No DSR- data transfer to ABAP- system

Hello,
DSR data were not transferred from J2EE to ABAP- system.
I checked the Note 926590 "- DSR data is not displayed in transaction ST03G" but i can't find any errors
for example:
Service dsr started. (3203 ms). (std_server0.out)
INFO: DSR: Dynamic Library dsrlib.dll (version 24) successfully loaded.  (sapccmsr.log)
if i use the testprogram for display DSR- Data i get an error "it is an internal error occurred".
Best regards
Lutz

Hi,
Please go though Note 1090526 - No DSR data in ST03G and STATTRACE - Troubleshooting.

  • ERec - Data Transfer from eRec system to HCM System

    Hello All,
Currently am able to do the data transfer from eRec system to HCM system but am finding some inconsistencies here.
In our scenario we are on ehp4 and no XI in place, We are doing via RFC only. Stanalone eRec system
So here are few queries and if someone can address these would be really great and appreciate the help
    1) While i do the data transfer activity, when i select activity and don not give the Hiring Date in the Org Assignment Column it throws an error "When transferring data using XI, the hiring date must be specified". But am not using XI, then why should it give this error?
Also is it not possible that i do the data transfer without any hiring date?
Also there are two options Planned and Completed. When i do the data transfer i keep it in planned status and do it it automatically saying that Complete
    Is this correct
2)Now when i do the data transfer it is getting appeared in HR system when i execute the PA48 tcode.
    Here my queries are
    a) Suppose i do a data transfer for a candidate Abc on 10.10.2010 and run the PA48 tcode it appears in the list as hire date 10.10.2010
Now as a recruiter am again doing the data transfer for the same candidate Abc for 11.10.2010 and againg when i see PA48 there is again another entry for the Abc candidate for hiring
Is this correct process. How should these duplicate entries to be avoided. Pls help me
    3) Also i case if I want additions infotypes to be transferred in PA48 how should we go for this development
Pls help me in these queries

  • Regarding data transfer from SAP system to XI

    Hi Experts,
I have a program in which a file of type XSTRING is sent to SAP Business Connector through a Function module. Now we want that file to be transferred to third party system through XI as interface instead of SAP BC.
Can anybody suggest what will be the required steps ?
Also please mention the required things to be done on ABAP part.
    Thanks in adv.,
    Akash

    Hi Gordon,
We don't have the idoc creation part in our program so it will be better if we can use xstring file only.
Can you suggest any function modules for data transfer to XI ?
    Thanks,
    Akash

  • Password change issue when updating user data in SAP ABAP system

    Hi Guru's,
One of my reconciliation tasks part of the reconciliation job I've created is doing some strange password updates.
As you can see below the task selects all users part of my identity store that are part of the account attribute of the particular ABAP system.
Once these users are selected the task updates different data like username, validto, ... but the task is updating a lot of other things that are not part of the destination tab. What is causing the biggest issue is the password fields that are updated in the ABAP system like, password, productive password, ...
Can you please advise if I missed something and how to solve?
    Thanks a lot,
    Laurent

    Hello Steffi,
Yes in the ABAP systems they have the same timestamp. No other jobs are running at the same time.
It is only happening to a few users depending on the ABAP system. On some ABAP systems there are only a few users for which the PW is reset and other systems 300.
Example below of a system where I updated all user. In my pass only the following attributes should have been pushed thru to the ABAP system.
However the valid from, accounting number and password have been updated as well.
    Thx,
    Laurent

    thanks for all your replies...
let me write down what i have understood ..plz correct me if i have not followed properly..
    1) Once IDocs successfully reach R3 , a function module specific to the Idoc type is called "<b>automatically</b>" and updates database...
    2) this function module we specify in the process code while creating partner profiles
basically all we need to do is to specify correct function module, right?
the rest of the process ie . updation in the tables(database) is done automatically..
Once database is updated, where can i see the added/updated records in database?
also how do we find this function module?
    I am using MATMAS05...

  • Hr data transfer in SRM system throgh Idoc

    Dear All,
i am trying to send data throgh idoc in sap hr in srm system i am using basic type is HRMD_ABA05 to update somefirlds from t code ppoma , when i am processing idoc my idoc status is green but changes are not gettin reflected also i am unable to see any database update in infotype 0001, will you  pls tell me why this is happening and also which is table for infotype 0001.
    Many Thanks

It is important for the user that is creating the IDOC (sending it from the source system) does actually have access to the data. The IDOC will be limited in data, dependant on the users authorisations.

