On time Vendor in automatic payment (different documents)

Hi,
I have a master data one time vendor with payment method C and havenu2019t flag in u201CIndividual pmntu201D.
Posting two documents (Vendor invoices) with different address of the one time vendor mandatory, but the same payment method.
When I run F110: select one time vendor in parameter for payment method C, the program will create different documents (two) for the different address in invoices (but de one time vendor is the same).
Can I ask how can I have only one payment document (because I have only one time vendor).
Best Regards,
Suzana Brandã

Hi,
I had removed that Flag Individual Payment in One time Vendor, but the invoices have different address vendor, so the APP will create different documents (in the same proposal) for the different address.
Master data one time vendor X: adress Y
Invoice 1: one time vendor X with address x1
Invoice 2: one time vendor X with address x2.
Run APP with Invoices 1 and 2 and it create 2 payment documents (one for adress x1 and the other for adress x2).
This situation just happens to One Time Vendors.

  • Payment not  clearing for Vendor through Automatic Payment Program

    Hi
I had setup automatic payment program for my vendor to take $ from my GL account. When I run the payment program, it ran without any error, however, the vendor account was not cleared. The balance in GL and Vendor account remains the original amounts.
    The log shows the following.
    Job started
Step 001 started ( program SAPF110S, variant &0000000001081, user ID XXXXXXX)
Log for payment run for payment on 01/12/2008, identification XXXX
    End of log
    Job finished
    Can anyone help ?
    Thanks
    Shalini

I have not proposed a solution. Now go to F110 and go to the table additional tab and press proposal log button on the lower right hand side. this will give a detailed log. Either analyse this error set right error or send the error log for analysis.
First run the proposal run and if it is successful, run the payment run and then to print run.
It should be run in the above sequence.

  • F110 - Automatic Payment- Clearing document question

    hi,
i am analyzing how the  system is generating payment document via f110 procedure.
in some cases the payment documents have multiple lines of vendor debits and the total on cash credit.
in some cases the there is only one vendor ( debit) showing total amount for all vouchers cleared and one cash account.
in some cases it is adjusting the debit memo with a voucher and creating a separate line item for that in the clearing doc and the rest of the vouchers sum up in another line item as vendor debits.
I don't know how the payment documents is being created differently , i would expect to have the totals all all invoices or adjustments and show one single line item displaying the total debit on the  vendor and offsetting the cash account.
Please let me know if anyone has a clue what could be the reason or some setting in config which is causing this.
    Thanks in advance .

I guess grouping depends on the following customizing done in transaction code FBZP.
'All company codes' - 'Pyt meth suppl.' checkbox
'Paying company codes' - Separate payment for each ref.' checkbox
'Pmnt methods in company code' - 'Single payment for marked item' checkbox and 'Payment per due day' checkbox

  • Can I split the screen in Adobe to show more than one ducument at the same time? ie. view three different documents on one screen

You can arrange the open windows in any way that suits you (assuming you're on Windows - not Touch - or Mac). You can't link the scrolling though.

  • Pool vendor items from several vendors in automatic payment program / F110

    Hello everyone,
I am wondering if you could help me with an issue about invoices and credit notes for several vendors in the APP/F110. We use ECC 6.0.
This is the situation: there is a group of vendors. Some vendors within this group have only credit notes posted to.
When running the APP/F110 for the group of vendors, there is a debit balance for the "credit note" vendors.
So far normal behaviour in SAP. But what I would like to do, is offsetting these credit notes with invoices posted on the other vendors (via the APP/F110).
In other words, pool together the open items of several vendors so they would be regarded as belonging to one vendor. This way, the credit notes will be cleared via APP/F110.
Does anyone know if this can be achieved in SAP? I have already searched on the forum and in SAP Notes, but no luck there.
    Many thanks!
    Kind regards
    Becky

    Hi
Assign the Vendor for which Credit memos are passed as (Partners/ Branch office functionality) for Vendors for which Invoices are booked. Than try running F110

