Couple things. This is a user-to-user forum. See http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Welcome-Introductions/How-This-Site-and-Formal-Support-Work/t...
But also, from what I understand from other threads similar to yours, these service centers in some countries (Like India) are not affiliated with BlackBerry.

  • Client seems to be unable to read response from service

    (This is on weblogic 8.1 SP2 using the JWSDP-1.6)
    I'm getting the error below on the client side when I call the service using this code:
    Stub stub = (Stub)(new DataExchanger_Impl().getDataExchangerSoap());
    DataExchangerSoap hello = (DataExchangerSoap)stub;
    String result = hello.exchangeData("user","23234-234234","confirm","xml data here");
    out.println(result);
    Given the stakc trace below I looked at the DataExchangerSoap_Stub class on line 70. This appears to be the client sending the data to the server.
    send((String) getProperty(ENDPOINT_ADDRESS_PROPERTY), _state);
    On the server I see the incoming data, process it and return an xml string:
    <exchangeDataResult>
    <status>OK</status>
    <message>Transaction accepted.</message>
    </exchangeDataResult>
    No errors occur on the server. Looking at the stack trace from the client it seems it never even gets to the point where it trys to read the response.
    What the hell does this error message mean?

    When I use
    http://208.47.133.243/riverbedshipserver/exchangeData?WSDL
    to view the WSDL what is returned has the non-ssl namespace in it and it doesn't match the WSDL I used to generated the service to begin with.
    The WSDL doesn't get packaged into the service EAR file, should it? If so where is it supposed to be placed?
    Where the heck is 8.1 getting that namespace setting that doesn't have the https in stead of http?

  • Lync 2013 - consuming 180 ringing responses from a forked request

    Is it possible to configure Lync 2013 to only send a single 180/183 ringing back upstream after an INVITE to Lync triggers multiple INVITEs to Lync subscriber endpoints that each end up generating a 180/183 message.
    In case of simultaneous ring, I want Lync to consume all these 180s to avoid unnecessary messaging back to the originator INVITE'ing Lync that is behind a SBC.
    It seems to be acting as a forking proxy rather than b2bua.

    Hi,
    Agree with Holger Bunkradt.
    Lync Server determines which endpoint is currently most active for that user. For example, a user might be Away at two of the three endpoints, so the server sends the message only to the endpoint where the user is Available. If the server is unable to determine
    which state is most active, it sends the message to the endpoint it determines most likely active and waits to see if the user acknowledges the toast at any location. If the user opens the toast at an endpoint, the server removes the message from the other
    endpoints. If an endpoint doesn’t acknowledge the message, the server leaves the message at only one location which is the most likely endpoint.

  • Xml query hungs up with large xml response from utl_http request

    We are having very sensitive problem in Production environment with xmlquery.
    When receive a small or medium size xml, the query shown below works. But when the xml is large or very large its hung and slow down all the database.
    We are with Oracle 11gR2
    We are using clob to parse the response from the http request.
    What could be the problem or the solutions?. Please help. Its urgent...

    What could be the problem or the solutions?1) Create an XMLType table (could be temporary) using binary XML storage :
    create table tmp_xml of xmltype
    xmltype store as securefile binary xml;2) In your procedure, load the XMLType containing the response (rsp_xml) into the table :
    insert into tmp_xml values (rsp_xml);3) Then, execute the query directly from the table :
    SELECT opciones_obj ( ... )
    BULK COLLECT INTO t_opciones
    FROM tmp_xml t
       , XMLTABLE (
             xmlnamespaces ( ... ),
             '/env:Envelope/env:Body/...'
             PASSING t.object_value
             COLUMNS ...4) At the end of the procedure, delete (or truncate) the table or simply let the table delete itself when the session ends (in case you created it TEMPORARY)

    sorry for this long mail, but we are really stuck and need to move forward,
    looking for your help.

