Non-servicing Report due to materials
Dear Experts
I have one doubt.
Suppose we have an order of 100 units of A product and to service this product we required its
supporting material (or component) say X, Y and Z. I don't have the stock of component X,Y and Z and for that system has
raise the PR and gave the material delivery dates as per the data maintained in system.
Now it is obvious that without receiving the supporting material i cannot produce the FG.
So my question is that if suppose our purchase department are not able to delievr the material on time then my
production order date gets fail so how can i keep the tracking on non-servicing of material done by our
purchase department.

Hi,
As you said you require X, Y and Z supporting material.
These can be defined as PRTs (Production, Resource and Tools) in SAP.
If you mean X,Y and Z as components. You can create BOM for it. You can have availability check for components as well.
While creating production order you can place a check in availability of PRTs or components.
If PRTs/Components are not available it will give you a message while creating production orders.
You can also track missing parts list.

It seems that you have posted your client's all report requirements in one post and expecting Functional spec for each report.
All these reports requires lot of discussion with Core teams / Technical consultant.
Eg.

Where you maintain warranty information?
Iis there any master warranty / Measurement document involved? .. is there any extended warranties applicable for your product?
What is your reference object - Equip / Func loc etc..?
What do you mean by JOB type and where you are capturing?
... lot of queries can be raised on your requirement.
The functional consultant and the core team members of this module can only be able to answer those queries.
Better you close this thread, and start separate queries for each report with necessary information so that peers can able to suggest.

Windows Server 2008R2 running Remote Desktop Services reports printer process does not exist when installing PDF printer, And when Installing network printers from the domain controller it reports it cannot connect to printer. I can ping all
network devices. I can connect to the internet.
On boot I get a netlogon 5719 error followed by service control manager errors 7023,7001 and a group policy error 1129.
Clients can connect to the remote application and RDP operates to connect to the server internally and externally.
The domain controller is another server 2008r2 box. I have scoured the internet but have not found any solutions that work yet.Hi,

As per the net logon error 5719 which you are facing states that the client component of Netlogon was unable to locate a DC for the domain it was trying to perform an operation against. Below is one of the reason. If this is being logged on a DC and the event
refers to the DC's own domain, something might be preventing the client component of Netlogon from starting a network session (to itself or to another DC in the domain). The following event 7001 & 7023 states start & stop operation service. Please
go through beneath article for more details.

I tried to start seeding again but it is at same status. I will try again and hopefully it will get resolved.
But, yesterday i ran in to the most complex issue i have ever seen with Exchange.
There was a unexpected power cut at our datacentre due to which both the nodes went down.
After that both the nodes came up. But the all 3 databases were dismounted.
Therefore, i ran Eseutil /mh resulting dirty shutdown.
I was able to repair 2 databases.
But the 3rd one was not mounting with below error.

I was able to mount database somehow. There are 7 User mailboxes (Tier 1) on this database.
All emails sent to the users in this database are bouncing back with the below error.
This storage groups holds the mailboxes of my Senior Managements. And their mailboxes are down for almost 20 Hrs. I am spinning my head since yesterday but not able to find any fix. Can you please guide me in this concern.

Control on non service based IV
Good Day Gurus!
We have POs with Item Cat D which are non service-based IV since we are not using service master/entry.
During ammendment of service line, PO line item amount can be decreased since entry of negative value in service lines is allowed which makes PO line item amount in some cases, less than invoiced amount.
Is there a standard functionality to control this or should it be addressed via business process(credit memo, etc.). Thanks!Hi,
The Invoice is not the basis for the PO values to be updated; the
system provides the flexibility of invoicing higher than the PO value.
The invoices raised however can be seen in the PO. Currently there are
no plans to change this functionality as it is a part of the core, any
change here could affect existing functionality of other users.
For your particular case a possible way is to set up a 3 way match with
the GR non evaluated flag checked. This way the actual value is
validated and the system would not allow the value to be changed
below the actual value.
The process followed for a 2 way match differs from that of a 3 way
match. The 3 way match process updates the PO based on the GR document.
The system does not take the invoice document to update the PO, as it is
possible to create an invoice for any amount. Due to this the program
is not designed update the actual value in the PO to reflect the
expensed amount.
This design is a part of the standard; there are no plans to change this
design. There is no possible solution to validate the 2
way match process as the invoice cannot be the basis to update the PO.
Please also refer the attached note 457511 regarding PO changes.