  • Automatic Payment Run - Alternate Bank Account in Vendor Master

    Dear Forum,
We have a situation where the users want the alternate bank accounts to be maintained in the Vendor Masters and also to select this alternate bank account while doing the automatic payment run thru F110. While we can maintain more than one bank account in the Vendor Master, but how to select the alternate one during payment run. Your help would be highly appreciated.
    Regards

    Hi...
As per your issue while runing APP in F110 once complete parameters
And go to Edit praposal and double click vendor and double click on line items than it will displays the one more screen there select Reallocate button there you can enter your respective bank details.
Otherwise there is a Business Transaction Event 1810. You can see the code, looks like you  need to replicate the vendor bank details with link to a company code.
    Note:
Assign Multiple Bank Accounts in the Vendor Master
Your SAP system provides the functionality to store and use
information from multiple vendor bank accounts in the Payment
transactions screen of the vendor master general data via
transaction FK03 (Figure 1). Figure 1 reflects the bank type
determination logic I used in the vendor master, using the
three-digit International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
currency code as the Bank type.
Figure 1 Bank details vendor master
You can use the BnkT (bank type) field in the vendor master to
enter text differentiators for identifying the vendoru2019s bank
accounts. If you leave the bank type field blank against a bank
account in the vendor master, then it serves as the default bank
if the bank type information is missing in the vendor invoice.
You may want to leave this field blank if the vendor has only
one bank account and you want the system to select that bank
    account for all payments.
If the bank type is blank for multiple bank accounts, then the
system looks for the first bank account with the blank bank type
in the vendor master to use as the default. You are not required
to define the text values u2014 in my example, INR, SGD, and USD u2014
elsewhere in your SAP system. The field allows any value up to a
length of four characters. Iu2019ll demonstrate the use of bank type
    with vendor invoice later on.
The system performs a check at the time of invoice creation on
the bank type value used in the vendor invoice against the bank
type values used in the vendor master. If you have not defined
the bank type value in the vendor master prior to using it in
the vendor invoice, the system shows an error message. The
system performs the check to ensure that you are using a bank
type value in the vendor invoice against which it can find a
bank account in the vendor master. Otherwise, the system cannot
determine a bank account for making payments to the vendor.
    Prerequisites for Vendor Bank Selection
You need to take care of a few configuration prerequisites before
you can use vendor bank selection in the automated payment
    functionality.
    1. Check the Bank details check box in the payment method as
defined at the country level in transaction FBZP. This ensures
the selection of the bank details from the vendor master at the
time of the automatic payment run. If you donu2019t do this, the
system does not copy the bank details into the payment IDoc that
it creates as a result of the automated payment run (transaction
    F110).
    2. Make the Bank Business Partners field optional in the field
status group attached to the vendoru2019s reconciliation G/L account
by selecting the button under Opt. Entry for this field. This
field maps to the Part.bank type (partner bank type) field in
the vendor invoice. If the Bank Business Partners field is not
optional and is in a suppressed state, then you cannot input the
partner bank type field in the vendor invoice.
I hope it will helps you....

  • Vendor down payments for one time vendor

    Hi There,
I am not sure why this is happening, but when we try and post a down payment to a one time vendor, it comes up with the error F5 265.
When we do this for a normal Vendor it is OK.
    Has anyone come across this?
Is there some special config required to activate one time vendors for Down payments?

Special GL transactions (like down payments) are not allowed for one-time vendors.  Please refer to the following SAP Note.

  • Automatic Payment Program(FBZP)

    Hi All
We are facing a situation where we need to make payment to a vendor through Automatic Payment Program (FBZP) in a currency that is different from the Invoice currency.  For example the Company Code currency is SEK and the invoice created is also in currency SEK, we need to pay this document in a different currency i.e., DKK.  We tried all possibilities in FBZP but no luck so far.
If any body is aware of how to configure  the same thru FBZP or with the help of user exit or BADI please let me know.
    Thanks & Regards
    Jigar

you need to make a currency revaluation  (f-05)
The document should be zero SEK and the amount you wish to pay in DKK
make sure the house bank and payment method support DKK
This should allow you to use F110
Finally you need to write off the original SEK amount.
A different option could be. Reverse the SEK invoice. Create a DKK invoice. Pay the DKK invoice.