    Hi,
    The Service Control Manager will generate an event if a service does not respond within the defined timeout period (the default timeout period is 30000 milliseconds). You could modify the registry to increase the default time-out value for the service control
    manager.
    For more detailed information, please see:
    Event ID 7011: Service Timeout
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/13765.event-id-7011-service-timeout.aspx
    The Event 12362 indicates that a destination LUN could not be located or could not be restarted. You could refer to the article below to troubleshoot the issue:

  • RDS 2012 R2: A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the (name-of-service) service

    Hi guys,
    On a random base (daily, weekly) we're experiencing major log-in problems on our Windows Server 2012 R2 Remote Desktop Services farm. The VM's are hosted on Hyper-V 2008 hosts and we're not using Citrix techniques etc.
    Users are reporting that they cannot log-in, the log-in sessions hangs with a blank screen when loading their user profile (e.g. Please Wait For The User Profile Service).
    In the System event log of the server on which the user is logging on the following errors are shown:
    Source:        Service Control Manager
    Date:          23-12-2014 7:28:01
    Event ID:      7011
    Task Category: None
    Level:         Error
    Keywords:      Classic
    User:          N/A
    Description:
    A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the UmRdpService service.
    …and after 30 (or sometimes 60) seconds, the same error only another service (in random order):
    A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the UmRdpService service.
    …and after exactly 30 seconds, the same error only another service:
    A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the UxmSms service.
    etcetera, with the following errors:
    A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the Netman service.
    A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the AudioEndPointBuilder service.
    A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the WPDBusEnum service.
    A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the NlaSvc service.
    The Portable Device Enumerator Service service failed to start due to the following error:
    The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
    A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the TrkWks service.
    A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the UmRdpService service.
    These errors are logged continuously.
    An administrator cannot solve this since he isn't able to login in as well (console or remotely), only a hard reset of the VM is possible to use the affected server again.
    I took different steps to solve this problem without any success, like:
    - Installing the latest Windows updates
    - Removed unnecessary printer drivers, print monitors and print processors (no local printers/drivers are installed, only Remote Desktop Easy Printer driver is used)
    - Searched different forum posts, but found only hotfixes for Windows Server 2008 R2.
    Can someone please help me with this annoying problem?
    Many thanks!!
    EDIT:
    Of course is increasing the time-out not really an option here... http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/13765.event-id-7011-service-timeout.aspx

    Hi Jeroentjuhh,
    1)Do you see this problem on all VM's or only on Windows 2012 R2 server?
    2)Are these VMs' in hyper-v cluster?
    3)Do you see event id 56 or 50? Please see the below link if it helps you to resolve these events.

  • Asynchronous Web Service Request-Reply Invocation from Service Control

    Hi all
    I need to invoke a reliable web service call using a Service Control. when trying to make that invocation for an operation that returns data. It gives the following exception. For the methods that marked with @Oneway() annotation in the service implementation, it works.
    javax.xml.rpc.JAXRPCException: Reliable messaging will only work with one way messages or asynchronous request/response messages.
    </bea_fault:stacktrace></detail>]; nested exception is:
    weblogic.wsee.jaxrpc.soapfault.WLSOAPFaultException: Reliable messaging will only work with one way messages or asynchronous request/response messages.
    Caused by: java.rmi.RemoteException: SOAPFaultException - FaultCode [{http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Server] FaultString [Reliable messaging will only work with one way messages or asynchronous request/response messages.
    ] FaultActor [null] Detail [<detail><bea_fault:stacktrace xmlns:bea_fault="http://www.bea.com/servers/wls70/webservice/fault/1.0.0">javax.xml.rpc.JAXRPCException: Reliable messaging will only work with one way messages or asynchronous request/response messages.
    </bea_fault:stacktrace></detail>]; nested exception is:
    weblogic.wsee.jaxrpc.soapfault.WLSOAPFaultException: Reliable messaging will only work with one way messages or asynchronous request/response messages.
    So I need to make Asynchronous Request-Reply Invocation from Service Control, which is apparently doesn't happen in this case.
    Thanks

    Hi HP,
    I included the following snippet in job source:
    //Set completion strategy to external
    jcsJobContext.setCompletionStrategy(CompletionStrategyType.External);
    I get the following error when compiled:
    JCS-102183: Compile failed for Job Definition SOAP_GlobalWeatherSoap_GetCitiesByCountry (Latest Version): SOAP_GlobalWeatherSoap_GetCitiesByCountry.java:user code 24:40:cannot find symbol symbol : variable CompletionStrategyType location: class com.redwood.scheduler.custom.SOAP_GlobalWeatherSoap_GetCitiesByCountry jcsJobContext.setCompletionStrategy(CompletionStrategyType.External);
    I am not able to find any information from the API documentation on the method setCompletionStrategy, so I'm not able to figure what type of variable am i passing, so that i can initialize it. Please shed some light on it.
    Also there is no path called Scripting > Built-In Web Services
    I have only Scripting>Published Web Services
    Thanks

  • Generic service() for request, specify POST for response?

