No shedulines due and delivery split

I encountered with two errors : they are as follows
1)No schedule lines due for delivery upto the selected date
2) delivery split due to two shipping points.
In the first case, I have checked the shedule line of the line item in the order i.e by clicking schedule lines verified the delivery date, picking is not taking place and it is showing confirmed qty as ZERO. In the order, confirmed qty is seen as ZERO.
In the second case , I have gone to VL01N, and mentioned the shippint pt. I went to mm02 checked the loading gp and shipping conditions.
Kindly suggest me what to do?

Hi,
Check if the customer is having credit limit activated. If the customer exceeds the credit limit, it blocks the open quantity and the display will not be present in the schedules. Release the customer for credit in VKM3 t-code and then try to deliver with a future date in delivery date field.
Shipping point, check in the SPRO - Logistics Execution - Shipping - Basic Shipping - Shipping point and receiving point determination - Assign shipping point. Here you check for a unique combination of shipping conditon (customer master) then loading group (material master) and delivering plant (material master) for all these you will have a shipping point. check for the same in your order. See that the combination matches with all your schedules and then delivery. It will not split

    1)  Delivery Split
    If you want to combine multiple sale orders in one delivery, the following should be same in all sale orders
    -  Ship To Party
    -  Inco Term
    -  Delivery Priority
    -  Shipping Point
    -  Transportation Group
    If any of the above differs in any sale order, you will get delivery split which means, multiple deliveries will be created
    2)  Invoice Split
    As like delivery split, if you would like to generate one invoice against multiple sale orders / deliveries, the following should be same in all preceding documents
    -  Payer
    -  Inco Term
    -  Payment Term
    -  Actual GI Date
    -  Exchange rate in case of exports
    If any of the above differs, then you will get multiple invoices which is nothing but an invoice split.

    I have 2 line items of same material with different Schedule lines. I created a delivery for line item 1.Then I tried to enter the 2 line item in the delivery System is throwing error message as below :
    Item 10: Delivery split due to Conflicting Header data (ABSSC:  <  000002)?
    Item 20: Delivery split due to Conflicting Header data (ABSSC:  <  000002)?
    Can some body explain why this message is coming and how to resolve this?

    Rather than  going one by one Go to VL10A & VL10C and generate the Background Delivery number and go to VL02N do the PGI
    or By using the T-Code VL01N give the Selection date is Future date like if one line item is today's Date and other line item is 25.08.2011 so you need to mention  Selection date 25.08.2011 and system will accept 2 line items before that check the Stock in MMBE & MB52
    The above solution is based on Single SO if it is multiple SO better to Go to VL10A or VL10C
    and also check the Configuration like if it is Different SO with Same customer ,you need to check the order combination in Customer master

    delivery split can occur due to difference in:
    Ship-to-party
    shipping point
    route
    dlievry dates
    transportation group
    incoterms
    Billing split due to:
    Payer
    billing date
    destination country
    payment terms
    Any other selection criteria can be given for splits in copy control. the above are in standard sap system

    You create shipment documents using a worklist. Different types of shipment documents have been defined to enable you to reflect in the system the various forms of transportation used in your organization.

    hi experts,
    we have implemented CRM services with R/3 as back end system.
    when ever a service order in crm with more than one  material in line items get replicated to r/3 as sales  order .during delivery we are getting the following error.
    *Item 000020: delivery split due to conflicting header data (Function SH: Address Number: 9000001514 <-> 9000001509)*
    *Message no. VL033*
    even though the Ship to party is same.
    can any one of you hlep me to solve this problem

    This could be because of the order combination field that has been marked in your customer master in R3. 
    The field KZAZU is nothing but the order comination information in table KNVV

  • Delivery Split during creation of delivery for STO

    While creating a delivery for STO, delivery is being created for individual line items. On analysis of VL 033 message, I found that the delivery split is happening because of Function SH: Unloading Point.
    The message is
    <i>"delivery split due to conflicting header data (Function SH: Unloading Point: <-> UP0065)"
    Item 000020 cannot be shipped in the same delivery with the other items in the document because the header data (Function SH: Unloading Point) is different. The Function SH: Unloading Point item field has the value UP0065, but in the delivery checked for concatenation it has the value .</i>
    This unloading point has been maintained in the customer master data (and needs to be maintained).
    I have also been told by my Basis consultant that note 842704 is not valid.
    Why is this happening and how to prevent it.

    Sorry... but I could not see either the delivering point or the unloading point in the material sales: general / plant view. Those fields are not visible on the screen. I could also not find them in the config (I was checking if they are suppressed).

  • Delivery Split from multiple sales order with signle ship to party

    Dear All,
    I have multiple sales oreder with different Sold to party and single Ship to Party.
    I want to combine all sales order into a single delivery but here deliver split due to different sold to party which I have checked through report ZLE_ANALYZE_DELIVERY_SPLIT.
    Can any body suggest me, whether i can write any copy control routine so that it will stop in splitting delivery.
    Please suggest if any other way of possibility.

    All partners which stand in the partner schema of the delivery and which are copied from the preceding document are part of split criteria. The only mandatory partner of the outbound delivery however is the ship-to party.
    You can delete the sold-to party from the partner schema for deliveries with order reference and it is then no included in splitting criteria.
    Furthermore you can control split criteria in copy control routines -> field ZUKRL is used for this purpose. You can check standard routine FV50C001 for that.
    Your Z* code means that you have applied custom logic to define split criteria. But most probably it is called by copy control routines and the mechanism should be the same.

