Open,cleared,all items

hi in SD related reports i was asked to create a new development based on fbl5n and the selection screen shud remain the same, in that way there are many options for status like,open item, cleared item,all items and type like ,normal,g/l ,noted,parked,vendor
how do i code and validate for all these options whn i tried to debugg am not able to get thru their logic and all can anyone help me out in solving ths
wat are fields tht i need to check for validating these options

Hi,
FBl5N is the Customer Line Items Display.
OPEN ITEMS means the Billed/Invoice Amounts that are pending from Customers, i.e which we have to receive from Customers. BSID table will hold this data.
For every Billing Documnet created(VBRK/VBRP-VBELN) there will be an accounting document created in BSID/BSAD tables.
BSAD is the CLOSED ITEMS data means the AMOUNTS received from that customer.
OPEN ITEMS data means fetching data from BSID table Only
CLOSED ITEMS data means data fetching from BSAD only. All Items means from both the tables.

for Oracle form we usually clear all items within a block. Is there a similar command for doing the same by clearing all items of the current jsf page?

How to clear all open GRIRs in the year end and maintained as provision ?

I would like to clear all open GRIRs in the year end and maintained as provision.
in the next year next day i would like to show as open items.
How can do it ?
I have tried to clear it. I have maintained OBYP settings also. But i am unable see as clear item.
Could you explain me how it actuallly works ?

In most of the cases, the GR/IR account will have a credit balance and would be taken as provision for liability during year end activites. So as a standard practise you need to clear them on year end.
but if you want to clear them, first you need to deselect check box Post automatically only for GR/IR clearing GL's master data.
Then pass a adjustment entry like
GR/IR GL Dr
To Provision for Liabilites GL: Cr
Above sample entry is true when your GR/IR account has a CR balance at the year end. if not post it in a reversed manner.
Now with tcode F-03, for GR/IR GL, choose all items and clear them. Now you will get the clearing doc number.
Now on start of new FY, reverse the above accounting entry with FB08.
This will meet your requirement.

HOW TO DISPLAY VENDOR WITH NO OPEN CLEARED ITEMS

We want to delete some of the vendors which do not have any open or cleared items. Can anyone tell me the report ,T Code or ant table which we can run to display the vendors with no open ,clear items.

you will have to first block the vendor for the posting in co.codes using FK05 and then assign that vendor for deletion flag using FK06 , in the next archive run it will be deleted automatically.
You cant just delete the vendor from the system

Customer interest calculation on both open & cleared items

Hi,
I have created a Interest Calculator Indicator Z1 for that following configuration is made.
1. Int Global Settings> Prepare Interest on Arrears Calculation-> Z1 under selection of items I have selected the open & cleared items.
2. Int Global Settings> Prepare Item Interest Calculation-> Z1 under items selection I have selected the open items & all cleared items.
But when I am running the FINT - Interest Calculation for customer selecting the Interest Indicator Z1 system is calculating only open items but in configuration I have selected both open and all cleared items. Still its considering only open items.
Kindly provide the way to resolve this problem.

I have check the solution given by you but not a single cleared document is not considering in FINT. I have one case like I have posted one entry on 01.10.2010 & one same day I have reversed I need that entry should come in the same calculation. This will not effect in amount as it will get plus minus zero.

G/L A/C OUTSTANDING SHOWING CLEARED IN ALL ITEMS ON SAME DATE

G/L A/C outstanding documents are showing cleared transactions in all items category
using the same date in FBL1N.
To illustrate in detail when we click on the radio button with
open item with date 17.11.2009 i m getting certain uncleared
documents, now when I am using the radio button with all items with
same date i m getting all those docs which were uncleared showing
cleared.While in the database documents are showing in BSAK table only.
What are the causes for the same .

The items that you are questioning most likely were cleared after 17.11.2009. When you run FBL1N for open items with key date 17.11.2009, SAP will show you all items that were open as of that date - even if the items have since been cleared. When you run FBL1N for all items, their clearing status is displayed as of the current date. For example, if an item was cleared on 18.11.2009, then it was open as of 17.11.2009, but is cleared as of today.

Can't open my attached files on my yahoo email account unless clearing all history on Firefox - this is maddening!! Help!

Everytime I want to open an attached file on my yahoo email, I now have to clear all the history including: Browsing and download history, Form and search history, cookies, and cache before I can open attachments on my yahoo mail and then I have to re-enter all my passwords, etc.
This was previously not a problem opening any attached files like PDF files or document files.

system preference > Keyborad > click the box thast says use all f1,f2,f2 keys as standard functiong Key and then the f11 key should casue all window fo fly to the side and you can see your desktop

This is configured in Finder preferences under the General icon. You can make some changes to that behavior.

List of Open PO with all items open in it

Dear friends,
I want to know the open purchase order of which all items are open in it.
Even if a single item is partially delivered nor GR done that PO shouldnt be listed.
I tried with me2n with selection parameter as we101 but it shows PO with partial delivery or partial GR done for other items.
So kindly let me know the std report and also relevant table and fields.

Unable to cancel - open purchase order where all items are removed

Hi all,
When We try to cancel/close open purchase order where all items are removed from item master ?
It showing error message,
"No matching records found 'Items' (OITM) "
Purcahse order was created on may-2007.
As purchase order showing in open item list.
Any solution for this problem ?

SAP does allow items to be removed from the item master with open documents, but only if the documents have not created journals.
It does create headaches though, and this situation is one of them.
If there are not many items, I suggest you recreate the items, close the PO and just cancel the items rather than remove them.
The other workaround is to change the items on the PO to something different that is in the item master, then close it.

I want to make utility which will clear all the data from one windows application.
i know the application name. The application of which data i want to clear is made in C# and contains many windows forms and controls.
out of that opened windows form and controls inside it need to be cleared.
Please guide on how to do this in C#?

Short version: Find the window and send it a message with
SendMessage.
Open up Spy++ and find your form's window. You will see that the window has children and they have classes of the form "WindowsForms10.EDIT.*" Those are TextBox controls. You can call things like SetWindowText to set the
text of the window to clear it.
To do this programmatically, you'll have to obtain the window hand that corresponds to the control. You can find windows with
FindWindowEx or
EnumWindows. Locate the window by name or class or whatever else you can determine about it. Find the child windows and "clear" them however you wish. I assume you mean to set empty strings to all the TextEdit controls. If you
intend to do something more sophisticated than that, then you'll have to be more specific about what you mean by "Clear all the data".
It may or may not be obvious that you'll be poking around with Win32 API calls via PInvoke to accomplish much of this. Example:
SetWindowText via PInvoke.
