OFA is installed ...Sales applicationn is registered but can not access

Hello Fusion Apps experts, can you please help me to access Fusion Sales application. I did not find right forum and hence I am posting my qn here.
I have completed couple of post installation tasks after successful installation of OFA. I have created IT Secuirty Manager user and able to login into home page. In the Fusion apps control, I can access all domains - Common, bi, fin, crm, scm, hcm etc. In CRM domain I see the sales server is up and running and I also see the url as http://fa.hosts1.com:9108/sales !!
In the home page of fusion applications, when I click "Setup and Maintenance", I see all provisioned applications are visible under "Configuring Offerings". But they show implementation not started
How will enable Sales application with default settings. I do not want to do any customization at this point. All I want is to access Sales application.
Currently when I access it, I get WSRP Producer Test Page.
I am sure when I provision sales application, oracle provides us at least the Sales application with default settings and configuration right ? How to access it ?
I see the implementation guide for Sales but that's all for customization right ? It has more than 20 chapters. I do not think I need to sit and implement these 20 chapters just to access initial Sales Application.
Please help me.

I have the same problem.. Everything worked perfectly until i was trying to copy a 20GB files into my iPod as external hard drive. Half way copying, Windows no longer detect the device and iPod froze just there at the "Connected" icon. After i unplug it, i still froze and so i reset it (using Menu+Center). Apple icon appear and can hear the HD is being read then a click sound, then read again, then click again.. After i leave it the to loop for like 10 mins, my iPod worked.. All my music n videos are still inside and work perfectly.. But once i plug it into my PC, it detected the device as malfunctioned n iTunes ask me to restore it. So i did, but after rerstoring, the ipod will restart automatically and it detects again, and itunes ask me to restore again. This goes never end. So i unplugged it and reset it again and waited, and iPod worked again nicely..
What's the problem? Please help..Seems like Ipod cant work as an external hard disk afterall.. I'm using Windows XP home, Itunes 7.5, filmware 1.0.3, iPod classic 80GB 2 months old. No drop or whatsoever cz i take care of it perfectly.

iPhone 5s can connect to wireless WIFI router but can not access internet at work. The admin says the router lets my iPhone connect to LAN, but the iPhone does not have server IP to access the internet. I entered the server IP and port number in the HTTP PROXY fields but I still can not access the web. Any ideas?

You IT person should be able to sort this out. But, they seems to be too busy or disinterested to do this. Suggest you provide the it person with an iPhone to get interested.
Any could be lots of things.
The best you can do is to get access to the admin setup for networking on a pc? The internet settings are all the same. Only what names the manufactures change from OS to OS. Check and compare parameters.
Phone works to internet at home, I assume?

I have been on the phone with Apple, done all of the trouble shooting they have recomended. When I attempt to connect it to the internet I get a message reading "your apple tv is connected to your wi-fi but cannot connect to the internet. I have plugged the modem right into the apple tv and it still won't work. This is the second device I've used. (apple gave me a new one after the first didn't work). I just thought there might be someone out there who had the same issue and knows how to resolve it.

Most recent version already installed.....but can not open & use NM

I recently installed nM on my lap top so I can make the new printer print wirelessly...the desk top computer needs to have NM installed too. I downloaded it & then clicked "install" it tells me it is already installed....but will not open or start ordo anything.... any advice?
THX both machines are using XP. The desktop computer is connected to the router & the printer... the laptop can not find the printer... that is why I am trying NM... have used in the past & never a problem....

Try these following steps:
•open the C Drive
•open program files
•open Pure Networks folder
•open support folder
•double-click on serveme application
•right click on the Network Magic icon (w/c is found on the system tray) and select Stop NmService, once you have done this the ServeMe icon will turn red
•right-click on the Network Magic icon on the system tray and select Delete NetworkLib.xml
•right click on the same icon again and select “Force First Run”
•repeat all the steps above for all computers connected to the network
•restart all your computers connected to the network; this will restart the Network Magic service

I can log into my iTunes account but can not access my account details, what's wrong?

I can sign in to iTunes with my apple ID no problem. However when I click account from the drop down menu (by my ID in the right hand corner of the iTunes screen) I get a sign in window in which my ID is filled in but it wants my password which I duly fill in . At this point the window just keeps coming back up for me to fill in. If I fill my password in wrongly I get red text telling me so.
So basically I can't view my account details even though I'm clearly logged in. I'm increasingly worried because If I can't access my iTunes account data how do I know my credit card is not being used by someone else?
I'm guessing it's a problem specific to my machine (MBP running up to date Lion) I'm wondering if it could be connected to the safari cookie problem that affects other issues with pop up windows as documented (and solved) here:

Problem solved!
I started to suspect that the problem was with my computer rather than the apple servers.
Reparing disc permissions from Disc Utility seemed like an obvious thing to try but I thought I had done this without it working. However on OSX daily I read..."In mac OSX Lion repairing permissions from the Disk Utility app doesn’t repair the users file permissions"! Hmm nice one Apple- reparing permissions does not repair permissions! It seems that you have to use disc utility from recovery mode.
I then followed these instructions on OSX daily (dot com)
Repairing a Mac Boot Disk with Disk Utility & OS X Lion
Reboot the Mac and hold down Command+R (To boot into recovery)
Select “Recovery HD” at the boot menu
At the Mac OS X Utilities screen, select “Disk Utility”
Select the boot volume or partition from the left menu and click on the “Repair” tab
Repair Disk is now possible, click on “Repair Disk” to repair the boot volume
Now verify disk permissions and repair them
This solved the problem for me

