Oo abap Display ALV with all selected lines

I will have to display an ALV report but all the records have to be selected while displaying.
I have to do this using OO ABAP only.

Display alv grids in selection screen based on the user event

Hi All,
I am workign on displaying ALV in same selection screen.I am able to display the ALV in selection screen.
But i have 2 buttons in my selection screen 'Create' and 'change'.
When i click on create i need with some type of data and when i click on 'change' my alv grid another type of data.Ex: if i click on crate mara data should be dispalyed when i click on change makt table data should be dispalyed and also i have user defined buttons are in my grids.
So i have used 2 containers to dispaly to different data.I am able to display the perfectly but the problem is first time when i click on create the grid is displaying when i click on change button the create alv grid is displaying down and change data is dispalying up.
I need only one alv grid at a time.Can anybody please let me know how can i do this.

PO print-preview for a PO with all deleted line items

Hello MM Gurus,
I am not able to print preview of a PO for which i deleted all the line items. It gives me a message saying that no print relevant changes.
Client need to print such POs. Client expects a text like "item cancelled " for deleted PO items.
My understanding is that its standard SAP pre delivered customising however it is not working.
Pls suggest.

Ask your ABAPer to modify the smart form, deleted materials wouldn't come for obvious reasons in standard system ... you need to get in customized/ developed.

WD ALV with mandatory selection mode (1..n or 1..1)

Hi there,
I tried to integrate an ALV table in my WD component. The problem here is, that I chose the selection 1..1 in my data supplying context node. Now I can't start my application anymore without the following error:
Number of Elements of Selection of VIEW_TABLE.1.DATA Violates Cardinality
What do I need to set as ALV property to solv the problem?

i just want you to check the importance of this
IF_WD_CONTEXT_NODE~SET_CHANGED_BY_CLIENT - set as true so that what ever changes you make to standard ones through coding are implemented...first donot set this parameter and test the things...if still things doesnot work out then use this parameter...Please go through the documentation before you really use this parameter.
in ALV - you have you use if_salv_wd-table_settings~set_selection_state - > as MULTI..but if this placed you selection should be 0-n or 1-n...otherwise it may go for a dump...i guess there should be some workaround...for this..
may be we have to debug to get the things done....

Run Abap in bachground with ignor Selection.

Hi,
is it possible to run an Report wich has an input-parameter in batch
with ignoring the selection-screen?
Short example:
parameters: p_matnr like mara-matnr.
data: matnr liek mara-matnr.
If sy-batch = 'X' the selection-screen shell be ignored!!
if sy-batch = 'X'.
get parameter id field matnr.
else.
matnr = p_matnr.

when automatic starting from printing
production order the selection screen
doen't appear.

Best way to to display tables with a select drop down

I have created many SQL query report portlets, but I need a way for the users to select a specific acct nbr in a drop down list and then update a table on the same page. What is the best way to do this? I had created a Frame Driver, but I can not find a way to publish it to a page. Any ideas would be great, thanks.

You can use a form based on table to do this. Build the form and publish it on the same page. The form can have a combination of various form items like textbox, textarea and drop down list etc. The form allows to query on the table and update the table.

Flush displayed ALV and display normal posting messages on same screen

Hi,
I have a requirement wherein i have displayed ALV with execute button on same screen with FI data displayed in ALV.
Now when user select one particular row and excute it , the requirement is to flush that ALV displayed and display normal
message such as POSTING DONE
How can i achieve it ? I am using REUSE_ALV_LIST

What do you mean by "Now when user select one particular row and excute it "???
Meaning you do some event like double clicking on that particular row or after selecting it, you will trigger some button?
For 1st condition, make sure you've created an ALV event.
If 2nd one, either you create/modify the ALV toolbar.
Then you can do a simple call screen to exit from that ALV. Or a simple pop up message.

Yes it does. It has one cable out of the back of the display which splits into 3 at the other end (USB, DisplayPort and Power). It's sweet.

The logic is the same as before. Search for $MODFIED to detect the changes in the sample report.
However, I do not think that these requirements make any sense because if you re-implement the Copy function you obviously have to re-implement the Paste function (and perhaps Undo function as well), too.

Download alv report output to excel format with out header line

Hi experts,
i want to download a alv report output into excel formatt with out the header line but it has to download including field description. as this output will fed into another transaction, the downloaded excel file should be with out header line.
fro eg:

this header details should not be downloaded into the excel file.

Displaying columns of alv with Main Heading and Sub Heading

Hi friends.
I have certain fields in display of ALV.
Out of all fields(columns), I would have to display some columns with one Main Heading,Below it's being split in multiple rows.
I have data relevent to that multiple fields.

ALV list with 2 header lines

Dear gurus,
Need help in displaying ALV list report. the below report is an example of AR aging report. The report output is as below:

The first 2 lines are the list header. While the 'x' is the amount.
How can i display the above output with 2 header lines? I was thinking of using the REUSE_ALV_FIELDCATALOG_MERGE function. But it will have 2 lines of body row too. In fact, i only one one row in the body. But if i define the header lines manually, i would not able to do the subtotal at the end of the alv list. I need to have the subtotal too.
