Old DLL made for old card with filesystem - Help!

Hi,
I have an old DLL that is used to access an old smartcard with file system. The DLL is using standard ISO calls like Select, Read etc. from these files. I am now finishing an applet with filesystem created as byte arrays which works fine BUT. How can I make these files visible to the DLL? Are the old ISO filesystem calls still there or do I catch the these APDU commands and handle them my self within the applet?
And, where can I read about these calls and whether they still work on "pure java cards"?

Thing is, I have en old DLL that has been in use for many years! Card is no longer available so now switching to java platform. DLL must still be able to communicate with card for "file access". I have not got a clue what commands the DLL sends but know what the data looks like. This is the reason for looking at what the DLL does. When I know, I am asking: Can I handle the APDU commands from this DLL that before went to the file system directly, in my applet? AND to learn more about the old file handeling, where can I read about those APDU commands, such as select write & read?

If yes, one keyword for you is "Mifare", a industry standard for smartcards with dual interface (contact-based and contactless).

Using generic drivers in 64-bit mode for eSATA card with Marvell 88sx7042

Hello, all. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to plug the eSATA card's pnp info into, for example, one the plugins in the IOATAFamily kext so that it will mount in 64-bit mode. I've tried this, and simply inserting the supplied kext in the IOATAFamily kext -- the card is recognized in 32-bit mode, but in 64-bit mode, the card is recognized, but System Profiler reports that no drivers are installed. Of course, my generic JMicron card will load, but it is not Port-Multiplier aware, which renders it useless as the relevant external is a hardware RAID. TIA for any replies.

Can I use the AC adapter made for the iPad with my iPod Video (5th Generation)?

I have a choice of using the original adapter or the newer adapter made for the Ipad. The original is rated at 5 volts @ 1 amp output. The newer (iPad) adapter is rated at 5.1 volts @ 2 amps output. I tried to recharge the battery and it worked, but the recharge time from a dead battery was around 6 hours. The difference of the voltage is neglegible, but the ampere rating shouldn't hurt the iPod as it only draws as much current (amps) as needed. Having said this I thought that the recharge time would be less...apparently not. I just do not want to damage the iPod. The iPad charger does not get as warm as the original while charging.

I've been using my iPad charger to charge my iPhone for over a year. I haven't had any issues. But I can't promise you that your experience would be the same.

Old card with odd probl

Ok so here it goes. I have had this SB! Li've 5. +Mp3 card for years and never really have had a problem with it till now. I just finally upgraded to WinXP(i know so late haha). Anyhow i DL the drivers from the creative.com site, since i lost the CD years ago. I installed the normal driver and the patch. When i go to creative HQ to mess with the speakers is says " Cannot initialize audio driver. Reinstall Audio driver." I have removed the SB Li've program and reinstalled twice but with no luck! If there are any ideas on what to do please send a replay when you can. Thanks!

Do this every time you reinstall drivers for your Creative card: Uninstall the creative drivers, then use Driver Cleaner Pro (<a href=http://www.drivercleaner.net target=_blank>http://www.drivercleaner.net[/url]) to clean what's left. Then Reboot and install the other drivers.

GPI Dll Driver for DAC-Bock with in- and output

Hello,
i've a little problem creating a Diadem GPI Driver Dll. When i program a driver dll that only has outputs (output from the gpi-block to diadem) every thing works fine. But i need a driverblock with both, in- and outputs. This block has to calculate outputs depending on the inputs and will use an external dll for this calculation. I still get no output from the block i programmed. Are there any examples for a GPI block that does this, because i didn't found one.

DIAdem offers three types of DAC blocks, input, output and processing. In most cases you will use just input or output blocks in your DAC scheme. However if you want to implement a special algorithm that calculates some signals depending on some inputs, you have to use the process blocks. You can implement all three kinds of DAC blocks using the GPI wizzard.
The GPI Wizzard will guide you through the process of building a framework for your driver. At one point there will be a dialog to define the names of the input signals, output signals and process signals. If you enter a name for a process signal here, the wizzard will generate a framework for a DAC process block. This block will have both, inputs and outputs. Once you have finished the wizzard, you can implement your algorithm in the ...ProcessValueGet() function.

I didnt load wallet applet to card. Some time I take install_for_load error , some time install_for_install_and_make_selectable()

With jdk 1.3_5 , java card dev kit 2.1.2 and gpshell , I load applet to card but dont install and I take install_for_install_and_make_selectable returns 0x80206A80 (6A80 : Wrong data / incorrect values in command data) error.
I dont understand why dont loaded the applet to card. Actually I load and install HelloWorld.cap file as this way.
Additionally , In the wallet applet , the register method used as resigter(bArray , ..... .

I bought a new ipad air and creaed a new account, and I used the new account buying iMovie, Keynote and Numbers on ipad air for free ofcourse... then I decided to abadon the new account and again use the old account. With the old account I bought and downloaded Pages and iPhoto --still for free of course... and I found that iMovie, Keynote and Numbers are not for free!!! Isn't it wired??
