Numbers into textfield using boolean buttons and case structure?

Hi!
I'm very new to these forums, and to LabVIEW in general. I'm currently trying to implement a calculator-ish, but without the operations (+ - * /).
I have 10 boolean buttons, named 0-9, and with these I want to basically write a sequence of numbers into a textfield. I've managed to solve the problem using an Event structure, but now i'd like to achieve the same result using a Case structure instead. The problem is that I can't identify which button has been pressed, so I can't make the program go to the correct case (0 to 9). Is there any simple solution to this that you guys could help me with? Maybe a property node that's generic for every button? I dont know
Anyways, I'm attaching a simplified version of what I'm trying to achieve, withouh the code I don't know how to write obviously.

Here is a way to do it: bundle the boolean values into an array, turn that into an 8 bit number and wire that to a case structure with a boolean radix

Well, at least it's good that there are no hardware issues - that's a relief and one problem area that you can check off.
OK, so let's summarize so I can get a clear picture of what's going on. If you try to download something from your web browser, what happens? What if you try to download a small utility such as "EasyFind" from the App Store? Or is the problem specifically linked to downloading updates?
I'm just trying to get a feel for if anything really means anything?
Usually what you download from, say, a website, goes into your Downloads folder. It's the default folder for things like that. Apps from the App Store are downloaded to your Applications folder. And software updates are generally, I believe, held in a temporary folder so that they can be installed (in many cases) when you're asked to restart.
It could be something as simple as repairing permissions on your start-up disk. You're running Snow Leopard, right? (That's what your profile says.) Try opening Disk Utility from your Utilities folder, selecting your boot disk and try verifying permissions. If you come up with some errors, try repairing permissions. After that, go ahead and verify your boot disk - you won't be able to repair it at this point, but at least you can see if you have any errors.
Let me know about the anything and get back to me after you've verified and repaired permissions and verified your boot drive.

How can I import a non-BC site into BC, using Dreamweaver CC, and then use it as one of my free sites?

I am trying to import one of my non-BC sites into BC, using Dreamweaver CC, and then use it as one of my free WebBasics sites.
When I try to create a new BC site in Dreamweaver CC, it creates a BC template site, and I have unsuccessfully tried to update the files on BC - it won't let me connect.
If I import the site from my portal, I don't get the option of a free site - when I try to upgrade, I get the credit card form asking for payment.
I feel like I'm running around in circles with one foot nailed to the floor.
Any tips?

Thank you for your quick reply and for clearing up my confusion. I'm exporting the first section now. I choose the smallest size, 3x4 but I'd prefer to go higher as this DVD was originally a VHS home movie. I'm wondering if after three conversions (VHS,->DVD->MPEG) the resolution will be so poor as to not support a larger size frame? If it can, what size should I select when I export?

u don't need j2ee and struts to do file uploading. An example is as such
in JSP. u use the <input> file tag like
<input type="file"....>You need a bean to capture the file contents like

An Apple ID which consists of a non-Apple address can perfectly well be used to create and sign into an iCloud account (most Apple ID's take this form). Your problem is that you can't create an iCloud account on Windows: you can only do it on a Mac or an iOS device. Once created on one of those you can sign into it on Windows using the iCloud Control Panel.

Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before (re)installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Hi, I was wondering why do we use the break and continue structure in some program such as:

So, now why do we use those codes, instead of achiving the same results by not using the if structure.

I may not completely understand your question, but - imagine the following scenario:

}You will always run through the entire long list, even if the thing you are looking for is the first thing in the list. By inserting a break statement as:

As for continue, yes, I suppose you could use a big if, but that can get burdensome - you end up with code like:

I dragged my tabs into the "Tab Group" button and now cant find those tabs but they are there in Firefox Home.

I probably did this wrong since i just started using Firefox, but i dragged a tab into the Tab Groups button on my tool bar and lost all of the tabs when viewing on my laptop. When viewing on my smartphone can still view them in Firefox Home, please help.

The app tabs feature is still in a relatively early stage of development. The option to remember app tabs independently of sessions has not yet been implemented, but it will be part of the release version of Firefox 4.

Read about TextField Input Constraints.

You can set them in two way
1. public void setConstraints(int constraints)2. Pass to TextField constructor:

Entering into site using valid id and password through URL class

i need to access the google adwords editor site. I have account on that but i want to access that by using URL class and then i need to use some data on getting response. It is very urgent for me. Whats the drawback is i am unable to handle the cookies send by the server. Can any one help how to get the response from that by handlin cookies or sessions through program. I have valid id and password.

I attempted to remove cookies, but I can not identify any of the cookies on the list with the PrimeVest web site. No PrimeVest, no PVs, nothing that looks like it came from them.
I have also reported the problem to PrimeVest and their tech did answer. He suggested erasing the browsing history (temporary internet files), which I did with no effect. He also had me check for the correct starting page address, which was OK. He stated that they are aware of a problem and it is on their list. No indication of how far down that list though. His only cure was to use IE for now, which I was already doing. Perhaps he can tell me which cookies to remove.

How can I have multiple inputs into the selector terminal of a case structure

Hi everyone
I have a question on how to wire multiple inputs in to the selector terminal of a case structure.
Currently, I have three switches, each switch determines different case. So if I switch the switch 1 is on, the numeric indicator will show 1. If the switch 2 is on, the numeric indicator will show 2, so on and so forth. However, the selector terminal will not allow me to wire multiply inputs into the case structure, I tried Bundle by Name, Bundle and Array to Cluster, but they did not work. I set the case structure with 3 cases, they are 1, 2 and 3.
Could someone help me please. I have attach an image and the VI of the work I did so far.
I have another question, is there a function which can toggle other switches to off when there is a switch has been toggled on.

Tommy, attached find a cheeseball way of doing this that has given me a LOT of mileage over the years. IT lends itself nicely to a couple of really good practices that NI recommend, but I have given you the bare-bones to "see under the hood".
The recommended practices:
1. You can make this a nice tight sub-vi where you can put it into a core library of routines that you'll use over the years, even extending the logic to look only for changes, etc.
2. If you are thinking about Front Panel design considerations, you'll want to use arrays of controls where possible, as that's a nice neat way of containerizing your switch for both the FP and Block Diagram.

Boolean in empty case structure

Hello Everybody,
I am a bit stuck with one of my case structures. I am trying to set "True" for Boolean constant in order to enable "write to file" of the data once the number in one of the dynamic data flows reaches threshold value 79. I want to make sure that all numbers will be written after that, and not only numbers >=79.
My idea was to put Boolean "True" in the true part of the case structure, and leave nothing in the false part of the case structure. That unfortunately did not work
Does anybody know if there is a way to set Boolean to "True" after I reach desired number and keep it at "True" afterwards for continuous recording?
I would really appreciate any help