  • DME File Problem with One Time Vendor

    Hi SAP Gurus,
I created a payment method Y and assign RFFOM100 and used this to do postings for one time vendors.
Then I ran automatic payment  for One Time Vendors, pertaining to 5 different vendors. Payment run was successful, however the DME file generated shows 5 payments but all payments shows 1 single payee name..
Is there any configurations that I might have missed?

  • Automatic payment question (F110)

    Hi all,
I am trying to see where can I set, if it is settable, that when making an automatic payment the document that closes the vendors open item and is an open item on the outgoing bank sub-account to have the contents of its reference field the same as the document that is being closed/payed. I know that in case of more payments it might me a problem since the system doesn0t know which one to take, but in case of single payment, any ideas if it is possible?
    Thanks
    Dusko

The clearing on the bank subaccount is not based on invoice number but on payment document number (VBLNR). This document number should be copied into the payment file and should be copied by the bank into the bank statement. With this document number, the clearing is very easy. Bank statement may vary from country to country; you should say for which country you need a solution.

  • Advance payment through automatic payment program

    Hi,
Plz any one let me know how do we do advance payment to vendor  through automatic payment program

Make a Down Payment Request (Advance Payment) in F-47 and then run F110.
    Following configuration is needed-
In OBYR assign G/L Accounts to a Special G/L Indicator. Assign this Special G/L Indicator in FBZP then run F110. Payment run will take those Down Payment Requests and make Down Payments to the vendors.
The main purpose of Automatic payment program is to post payments to multiple vendors at a time. So it is not advisable to post down payments to multiple vendors using F110. You can post individually using F-48 and clear them using F-54
    Thanks

  • Automatic payment process for a vendor from different company code

    Dear Friends,
We have a situation here  to process automatic payment for a vendor which belongs to our subsidiary.
    The scenario is explained below.
Our main company code A pays for a particular vendor (Eg. V1) from company code B.
When processing automatic payment for company code A, the vendor V1 from comapny code B need to be selected for payment and the DME file generated should include the payment for V1 aswell.
I know that we can set up a company code as paying company code for others but the situation here is only to process payment for one particular vendor (not all) from the other ccode.
I would appreciate your advise in this matter.
    Regards,
    AJ.

    Dear all,
Our situation is when we run the payment run for company code A it should also select the vendor V1 from company code B because the payment for vendor V1 has to be paid from the house bank of Ccde A. Cocde B is in different country and uses different house bank.
Is there any way to make the house bank of ccde A to pay for the vendor V1?
    Regards,
    AJ.

  • Vendor Payment with different document types

    Dear Sapguru,
We have a scenario where a particular vendor payable is in two different document types for example, RE and KZ.
When we execute TC F110, the payment proposal is grouping the payments by document type. I.e. it grouped all the documents under type RE and grouped all the documents under type KZ and created two line items in the payment proposal.
Actually, we want to have a single group consisting of all the document types payable to the vendor.
We have checked different SAP notes and also verified out system settings, but the problem still remains.
Can somebody let us know how to group all the open items in a single line item in F110 irrespective of document types.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Regards.,
    Rama

    Dear Naravi,
the main factor which affects the grouping of items is the Structure ZHLG1:
    ZBUKR
    ABSBU
    LIFNR
    KUNNR
    EMPFG
    WAERS
    ZLSCH
    HBKID
    HKTID
    BVTYP
    SRTGB
    SRTBP
    XINVE
    PAYGR
    UZAWE
    DTWS1
    DTWS2
    DTWS3
    DTWS4
    KIDNO
All these fields have to coincide, to have a single payment.
Please check why two documents with different document type are paid into two different payments.
Read the SAP notes 109233 and 164835 and 305414 as well.
    I hope this helps.