  • Understanding the data transfer from source system to PSA

    hi experts,
i an new to BI. i have created a transactional data source for VBAK table and replicated that to BI. Created transformations and info package for uploading the data into PSA. i just want to know the sequence of steps that the system executes when we run the infopackage. i know that it makes a rfc call to source and brings the data back to BI. i want to where that RFC call happens and what is the RFC FM name etc.,. I tried to debug the process using /h, but as you know, it is very difficult to debug the whole standard code. it is very complex. i got lost some where in the middle. if anybody has any idea / or done any research on this ,please share your findings.
    thanks

    Hi,
Once you click on Start buton in Infopackage,
    1. BW system wil send on erequest to ECC along with DataSource details.
    2. Based on BW request ECC will respond and it will send message OK and starts extraction.
    3. Based on InfoPackage selection the Data will executes in ECC and picks the data in Packets.
    4. And ECC will send the data in teh form of Datapackets to BW (Idocs)
    5. Once the selection creatiro is over the Job will finish.
    6. You can see the data in BW
    Thanks

  • Material Master data transfer to external system

    Dear All,
We are creating the Interface between SAP and MES system for transfering the material master. The plan is to use the standard Idoc type/message type i.e is MATMAS05.
I have done basic settings like defining parnters, port, partner profile etcc. and trying to trigger the IDoc using transaction code POIM. I am getting a message called " "0 Idocs were generated (According to the selection and filter)". I could not findout why system is throwing this message.
    Please help in this issue.

    Thanks Uwe,
I tried to create IDoc with BD10 for material master and I am getting two error msg as below.

  • Importing Data from an ABAP system - JOB Initial Load - IDM 8.0

    Hello all,
I got the error during the execution  initial load job:
Value not legal for this attribute:Attribute: MX_USERTYPE" when storing attribute 'MX_USERTYPE=A'
Value not legal for this attribute:Attribute: MX_DATEFORMAT" when storing attribute 'MX_DATEFORMAT=1'
I have executed the job read value help content before start initial load job.
Could anyone explain if this attribute should be created manually in mxi_AttrValueHelp table before run the initial job?
    Thanks

    Hello Rafael,
There is a possibility that you have encountered a problem that we had with the language translations for the attribute values.
I would like to ask you to check one file content:  could you try to open the language translations file: this should be located under ICCORE -> Database Schema -> SQL-Server -> 9-language-data.sql
There is a chance that this file is "broken".  If so - we have fixed this specific problem in the Designtime Component patch 2 (now 3 is also available) - so you would need to update to this one.
You could also take a look at the table for the attribute values help - via executing "select * from mxi_attrvaluehelp".
    Kind Regards,

  • Data transfer from one crm system (Prod) to another crm system ( quality)

    Hi,
I have a requirement in which i have to transfer a set of data ( BP, Product, Sales Order etc) for a given date range from production system to Quality system. I am more concerned abt the Business documents which move from CRM to ERP.
I thought of moving those outbond bdocs which are generated in crm system for the passing the data into ERP from Prod to Qty sytem and  try to reprocess them as an inbound bdocs in Qty through some program. But i came to know that bdocs will not contain the full data of the business documents which gets created in CRM system. So if i reprocess those bdocs also i will not get the full data of those businesss documents.
Any other alternative is there ?
    Regards,
    M Khan

    Hi,
In the all the data transfer between SAP systems RFC is the best option.
Just create a source system for the new BW system and it will work.
    Thanks

  • Pushing data from abap system to SLD

    Hello,
I am pushing data from my abap system to SLD.
Job SAP_SLD_DATA_COLLECT is successfully finished but the job SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001. is not visible in sm37 in solman.
Hence technical system is not visible in LMDB.
    Please guide me
    Thanks and Regards,
    Akshay

