Ok I really need help. I bought an unlocked iPhone at T-mobile and registered it at another cell phone provider. So my question is: Can I buy AppleCare Protection for my phone if my cell phone provider does not cell the iPhone?
The question is pretty self-explanatory. But I really do need an answer. I really need to know if I can buy AppleCare Protection after I purchased the iPhone outside of the Apple store??
I fyou can take your iPhone to an Apple store within 30 days (maybe less) of purchasing it, and provide tehm with proof of purchase, and let them evaluate that it is not damaged, you should be able to purchase an AppleCare+ program for it (assuming that your iPhone qualifies for AppleCare+).
I purchased my iPhone 5 at an AT&T store and then took it to an Apple store about 3 weeks later to purchase my AppleCare+ for it. Luckily I haven't needed it yet, but so far, it is still only 49 weeks old...

Hi buddy, I figured out what is wrong with that. I had the very same issue, while sending an sms via iMessage on Mountain Lion. I called the Apple guy at the Apple care support but without any luck.
At the end--at least in my case, but it could also be yours--I think I have understood what was going on. This happens when you have your Apple ID registered on more than one device. In my case, we have two iPhones--one for me and one for my wife--but with the same App Store account. So, when I sent an sms via iMessage for the Mac, the receiver was shown my wife's iPhone number.
I hope I have been clear enough, you know, explaining this in a foreing language is always painful...

Look on one of your bank statements and be sure to enter the billing address exactly as it shows on the statement. Some folks forget where they actually get the statement. They put their home address in iTunes/Mac App Store and they actually get the statement at their place of employment or vice versa.

Don't know what you mean by "some time ago", but unless you activated Find My Phone and the phone is still on, the answer is no. (Even if you ask 3 times).

Softphone or Physical Phone screen does not reflect the agent state

I have a problem with login with finesse API.
When I login on UCCX by the physical phone or softphone keyboard, the screen on the device changes, and show me options for exampe to change state, but when I loggin with finesse the device screen dont changes.
However when I loggin with EMAPI the device shows ok the screen information.
Any Ideas?

Need help with using Factory Unlocked iPhone 4 (GSM) in US
Hi all I have an factory unlocked iPhone 4 (GSM) which is bought overseas. I will come to the US soon but I don't know how can I continue using with the US carriers.
Any solution?If it is truly unlocked, just sign up for a plan with AT&T when you get to the US and insert the MicroSIM. AT&T will not permit pre-paid plans on iPhones. T-Mobile will, but they are not a supported carrier and you will not get 3G data speeds, only Edge. Other features may not work correctly such as MMS messaging, FaceTime, etc.

At one point I had set up my itunes and icloud with an old email address. I have since shanged that to a new email. iTunes works fine and I can log into my new iCloud on my PC but my phone will not allow me to delete the old iCloud email without the password. I select to reset the password but the system will not accept my birthdate or security questions. All happening after i did the iOS 7 update. Any thoughts? Thank you!
1) Did you change that old email address to your current email address to be your current Apple ID? If so, try to enter your current password for your current Apple ID/iCloud account. If it doesn't work, try #2.
2) If you don't have access to your old email account. Same process, go to https://appleid.apple.com and sign in your current iCloud/Apple ID then edit it to your old email address then Save the changes. DON'T sign out yet. Go back to your iOS device then delete your iCloud account. Once deleted, go back to the Apple ID website and rename it back to your current email address. You have to verify it this time and you will be able to since you have access to that email address.
3) If your answer to #1 is NO, contact Apple Support (Account Security Team) to help you reset its password but you need to have another email address available which is not yet an Apple ID to send the password reset email.

Like others mentioned, the webpages probably contain Flash -- but it is impossible to circumvent this these days.You can check for problems caused by recent Flash updates and try these:

A possible cause is security software (firewall,anti-virus) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