    I'm designing a servlet that can communicate with Macromedia's FLASH. This program does things a little strangely. It has a myXML.sendAndLoad() method which sends an xml object to a server, and expects one back (the objects are serialised as a single unwrapped text line). It claims to send using POST, but actually, when you look at the headers, is sends using GET, and then appends the data in a seperate transmission (in the body of the request) as POST would.
    to get around this annoyence, I'm reading in the data like this
    public void service(HttpServletRequest req, HttpServletResponse resp)
         throws ServletException, IOException
              //Read the xml from the HTTP request into a String
              BufferedReader reader = req.getReader();
              String xmlString = reader.readLine();this works fine.
    Just one thing - FLASH will expect the response to be POST. At the moment FLASH receives a response, but can't decipher it as (I assume) the service() method sends a response back in the same format that it received the request.
    Q - how do I keep the service() bit for receiving th request, but specify a doPost() for the response?
    thanks for any help
    RT

    That's what I'm doing. However, I should think (though I'm not sure) that when the service method is called, it fires a doGet (as the req Header is GET). Therefore (?) the response would also be a GET . OK, the output will be written to the body with this method, but I think FLASH needs a POST. Am not sure on the last one - but no one else seems to be either!

  • Lukewarm Response to Service Requests

    I have not seen any other support site as dumb as Oracle.
    My service request with level 1 Severity is being tossed around to different engineers who would just give a makeshift response to my question and try to close the issue.
    I had to repeat my question again to direct them to the real issue, yet even after 9 days, I do not have a proper response.
    Is there a way out to get proper response from oracle?
    Thanks

    You need to pass this in the owner id field of service request.
    Go to Application Customization> Service Request>Service Request Field Setup Click on edit link next to Owned By Id and there you in the default value pass this loginid() formula and click on save.
    Signout and then signin it will work.
    Note: while creating the SR you cannot see the owner but only when the SR is saved, the person who created the SR will become the owner

  • Server 2012 R2 - No response from the UmRdpService service and more...

    Hi!
    We have a Remote Desktop Services Deployment with the following:
    LIC01 – Windows 2012 R2 - Licensing
    RDCB01 – Windows 2012 – Connection Broker
    RDWA02 – Windows 2012 R2 – Web Access
    RDG01 – Windows 2012 R2 - Gateway
    RDG02 – Windows 2012 R2 - Gateway
    RDG03 – Windows 2012 R2 – Gateway
    RDSH01 – Windows 2012 R2 - Session Host
    RDSH02 – Windows 2012 - Session Host
    RDSH03 – Windows 2012 R2 - Session Host
    RDSH04 – Windows 2012 R2 - Session Host
    RDSH05 – Windows 2012 R2 - Session Host
    RDSH06 – Windows 2012 R2 - Session Host
    RDSH07 – Windows 2012 R2 - Session Host
    RDSH08 – Windows 2012 R2 - Session Host
    RDSH09 – Windows 2012 R2 - Session Host
    RDSH10 – Windows 2012 R2 - Session Host
    We have two Session Collections:
    Office-R2 (All Server 2012 R2 RDSHs)
    "Office (RDSH02, Closed for users)"
    User Profile Disk are enabled to a SOFS Share (Server 2012).
    Client Settings: Everything except "Plug and play Devices" are enabled
    Problem:
    Suddenly, one or more of RDSH
    servers (in the Office-R2 Collection) get the following error:
    A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the UmRdpService service.
    After this, we get similar error messages
    to other services, such as:
    AudioEndpointBuilder, NcbService, ScDeviceEnum, WPDBusEnum, Netman
    Users logged into the server, looses Redirection
    services as local drives and local
    printers, and they also have problem signing out of the server. (Hangs on signing out)
    New Users that tries to sign in to that server are also having trouble (Hangs on signing in).
    After using the logoff tool to sign out every user on that server, I end up With the following:
    It
    appears that there are no users logged on,
    yet there are many Disconnected sessions...
    Looking at the SOFS file share I still see that RDSH04 has read/Write to the .VHDX file that hold the User Profile.. And If the user try to log on to another server in that Collection, it get a temporary profile.
    If I kill the Conncetion to the VHDX files, Users can then sign in normally to another node it that Collection.
    Trying to restart the server With "Shutdown -r -t 0 -f" does not work, It just hangs on Shutdown (waited 3 days), so All I can do is Press and Hold.We
    have also seen BSoD on these nodes, but I'm sure if they are related to this error:
    WinDBG is saying:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff803538fa84e, ffffd0002711cb00, 0}
    Probably caused by : dfsc.sys ( dfsc!DfscCacheStore+6f )
    I found https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2925981 and
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2525246, but they are not for Windows Server 2012 R2.
    Any Idea?
    Thanks
    Anders