I have installed a new hard drive but can not recover from the HP 2 recovery disks

My computer: HP Pavilion dv9825nr
Windows Vista Home Premiu. SP 1
My old computer (I have a new HP laptop) had a bad hard drive so I bought a new hard drive - 488599-001, as recommended by HP.
When I try to restore using the diskds I bought from HP, I get an error: 0x400110020000100A.
Windows does not recognize the hard drive and I read somewhere tghat the Vista restore disks are problematic.
I'd appreciate any help you can give me. Good timing for expert day :-)

If you think you did something in the BIOS, just set it to its defaults, save and exit.
Here is what you need to do to make your own vista disk...
If you're up to a slight but rewarding challenge you can make your own if you can read your 25 character Vista product key on the PC.
Just download the 3 files you need at the link below, and read all of the instructions to create a bootable DVD installation disk using imageburn.
Disregard the part of the text under the first screen shot about "extract the files to the Vista folder."
The files were already extracted to that folder when you ran the X14.exe file by reading the text on top of the first screen shot.
The other thing I noticed is on the 4th screen shot, where it shows Developer ID Microsoft Corporation. I had to type Microsoft Corporation in myself, and then the other codes automatically populated.
When I went to compile the ISO file, ImageBurn gave a message that about a WIM file and ISO, and if I wanted to burn it in a different format.
I selected No, make the ISO file.
It was not that hard to do. I burned both the 64 bit disk and the 32 bit disk in case I ever need them.
I tested both of them on my hp dc7100 CMT desktop PC, they worked perfectly.
When you enter the product key, it knows what version of Vista you have.

After you successfully install Vista, you can then install the drivers from your PC's support and driver page.

I COULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM!!! : CHANGE YOUR ISP
I it is obvious that we are talking about different issues, but all arise from the same origin. I am a surgeon and fortunately one of my patients is executive manager of one of biggest ISP companies from which I have bought my Internet service for home and my clinic.
One day I told him the problem and he promised to check it for me. A few days later he called me and discussed the exact problem (unfortunately as I am not I.T professional, I couldn’t understand it well, I can just remember he was talking about MULTIPLEXING incompatibility between Mac security settings and that specific ISP multiplexing settings, He also said they had similar problems with some Linux users. I can remember he relate the problem to cheap ISP hardware, which leads to security issues which are ignored by Windows Systems but leading to connection blockade in Mac Browsers. That’s why if you PING yahoo.com, you will see everything is OK but your browsers are not working)
In fact this is a hardware issue which is related to ISP (Internet Service Provider) security and not your Mac.
The day after, I took my MacBook to some ISP offices and asked them to let me connect to their line just for a test. “ Surprisingly I found out without changing my MacBook’s settings it works well with some ISPs and not with others!! “
I have two ADSL lines: one at home and one in my clinic. First I changed my home ISP and everything is well at home from the day I did the change. But before changing my clinic’s ISP it worked at home and not at the clinic. Later I changed my clinic’s ISP and afterward never I had any problem. This proves ( as that manager said also) this problem is related to ISP and not Mac itself and that’s why Apple could not have resolved the problem yet: different ISPs have different issues.
Here I can make some suggestions:
1- First, take your MacBook into different ISP offices and find the one which works well (before making the contract and paying money to the ISP, restart the Mac or send it into sleep mode repeatedly to make sure the connection never drops with restart or sleeps)
2- Change your modem: Modems as TP-LINK, D-LINK, are not well compatible with Mac. Apple modems or Linksys are perhaps the best choices (this is not main cause of internet drop, but can affect the performance)
3- Make sure your neighbor’s Wi-Fi is not exactly on the same channel as you are using (I use iStumbler for finding my neighbor’s channels)
4- Find best DNS: ask your ISP to provide you most compatible DNS’s for you. Perhaps most known DNSs are 8.8.8.8 and 4.2.2.4.It helps you to browse the Internet more efficiently
Some people in other forums suggested that upgrading to Mountain Lion has helped them. But It didn't work for my clinic's line. Just changing the ISP at clinic resolved my problem
BETWEEN THESE 4 SUGGESTIONS, THE FIRST ONE IS THE MAIN SOLUTION AND NO 2-4 CAN HELP THE PERFORMANCE.
Move on!!! Change your ISP and let me know if it works!!!!

You are on Windows 2000, you do not have a "Firefox" button, and should consider yourself to be fortunate in that you still have menus and don't have to do anything to get the menus back instead of the "Firefox" button. (The same applies to Windows XP users).
Use the "File" menu to get to Import. You are not on Windows 7 or Vista, and don't have to put up with the nonsense added for Aero.
If you want the "Firefox" button you can get it with View -> toolbars -> (uncheck) Menu Bar. The menu bar and the "Firefox" button were supposed to be mutually exclusive (which is impossible in some cases without being incompatible).

Use the "Alt" key to view the menu bar (temporarily) containing File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, and Help. On Windows 7 and Vista, the menu bar was hidden by default in Firefox 4 and above. These menu items are more or less available under the "Firefox" button which has the most used of the built-in Firefox menu items available in a different format.
To get back to having menus again. "Firefox" button -> Options (second column) -> (check) Menu Bar

Thanks Kurt! I had tried all that and had tried closing both programmes from the application monitor, but SyncServices Agent refused to close. I tried closing Launchd which is their mother application, but that just caused the screen go go blank. In the end the two programmes let themselves be closed next time I tried the installation process so all was well. Thanks for your help!
