stored both as a bitmap and reference to the web page favicon it seems that they would not be deleted.
    I don't really have total recall that I could remember exact working and retype consistently -- but I do have and extension to help me when this site drops what I typed if I go to another page using same tab and come back. I could have searched on content or title (or mess it up again trying and restore like I just did again for the second time).

  • Dashed line around iCal appointment

    I have seen this posted in several areas but no solution to be found as of yet.  SOMETIMES when I create an appointment in iCal, I get a clear background with a white dotted line around the appointment.
    Each time I create an appointment, I invite my wife.  I always get a yellow exclamation point before her name (or any name/email I use for invite).  SOME appointments have a man with a question mark in the upper right hand corner (these are the ones that have the clear background and dashed line)...
    When I create an appointment, invite my wife, one of three things happen:
    1)  the appointment is created in the appropriate calendar, invitation is sent and I am done.  I do not need to wait for her to accept the appointent.
    2)  the appointment is created, clear background, dashed lines, little man with question mark in upper right hand corner, invitation sent.  When she accepts, the color for the calendar fills the appointment and the dashed line is removed.
    3)  the appointment is created, clear background, dashed lines, little man with question mark in upper right hand corner, invitation IS NOT sent.
    HELP!  This is frustrating...

    Greetings,
    The events where the dotted outline and the little man appear, are they part of a calendar in the "ON MY MAC" section of the iCal sidebar on the left hand side or a different section?

  • Imported photos appear only as dotted line in the thumbnail view.

    For the past year all of the photos that I have imported just show up as a "blank" with a dotted line around it.  I can only view photos one at a time (after I click on it).  What's up?

    Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to rebuild the thumbnails. It can take 3 or 4 goes for this to work

  • Over the years I have backed up my ifoto albums on discs. Now with the new ifoto in 10.7.5 I can't see the fotos from five year old discs--only a dotted line outline of the fotos, all black and white; no images. What gives? and how can I view them?

    Over the years I have backed up my ifoto albums on discs. Now with the new ifoto I cannot see any fotos when I insert the 'old' discs, just dotted lines around where the foto should be. How can I view the fotos? They were backed up for security, but now they are so secure I can't view them! Help!

    If you're running iPhoto 9.5 you'll need to follow these directions in order to view disk created by previous versions of iPhoto:
    1 - Copy the library from the disk to the Desktop.
    2 - Double click on the iPhoto Library Upgrader tool to launch it  and select the library on the desktop to convert.
    3 - Once that is done you can open it with iPhoto 9.5.

  • Images have become dotted lines

    Today I was told by my Mac to update my computer. After I updated it, all my photos in iPhoto have changed into squares with dotted lines around them...the image is gone. How do i get my images back?
    Thanks!

    Welcome to the Apple Discussions.
    This happens when iPhoto loses the connection between the thumbnail in the iPhoto Window and the file it represents. The most common cause of this is User Activity in the iPhoto Library Folder. Have you altered, moved or renamed anything in the iPhoto Library Folder?
    If you haven't, then try rebuilding the database. Hold down the apple and option (or alt) keys and launch iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose the top three options.
    If that doesn't work, then you may have a corrupted database file. Do you have an up-to-date back up? If so, try copy the library6.iphoto file from the back up to the iPhoto Library Folder allowing it to overwrite the damaged file. If not, then you'll need to create and populate a new library.
    To create and populate a new library:
    Note this will give you a working library with the same film rolls and pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, books, calendars etc.
    Move the iPhoto Library Folder to the desktop
    Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
    Go into the iPhoto Library Folder on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual rolls to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
    When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library Folder on your desktop.
    In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption.

  • Horizontal black/dotted lines on Apple Studio Display

    As of about six hours ago, my screen is suddenly showing several horizontal 1px thick lines at the top of the screen; they are usually black but sometimes change to alternating black and white dotted line when a window is moved around in the area they're covering. They were not there this morning when I used the computer, they just showed up without warning. I've restarted the system to no avail; any suggestions on next steps or ideas of what might be going on here?

    Hi bogisan
    To clarify, I mentioned in my original post that I'd tested with DV and got the same problem...
    dewshi wrote:
    Actually, it shows the same issue displaying DV-PAL!
    Although I'm working with ProRes, I have already experimented with playing out DV on a DV timeline, which should be less demanding than ProRes, as you're suggesting.
    It doesn't look to me like the familiar cheese-grater artefact associated with interlacing issue as there's only one break in the image, rather than mismatching alternative lines when there is horizontal motion. I've tried different sequence settings for the field order, with no difference.
    I'm wondering if the display is out of sync? It literally looks like the screen has been sliced by a razor 1/3 of the way down, and the bottom part is a different frame to the top. It happens when I scrub through the timeline too, but stabilises once parked on single frame.
    By the way, I've also checked that the MBP has switched to the NVIDIA card rather than the slower, less energy consuming Intel video card.
    Will check out the MBP forum too...
    Thanks

  • Drawing dotted lines

    Hey
    I've already figured out how to draw dotted lines so that's not the questions
    the thing is I only need to draw some lines as dotted, some as dashed and all others just normal..
    I figured I could make radiobox to select which line.. then I save that to an array of some sort and then in the paintComponent thing I should make an if to check for array value and change the stoke according to that
    so far I've just made my lines dotted like this
    http://www.jguru.com/faq/view.jsp?EID=114099
    but now everything is dotted.. even the borders around my buttons..
    ni my applet I have some buttons which are connected with a line.. I want that line dotted or dashed when the users wants it to.. and only then otherwise just normal lines
    I couldn't find anything about that on the google =(

    done!
    now I want to be able to use diffrent line style combinations but it doesn't work
    currently it only uses the linestyle that you selected for the first line and then uses that for every line after that too
    this is my code
         public void paintComponent(Graphics g) {