    Hi,
    Firstly, dfsc.sys indicates the DFS clients. It means that your systems use DFS service to access the file share.
    Please let us know if you configured the DFS service on your file server.
    Also, what is the format of file path you configured for UPD?
    \\FileServer\FileShare
    Or
    \\Domain.com\DFS NameSpace\File Share
    Thanks.

  • Root element is missing - Response from a WCF service - WCF-Custom adapter

    hi BizTalk experts,
    In the production environment, as soon as the response is getting subscribed by the orchestration, the orchestration instance is getting suspended and the error that shows up in console is
    "Root element is missing".
    I have checked the actual response message in the console it is a well formed xml. This is happening only for a few responses from the WCF services. A majority of them are getting processed successfully. I have tried getting the parsing the response in a
    pipeline (using custom pipeline component, the production one uses xml receive) and pass it to the orchestration, but it fails giving the same error.
    Thanks in advance.

    Do you have any mapping done on the response message from the WCF service . ?
    If so Better to copy the suspended message coming from the WCF service and validate against the custom response Schema you have created.
    Note : You can try running fiddler tool to check the response from from the web service incase of failure.
    Also try logging the message in the event viewer or any debug tool.
    Thanks
    Abhishek

  • Getting 400 Bad Request response from Beehive SOAP API

    Hi,
    I'm trying to consume beehive web services via SOAP, more specifically I'm trying to upload a file into a workspace however at this point of the implementation I'm stuck getting 400 responses from the server.
    I'm trying to upload a file using the createDocument() method that's located on the contentManagementService, indeed in the line that I call to that method is in which my app stops and returns the exception of error 400
    I'm attaching a sample of the message I'm sending, at this point I understand every parameter that it's being sent except for the contentStreamId parameter, I don't know what it means, the documentation doesn't explain it either.
    Does anyone has an idea of what's that paremeter for and how to use it properly?
    Here's a sample of code I'm using:
    // add new document

  • How to create a Demand in RPA from Service Request?

    Hi All,
    Could you please explain me how to create Demands to be shown in RPA when Service Request's status is set to Released.
    I have done the below mentioned configurations so far.
    Marked the "Resource Planning Relevance" in zitem category (copy of SRQI), created a Status profile with Released status with System status "RELE" and assigned this profile to ztransaction type (copy of SRVR).
    Generally, Service Orders are referred as Demands and the released service orders are shown in RPA to assign to the most suitable and available service engineer.  But our requirement is to create demands from Service Requests instead of Service Orders.
    Please explain me how to proceed for this scenario.  What are the settings do I have to perform in CRM system?
    Kindly help me with your inputs.
    Regards,
    Maddy

    Hi Anais Jaussaud,
    Thank you very much for your reply.
    My issue now is, after setting the status to Released in Service Request and saved, I checked for the demands in Resource Planning but the released Service Request is not displayed in Demands.
    I had performed the settings mentioned above in my first post.
    Please help me with what is missing..
    Regards,
    Maddy

  • Error: Request failed. unexpected response from server. the status code of response is '0' in safari browser

