Hi developers,
you can give me clarifications on this part of note.I have not understood where do enhancements. I must inserted code in EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001 for the  fields added for the procedure delta when the field is modified?
This USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE where must be checked?
Solution: Check the user exits of the SD and LE (such as the        
USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE) for the following or similar code:  
if XVBAP-UPDKZ is initial.                                          
  xvbap-updkz = 'U'.                                                
  modify xvbap.                                                     
endif.

Hi Domenico,
this note is relevant only if you have some problem (duplication of some records, wrong after image and so on...) when you upload your delta in Logistic Cockpit area AND you enhanced your LIS communication structure (MCVBAP and so on...) thanks to some LIS user-exit (USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE, that is, specific code that fill your added fields when a document is saved
In other words, this note is not relevant if you are doing some enhancement in the transfer structure, because you cannot, from there, manage any delta mechanism and image!
Let me know if you need some more explanations..

    8.)I login into my above-said application -> click on the Help page -> Displays the required structure /buttons as Hide, Back, Refresh, Home, Print, Options, Contents, Index, Search, Glossary
    a.)Clicking on any of the Books or Topics appearing beneath Contents : The System prompts out with error cautionary message called “ Navigation to the webpage was cancelled. What you can try: Retype the address ”

    If you looked at the error message and searched the forum, you should find the answer as this is a problem that started in 2005. You should not run CHM files from a server and cannot without editing the users registry. See the page below.

    In response to your above reply; I went to "mailbox" - sycronise account", but nothing happened.
    Am I missing some other setting perhaps. I did "enable mobile" on internet provider webmail.

  • How to avoid 'duplicate data record' error message when loading master data

    Dear Experts
    We have a custom extractor on table CSKS called ZCOSTCENTER_ATTR. The settings of this datasource are the same as the settings of 0COSTCENTER_ATTR. The problem is that when loading to BW it seems that validity (DATEFROM and DATETO) is not taken into account. If there is a cost center with several entries having different validity, I get this duplicate data record error. There is no error when loading 0COSTCENTER_ATTR.
    Enhancing 0COSTCENTER_ATTR to have one datasource instead of two is not an option.
    I know that you can set ignore duplicates in the infopackage, but that is not a nice solution. 0COSTCENTER_ATTR can run without this!
    Is there a trick you know to tell the system that the date fields are also part of the key??

    Alessandro - ZCOSTCENTER_ATTR is loading 0COSTCENTER, just like 0COSTCENTER_ATTR.
    Siggi - I don't have the error message described in the note.
    "There are duplicates of the data record 2 & with the key 'NO010000122077 &' for characteristic 0COSTCENTER &."
    In PSA the records are marked red with the same message (MSG no 191).
    As you see the key does not contain the date when the record is valid. How do I add it? How is it working for 0COSTCENTER_ATTR with the same records? Is it done on the R/3 or on the BW side?

  • Condition type for pricing came from PC but has not included the additive cost record

    we have the pricing base for the sales order with the estimated cost from pc; our costing process has a posting record for additive cost is not included on the total cost is sent to the condition type EK02.
    question: It is possible to include these kind of postings?, in fact, these record apear on the costing report as part of the cost of sales..

    Two things,
    1. Your condition type must be EK01 if you wanna use it in
    Pricing
    2. Additive cost in CK74 is at the level of material and plant. It is not at the level of sales order
    If you wish to add costs manually in sales order cost estimate, then use Unit Costing as the costing method in your requirement class
    Or use Product costing as costing method and use a costing sheet

    I doubt it's coming from iTunes itself. iTunes has no "speech" capability directly, and it doesn't sound like it's picking up a fragment of some other recording. Check the Universal Access system preference and see if VoiceOver has gotten inadvertently turned on. If not, then it's probably some other utility you have installed, Growl perhaps.

  • VD02 Additional Data not editable

    Hi Experts,
    I am wondering if it is possible to make any of the additional data fields(kna1-katr1 - 5 and knvv-kvgr1 - 5) in the customer master non editable? I see in configuration where we can choose to suppress, make optional, etc some of the customer master fields, but I do not see the additional data fields as an option. Any insight on this would be helpful, I have found nothing on these particular fields for this in any searching online or in the forums.

    Hi Harshini,
    Goto CL02 transaction and type class type 017 and create ur own class or the particular class type. Now u will get the basic data screen fill the description and maintian the status as "released".
    Now click on "Char" in this screen add ur characteristics and press enter, the system will ask for create press yes. Now ur basic data screen will appear give the description and mark status as "released" down u can see the format where u can choose "Character format" now click urscreen shows number of characters enter 10.
    Now move to Value tab page enter character value as 01 and description as Name of the vendor (or what u want to search) same as 02 as Vendor number.Now u save.
    Assign the class and class type to ur document type finally,
    Now u go to cv01n and see the Addl data u can find the characteristics u have created.