    HI Akshay
I hope you had make sure that in SM61 you have assigned batch servers for the jobs.
Can you try to sync your LMDB with SLD once. There is option in LMDB to sync the data, Just see if you are getting the technical system details.
Also, please check the rfc destinatoin with ICM port if it is stable.
RFC LMDB_SyncDest<X> is using ICM Port 80<NR>
    You can proceed as below
Please De-Activate the Sync Job in Solman_Setup -> System Preparation -> Prepare Landscape -> Set Up LMDB.
    Execute transaction 'SM59'.
Locate the HTTP Destination -> 'LMDB_SyncDest<X>'.
    Switch to Edit mode.
Change the Service No to 5<XX>00 where XX is the instance number.
Then makesure the Authorization and Connection test are working.
Then Re-Activate the synch job, via Solman_Setup -> System Preparation -> Prepare Landscape -> Set Up LMDB
Apart from that, can you check below note if it is applicable for you
1615263 - LMDB: Incremental Content Sync Job remains "Scheduled"

  • Data transfer from one BW system to another

As there are, at least theoretically, a myriad of ways to push data from one BW system to another, I was wondering if anyone had some key thoughts or experiences to share. I see that OpenHub/InfoSpoke and the Data Mart Interface / Export DataSources seem to be the main methods of choice.
What are the differences, and what are the key points to consider between these two or other recommended ways (for BW3.5)?
    Thanks in advance,
    Thomas

    Hi,
In the all the data transfer between SAP systems RFC is the best option.

  • Data transfer b/w SAP to Java using IDOC and Interface SAP Jco

    Dear Experts,
The challenging requirement we are having is, we need to create the interface for data transfer between SAP system and the Java system. The data will be transferred from SAP to java and similarly once some processing done in Java again the details needs to be transferred from Java to SAP.
For this data transferred we are planning to use IDOC process and for interface "SAP Java connector (Version 3.0.5)" we are planning to use. As per our understanding, from Java side one program needs to be written to connect with SAP as "Registered program". This registered program will appear in SAP GATEWAY automatically and using tRFC, TCP/IP connection both SAP and Java system will be connected.
In this case we are having some doubts.
    1. The data from SAP is going to be transfered from one Custom transaction (Z tcode). Once "Outbound IDOC" will get triggered and will carry the details. Now the doubt is, whether the data / details will get transfered to JAVA system automatically or we need to perform any other steps from SAP ABAP coding...(like converting in to flat file, XML file and etc) ??
    2. We are planning to install "SAP Jco" in Java server. Is this correct...??
    3. Other than SAP Jco any other softwares needs to be installed or not..??
    4. Since we are going to trigger the "outbound IDOC" from custom transaction, we are planning to develope one program in SE37. Other than this any other program we need to develop or not..??
    5. Any sample Java program for the SAP Jco version 3.0.5 to create the "Registered program" with SAP..? (e.g. SAP Listener program).?
If anybody has detailed steps or explanation please share it with us.
    Thanks in advance
    Warm Regards,
    VEL

    Hi All,
For the above mentioned issue, we implemented JCo software in JAVA system and created the JAVA program including SAP logon credential details like Client, User name, password and Language details.
When this JAVA program was compiled successfully then, that non SAP system will appear in SAP gateway Tcode.
Once non SAP system started appearing in SAP gateway that means, both SAP & Non SAP are connected automatically.

    Data Transfer
    Definition
    Synchronous Data Transfer
Data is transferred directly (simultaneously, synchronously) from program to program via CPI-C communication.
Both communications partners must be available at the same time. Because the central SAP system in a typical SAP installation does not run round the clock, but the linked systems are frequently in operation 24 hours a day, asynchronous data transfer is necessary.
Synchronous data transfer has the following disadvantages:
Transfer is not possible is the partner system or the line is not available.
A data backlog in the reciever system causes a data backlog in the sender system. Processing in the application is delayed.
If a connection is broken, it may be necessary to perform a recovery in both systems.
    Asynchronous Data Transfer
With asynchronous, or buffered, data transfer, data is temporarily stored in a sequential queue.
Asynchronous transfer has the following advantages:
Wait times in the sender system are avoided.
A recovery is automatically performed in the sender system.
Transfer need not be performed during online time. This avoids placing unnecessary load on the system and thus helps to reduce costs.
The Queue Application Programming Interface (Q-API) is an SAP interface for asynchronous data transfer.
Data is buffered sequentially and processed immediately or later by an asynchronously running process.
One possible processing method is to send data to an external partner system via CPI-C. Data units that belong together can be stored in accordance with transaction and sent to a communications partner.
Data is buffered in queues before it is transferred to the target system.
In an R/3 System, the queues are stored in a relational database. All R/3 database systems are supported.