Does anyone know how a web service client can provide information to the constructor for a Crystal Reports web service report so that it can preload a non-trivial dataset prior to running a report. For example, if I want to load a dataset based on a user ID prior to calling SetDataSource, how do I get that user ID to the web service report constructor? MultiMartDataSource, Services Reporting not working

I've been in a long battle to get Reporting working again after I migrated 2012 to SP1 to R2 and then migrated the DW server to a new server with a new hostname all in about a month.
I finally got most reports working, except the Services ones. I had to manually set all Data Sources in Reporting Services, this works fine for all the reports only needing DWDataMart, but the Services reports also need "MultiMartDatasource" which
DB is this?
I've pretty much tried connecting that data source to every SCSM DB, even the Analysis Services DWASDataBase but I can't get that to connect, which probably is expected.
Perhaps my error is due to something completely different, but I obviously want this Data Source to be correct regardless.
So which DB is the MultiMartDatasource?

Thanks!Ok, ended up install a new DW server, with new DBs using the default names and this time it created the MultiMartDataSource. So all good. For anyone else coming across this with similiar issues, I'd probably recommend setting up a new DW server as well,
with the original DB names.
But here is the connection string for the MutltiMartDatasource if you want to try and go down that road. I think some Stored Procedures might still look for the default names though and you will have other issues, even with this string:

I am creating a service report using SQVI
The report should have the following fiels

I am using the following tables using table join fnc
1. EKKO
EBELN-PO No
AEDAT - PO Data
LIFNR - Vendor
PROCSTAT - Status of PO doc

REGIO - State
ORTO1 - City
3. ESSR
TXZ01 - Type of Service (Short text)
4.EKPO
NETWE - Net amount of PO
All the tables are legally join but after executing I am not able to fetch any data or hardly one service PO.
And the selection field will be only From Date and To date.or the Service PO No.

The Report Viewer Web Part is a custom Web Part that is installed by the Reporting Services Add-in for SharePoint Products and associated with report definition (.rdl) files that are processed by a Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services report

To install the Web Part, you must run Setup for the Reporting Services Add-in. You should not install or uninstall the Web Part independently. It is part of the add-in and can only be installed through the add-in setup package. The Report Viewer Web Part
file name is ReportViewer.dwp. It is located in the Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\15\template\features\reportserver folder and should not be moved to other folders.
To use the Web Part, you must have installed and configured the Reporting Services Add-in and configured the report server for SharePoint integration.

Hi SAP Gurus,
Is there a report for consignment materials that can show us the opening balance, receipts, Usage, and ending balance (of the stock) for a given time frame?

I need to send a PDF Service report document to the customer. Email is mentioned into the customer master record.
PDF Service report document is sitting into Archive server which is placed by third party tool.
Can you please let me know the necessary steps to develop this scenario?

First of all, you need to create a spool request (click on the print option when the report gives a output, remove the tick from "print immediately" option.....alternatively you can also ask your abaper to create a new option as "Create PDF"...now take the spool number by using T.Code: SP01
now go to T.code: SE38/SA38...enter program RSTXPDFT4..and execute/F8...enter that spool number..system will ask you the destination..you can save the file on your local PC by your own nomenclature (inbuilt written in the program) .
You can explain this process to your ABAPer, he will be able to write the relevant program
Customer email address table is ADR6, just cross check on this one.

I have two levels in the BOM. Sales material in the top and purchase material in the bottom. I create VK11 pricing (condition type: XP00) for SALES ORG/ MATERIAL and SALES ORG/ MATERIAL/ CUSTOMER level for both materials. Is there any standard SAP report to display materials I missed to enter pricing conditions.

I dont know there is such report which fulfills your requirement. but i suggest you to run V/LD and select Material Prices at 15. Give sales organization, distribution channel, condition type and material range from and to. For example i just executed report with
Sales organization 1000
Distribution Channel 60
Material 1900000 1999999
Condition PR00
The system will show you the materials for which you have maintained condition record. Export this report to excel and use VLOOKUP for your requirement.

How to print pdf file in SQL Server Reporting services report using command prompt?
Is there a way to automatically print a SQL Server Reporting services report on command prompt? For eg: We can save a pdf file using rs.exe utility. I want to print a pdf using rs.exe utility. Is it possible? I don't want to install any 3rd party software.

In oracle form, there is oracle command to print the report from command prompt with the help of rwrun.exe

and to save the report we just need to change DESNAME="c:\temp\OC_100001349.pdf" DESTYPE="FILE" in above command instead of DESNAME="testprinter" DESTYPE="PRINTER".
DESNAME and DESTYPE are the input parameters of the respective report.
In SSRS, we can run the file from the command prompt and save it.

But we cannot use same command for printing as you said we need to create another script for printing files.
I have gone through the links but I dont want to use Adobe Acrobat Reader exe for printing because client it may not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on their machine.
Also I want to pass a input parameter as type="Printer" to my report which will print directly for me and same I can acheive in command prompt passing type="Printer" fileName="C:\Users\pujarswa\Desktop\TipsReportLoad.pdf"