  • Avoiding delivery split SAP SD / Liefrungssplitt

    Hello,
    I'm looking for the possibility to influence the delivery split.
    The Problem is:
    I have an sales order with 2 items.
    the first one with Material X with transportation group 0001
    and the second one with Material Y with transportation group Z900.
    If I create a delivery for this order the system creates (because of diffrent transportation groups)  delivery with just only one position with material X and than I need to create the second delivery for the second position with material Y. It is actually ok but in some special cases (depands on customer) I need to create just only one delivery with both positions (material X and Y) so I need to avoid the split.
    Do anybody knows some possibilities to do this (userexit, Badi or something?).

    I think the problem in your case is that the transportation group is copied on header level of the delivery (see standard include in copy control of deliveries - include FV50C001 --> line 30 likp-tragr = maapv-tragr)  - due to this, the system will always split. Trough copy control (sales doc to delivery doc) you can have an impact on this behavior.
    Create a new copy routine  (copy of standard 001) for the header copy control (insert into table TVCPL- field GRUAK via customizing) - in the routine you can make a check on a specific field in customer master which would group customers with delivery split  (this you have to define yourself - could be a field in the additional data) and trigger the copy likp-tragr = maapv-tragr only if in the customer master the specific field is filled.
    This is just an idea.

  • How are shipping point and delivery note connected ?

    I wanted to understand how is shipping point connected to process of creating delivery notes....can we configure sap using SPRO such that the delivery note creation happens automatically for certain shipping point once the order is created and saved ....and for certain shipping point the delivery note is not automatically created ( assuming we are using the same order type) but the determination of automatic DN creation is done by the value of the shipping points ??

    Actually what is shipping point?
    Shipping point is an independent org.unit which is linked to the plant and represent the point of departure or receipt of materials.
    Normally lot of shipping points are assigned to the plant.
    Relation:
                   Actually a delivery is created from a single shipping point only.. That is the reason when u complete the sales order, at the time of creating the delivery note, u are forced to enter the shipping point, without that the system willn't proceed further.
    Determination:
    It is determined with the formula of shipping conditions + loading grp + deliv. plant
    Answering to ur 2nd query,
    when u are creating the delivery from the sales order screen (by going to menu bar and click delivery), the system automatically assumes the shipping pt is from the sales order.
    But if u enter the different shipping point in delivery note creation, the system will thro an error that delivery split due to diff. shipping points.

    When I am creating a new delivery with reference to order, there is an error showing that there is a delivery split because of two shipping points. Can u let me know how can I add and use new shipping point without changing the delivery document type? any settings to be done in shipping point determination? can you let me know the configuration settings?

    As you would be aware you create shipping point in OVXD and assign to plant in OVXC followed by further assignment in OVL2 where for the combination of Shipping Condition (from customer master), Loading Group (from Material master) and Delivering Plant, you have to assign the shipping point.
    Based on this combination in OVL2, system will fetch the shipping point while creating delivery.  If you want to manually change the shipping point in delivery, you can do so, provided the same is maintained in OVL2 under the tab "MShPt".
    Coming to the issue, if you dont want delivery split due to shipping point, you can change the same manually in sale order and proceed with delivery.

In purchase order we have two materials, while creating delivery in VL10B System is splitting the deliveries and creating two delivery no. instead of one delivery. I checked everything but i could not reach out the solution. can you tell me what could be reason for this delivery split in Stock Transfer Order Process.

    SAP have provided a report ZLE_ANALYZE_DELIVERY_SPLIT in note 355404.
    This report tells you exactly what is causing the split by highlighting the cause in red. It does not make any change to the database on your system (i.e. no changes are made on your system). I would recommend you implement this report.
    Often, I have seen the delivery time being the cause of a delivery split. So check the values of LIKP-LFUHR for each delivery. But the above report would tell you exactly.

  • Reinitialize Sales Orders, Billing and Delivery (11, 12 & 13)

    Hi,
    Due to continues rollouts we need to reinitialize Sales Orders, Billing and Delivery do-cuments from R/3 into BW.
    This requires us to delete all loaded data, logs, queues etc. on the BW side - Fair enough.
    The real challenge come as we need to run the transactions OLI7BW(order), OLI8BW (billing), OLI9BW (deliveries) on the R3 side in order to fill the setup tables. Here we need to switch the "block all orders" on in order to ensure that no new documents are created while load-ing.
    In relation to the above situation I have a couple of questions:
    Is there no way of doing this in a more "online" fashion?
    What transactions are actually blocked by flicking the "block all orders"?

    Hi Michael,
    I've seen this process accomplished without blocking orders, but instead by blocking all transactions that may in any way lock an order or related sales document.  Also, you can dramatically speed up the process of gathering the old documents by running multiple batch jobs (with different document number ranges) at the same time.  In this case, I believe you want to "uncheck" the "New run" flag.  I've seen runtimes for this reduced from over 24 hours to under 4 hours.  The important thing is that you don't want to have ANY activity that modifies or locks order documents until after the date and time of termination that you specified, otherwise you will lose data on your transfer to BW.

  • Items due for delivery as per available stock

    Hello Gurus,
    May i know if there is report which gives me a visibility if all sales order items are available to create a delivery.
    I know the report VL10H & VL10C gives the items due for delivery, these are reports that gives the as per the schedule line.
    As you all know a sales order may get confirmed due to some production order and purchase orders are expected, if in case a production order is delayed and items are in no stock, we will not be able to completely deliver all the items.

    To know which orders can be delivered; a fresh ATP-check are required.
    An idea could be to run the backorderprocessing (report sdv03v02) and use the resultlog and/or create your own report.

  • Purchase report on PO due for delivery

    I wanted to get report of list of PO due for delivery/not yet delivered though delivery date is past
    When i go ME2M, give open GR in Selection parameters and give delivery date then execute this gives list of PO's still need to be delivered
    In output we dont have delivery date to review, is there any other way to fetch a report of list of PO's due for deliver and output must have delivery date as a column