    Hi,
    I am using Javascript serializer to send server side code to javascript.
    This works in IE 9, Mozilla, chrome. But fails with error in Safari as "request failed. unexpected response from server. the status code of response is '0' . status text of the response is ". null
    My code is as below:
    <asp:UpdatePanel ID="panLayout" runat="server">
    <ContentTemplate>
    <div id="divloadingImage" >
    <br />
    <asp:Image ID="imgLoading" runat="server" ImageUrl="/images/rotate.gif" ImageAlign="Middle" />
    <br />
    </div>
    <div id="banner-fade" >
    <ul id="carousel" class="bjqs">
    </ul>
    </div>
    <asp:Timer ID="timerRSS" Interval="1" runat="server" ontick="timerRSS_Tick"></asp:Timer>
    </ContentTemplate>
    </asp:UpdatePanel>
    In CS:
    protected void timerRSS_Tick(object sender, EventArgs e)
    DisplayImages();
    divloadingImage.Visible = false;
    bannerfade.Visible = true;
    timerRSS.Enabled = false;
    private void DisplayImages()
    List<SharePointListItem> allImages = GetallImages();
    JavaScriptSerializer serializer = new JavaScriptSerializer();
    string json = serializer.Serialize(allImages);
    string script = string.Format("<script type=\"text/javascript\">var allSliderImages={0}</script>", json);
    if (!this.Page.ClientScript.IsClientScriptBlockRegistered("clientScripts"))
    ScriptManager.RegisterClientScriptBlock(panLayout, panLayout.GetType(), "clientScripts", script, false);
    string scriptRegister = string.Format("<script type=\"text/javascript\">FetchData();</script>");
    ScriptManager.RegisterClientScriptBlock(panLayout, panLayout.GetType(), "clientScriptData", scriptRegister, false);
    In Javascript:
    function FetchData() {
    if (typeof allSliderImages !== "undefined") {
    for (var i = 0; i < allSliderImages.length; i++) {
    Imagesuccess(allSliderImages[i].fileleafref, allSliderImages[i].filedirref, allSliderImages[i].caption1);
    var rota = $("#bannerfade");
    rota.css("display", "block");
    function Imagesuccess(fileLeaf, fileDir, UserCaption1) {
    var ul = $('#bannerfade > ul');
    var li;
    var filename = fileLeaf;
    var dir = fileDir;
    var caption1 = UserCaption1;
    var sfils = filename;
    filename = dir + '/' + filename;
    var imageCaptionData;
    if (caption1 != null && caption1 != "") {
    imageCaptionData = '<div class="HeadlineDiv">' + caption1 + '</div>';
    li = $('<li>' + imageCaptionData + '<div class="SubHeadline" style="color:white;">' + '<br/></div>' + '<img src="' + filename + '"/>' + '</li>');
    ul.append(li);
    $('#bannerfade').bjqs({
    height: 354,
    width: 970,
    responsive: true
    Below is the data I get:
    <script type="text/javascript">
    var allSliderImages=[{"id":"1","Title":"Scenic","caption1":"scenic","fileleafref":"02.jpg","filedirref":"/s/Test/Library"},
    {"id":"2","Title":"nature","caption1":"scenic2","fileleafref":"C034.jpg","filedirref":"/s/Test/Library"},
    {"id":"3","Title":"Tiff","caption1":"Tiff","fileleafref":"test_tiff.tif","filedirref":"/s/Test/Library"}]</script>
    The data is shown in all browsers except Safari. How to fix this?
    Update: I have checked this link: http://sharepoint.sureshc.com/2013/07/unexpected-response-data-from-server-in.html
    but that did not help.
    Thanks

    Hi,
    From
    this documentation, though SharePoint 2013 supports several commonly used web browsers including Apple Safari (latest released version), it is not guarantee
    that SharePoint 2013 can run perfectly on all these browsers, “certain web browsers could cause some SharePoint 2013 functionality to be downgraded, limited, or available only through alternative steps”.
    According to the code provided, it seems more relate to ASP.NET, therefore, a suggestion is that you can open a thread in ASP.NET forum, communities there will be more familiar
    with this issue:
    http://forums.asp.net/
