Not saving log on info

I reinstalled Dreamweaver on a new laptop and it won't save
the log on and password info for sites. I've downloaded the 8.02
update, but can't figure out the workaround for not having the CDs.
When i try to run the setup, it recognizes that Dreamweaver is
installed and wants to repair and isn't giving me the option to
browse as it states in the instructions. Is there any other way I
can access the file needed for the workaround?

Is it version 8?
know issue of conflict with IE7.
go to adobe site and get the 8.02 update installer.

As you can see there is no code and i cannot access my Icloud account until i enter a verification code, i have requested three different times for a new code and i still have not received an email.

DW 8 Not Saving FTP Login Info

From session to session, Dreamweaver site setup is not saving
the ftp username and password info for all of the sites I manage -
a real pain in the ... Any thoughs as to what's going on or is
anyone else experiencing this problem?

YouTube app on AppleTV will not accept log in info?

When I try to log in to YouTube from the app pre installed on AppleTV, I use the same log in info I use on my PC and iPad, but keep getting incorrect password. I double check on my PC and iPad buy signing out and back in on both with same info I tried to log in with on AppleTV and got in no problem. Tried again on AppleTV, wrong password. I have Bluetooth keyboard on it so kinda hard to keep entering wrong password 100 times in a row....exaggeration. Any one have this problem?

Dreamweaver not saving sites login info

Dreamweaver 8 is not saving my site logins and passwords,
regardless of whether or not the "save" checkbox is enabled.
This is on XP 64bit, I did not have this problem on my
previous machine running the same version of Dreamweaver and
XP64.

Search this for for "It's posted a million times - uninstall
IE7 or update
to DW 8.0.2". I'm sure you'll find your answer in one of
them.... 8)

Signal express not saving logs, giving NaN

I need some help.
We have been using Signal Express for about 1.5 years with ok success. (It is really unstable at times.)
We just ran into a new issue the last couple of days. All of a sudden it is no longer saving our log files. There is no indication that there is anything wrong. It runs fine and appears to be saving the data (the logs show up in the log list on the bottom left side).
However, if you go back and try and open the data, it gives only NaN values. If you look for the log folder where it should be it does not appear and when you save, close and reopen the project, it says that the log files could not be found and have been erased.
We have restarted the computer and all the normal. We rebuilt the project from the ground up and it is still happening.
There is plenty of disc space (15 Gb) so that shouldn't be an issue either.
Anyone have any ideas?????
Are there certain conventions we should stick to when naming the logs. I thought it might be something with the names being used, but there doesn't seem to be a pattern.

IPad not saving Log-in details

Can anyone tell me if this is an inherant fault in iOS or just I cant find the right box to tick in 'Settings'.
On my MacPro and MacBookPro whenever I tick a site's "Remember Me" or "Save details for next time" box, the next time I visit my log-in details are filled in for me so I don't have to remember all my usernames and passwords, but not the iPad, it refuses point blank to remember any settings like that.
When you are at home you can write down all those details but on the move you wouldn't want to carry them all with you and as for remembering them all well at my age that's getting harder with every passing year! My iPad is passcode protected on opening and after sleep so the fact that it is carry all my log-in details about with me is ok as its protected. Its getting annoying having to remember all this stuff when the machine should do it for you.
Any ideas folks

Actions not saving all printer info

I have a large poster printer and I have about 6 different size posters that I print regularly. Each poster size has a bunch of differnt print settings (which roll of paper to use, where to position the poster, size of the image..). It seems when I save a action of me printing a poster not ALL of this information is saved from the print settings.
How can I completely automate this? I want to be able to press a button labeled "print 36x36" and it will print the image at the right size using the right paper in the right location on the paper. Any ideas? Thanks everyone!

WRT54GS Not saving port forwarding info.

I gave up on an older router, and had the wrt54gs sitting in my closet. I had to set it up for the PSN and COD4, but everytime I enter the port forwarding info, it says its saved, but erases it.
The info is:
TCP 80
TCP 443
TCP 5223
UDP 3478 - 3479
UDP 3658
All enabled on PS3s IP
Click SAVE SETTINGS
It opens a black window that says settings saved
I click OK
and everything has been erased.
Im on firmware 7.50.2.
Ive tried both firefox 3 and internet explorer. (ff3 error console gave me no errors)
DMZ is enabled for my PS3.
Ive tried both a wired and wireless connection.
I can use my PS3s browser (if that matters)
Any suggestions?

You need to Upgrade the Firmware on your router...Download the Firmware from here , Follow these steps to upgrade the firmware on the device: -
Open an Internet Explorer browser page.In the address bar type - 192.168.1.1
Leave the username blank & in password use admin in lower case...
Click on the 'Administration' tab- Then click on the 'Firmware Upgrade' sub tab- Here click on 'Browse' and browse the .bin firmware file and click on "Upgrade"...
Wait for few seconds until it shows that "Upgrade is successful" After the firmware upgrade, click on "Reboot" and you will be returned back to the same page OR it will say "Page cannot be displayed".
Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds...Release the reset button...Unplug the power cable from your router, wait for 30 seconds and re-connect the power cable...Now re-configure your router and do the port forwarding and check if it saves the settings...

If you used Mac's automatic Software Update... to get to 10.5.1, try this:
• Repair permissions.
• Download and install the Mac OS X 10.5.1 Update.
• Repair permissions again after the restart that completes the install.
• Test to see if problem is still there.
If problem exists, try suggestions relevant to your system from Apple's How to Troubleshoot iSight.

Your post isn't quite clear. If you mean you logged out of your icloud account and logged into someone else's account, then log out of theirs and back into yours.
Go to Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete Account. Then log in using a different ID.
If this is not what you mean, please describe you issue in more detail.

Non admin user - changes not saved (Safari settings, system prefs, etc.)

iMac, 2 users, one is administrator and other is standard user. Recently, in the non-admin user account, it has become impossible to make any changes. For example, adding an application to the the Dock, after logging out and back in next time, the application is not in the Dock any more. Also, making changes to the prefs in Safari, changes are not saved.
I noticed this after installing FireFox v4. I installed it as admin whilst in the non-admin users account. However, I don't believe that the installation of FF has anything to do with the problem, it just highlighted it. I've checked the permissions for the various directories that hold prefs info such as user/libraries/application prefs/etc. etc. and also Safari prefs. Nothing I can see that has changed in system prefs.
Any ideas on what has caused the problem (kids are known to fiddle from within the non-admin account) and any ideas on how to fix it?

You could try making the standard user an Admin too. To do this, make sure you are logged in to the standard user, go to System Preferences > Accounts > Standard user (you may have to unlock the padlock) > Allow user to administer this computer
This will allow changes to be made without being prompted for a password all the time.
However, if you had Parental Controls on, they probably won't work on an admin account because as an admin you have complete control over a computer, so the computer thinks there is no point in having the controls turned on. And if the kids are known to "fiddle," just think carefully!