    I think you can add up to 6(not sure though) additional data ranges.
    These are the dates relating to 1)Buying dates 2)Predip 3)Post dip dates
    4)Promotion dates.
    Promotion dates are the dates that are used in TPM where the stock reaches retailer and shelves them and starts selling the good for a promotional price and the price ends on the Promotion end date.

    When am uploading the XML files manually its working fine in /TDAG/CPM00.
    The same when we are uploading the XML files thru basis program IPC (XML) Documents into SAP , its not working .In XMl file it showing its complaint the same time compliance workbench complaint statues it showing empty .

    I am creating material master record using BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVE_DATA. I am using the below function modules to populate date in Additional Data Tab. I am getting the existing material details from BAPI_MATERIAL_GET_ALL and passing it to
    BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVE_DATA variables. I can create material successfully, but  "PROPORTION/PRODUCT UNIT"   TAB in Additional Data Tab is not populating.
    Program populates this data  for some materials and for some materials not.  For example,  when I try to create a new  material by copying  existing details from 1234 , New material will be created   with 12345(say), but "PROPORTION/PRODUCT UNIT"   TAB in Additional Data Tab is not populating.
    Now If I put a break point, to find out what could be the issue , and then press f6 ,  and re-execute program for the same material 1234, then my custom program can populates data.  I know its sound wiered, but I am not able to solve the issue.

    Thanks for your reply. It worked. But now I am facing strange issue. As you see my code above, i am using VBWS_UOM_MAINTAIN_DARK to update Addition data tab. however, the values of internaltable gt_meinh_ws_upd was not updated correctly inside the material master.
    For example, I am filling gt_meinh_ws_upd table with the below values
    gt_meinh_ws_upd-wsm = 'OZT'
    gt_meinh_ws_upd-atnam ' ZABCDE'
    gt_meinh_ws_upd-atwrt = 0.0023
    append gt_meinh_ws_upd.
    but when i see in material master,   gt_meinh_ws_upd-atwrt = 0.0023 is updated with 23, instead of 0.023. I debugged th func. module many times, I didnot come acroos the code what making it to 23.

  • Recording Additional Data on Time Event Types

    Our company is using the following time event types to record time data:P10 - In
    P15 - Break Start
    P02 - Lunch Start
    P25 - Lunch End
    P20 - Out
    We have only been able to associate a cost center to time event type
    P10, but have the need to associate it to P25 or identify a time event
    type not already in use that will accept a cost center to be associated
    to it. When we try to enter a cost center with time event tyep P25, the
    error message states "You can not use time event type P25 to record
    additional data."
    In our comapny, we have the need to round the in and out punches for
    each employee, but not round the other punches of the day. We can't use
    the first and last punch of the day to accomplish this because we have
    people who work split shifts. We also require a cost center to be
    associated with every punch that begins a productive time pair.
    Returning from lunch is the start of a productive time block, and is
    considered an "In" punch that shouldn't be rounded.
    I need to know if there is a way to configure the time event types to
    accept additional data or if there are any other time event types
    besides P10 that allow additional data to be recorded with them.

    Does the person entering the punch enters the cost center? How do you identify outside the SAP system before entering the data in SAP system what is the cost center related to the punch.
    Also Time events table or teven table cannot be enhanced.
    You could use CATS for hours recording related to a cost center.

       When you import an Idoc (any Idoc - in my case it is SOPGEN01) in Repository, data record fields of idoc are not imported. You can see these fields in WE60 by checking the "Data rec" checkbox. The fields i need are SEGNUM, PSGNUM, HLEVEL.
    <b>  Do not confuse the above fields with the EDI_DC40 fields. I do not need EDI_DC40.</b>
    I searched SAP notes but could not find anything. Is this a limitation of XI, then its pretty bad.
      This same question was asked in May but no concrete answer was given.

    Instead of going the hard way RFC loopups and mappings - i am thinking of a workaround for this limitation of XI.
    You know the number of child segments. In my case it is always 2. And i always need segment number of the parent segment(in this case E1LIPM0)
    -E1LIPM0                  segnum 1
        ---E1LIPV0              segnum 2
               ---E1LIPP0       segnum 3
    -E1LIPM0                  segnum 4    and so on
    So I will use a counter variable starting with 1 and increment it by 3 for each top parent level segemnt E1LIPM0, so i get numbers like 1, 4, 7, 10, etc. which is what i want.
