Open items report with Sales Group and Office

Dear all,
Our client wants a report for AR open items which shows amounts and sales group/ office for a customer.
E.g.:
Sales GR   Sales Offi    Net due date     Customer    Pay. terms      Amnt in loc. CUR
100            1234            15.06.2011       123456        Z007              30.000
Does anyone know how I create such a report?

I don't think such a report is available as Std. You may choose to write a report based on VBRK, KNA1, KNB1, BSID and BSAD

    Try using t.code SHD0, choose your transaction variant here, further choose your screen variant.
    Next select your screen variant and in the Menu bar select Variant> change with processing>Make repairs in foreign namespaces only if they are urgent> Continue(Enter)>again 'enter'>Object can only be created in SAP package>continue(enter)> Exit and save >This variant contains other screens, adopt these as well?>enter>enter> scroll down to the entry required by you make the necessary changes(Output only, invisible or required) and save.
    The system will prompt to assign a package and request enter the necessary values.

  • Open items report with distribution channel

    Hi All,
    Our Client require a report for all open items specifically for distribution channel. We tried the same with FBL5N and F.21 and tried with the dynamic selections too for distribution channel field for selection but in vain
    Please advice if we have any report specific for the abover requirement.

    Not sure but ask the abaper to inculde FM CRM_BUPA_SALES_AREA_GET_ALL by copying the std t.code: FBL5N

    You can create a Z report with the  logic of Fetching VBELN form Table VBKD with customer account assignment group KDGRP.
    Your selection query "Select VBELN from VBKD where KDGRP = '02' ".

    see in va05 and in layout see inco term option is available or not
    Otherwise you can develop zreport, extract this from table VBKD

    Hi,
    May be the requirement will not be met in a single report.Please check the t code ME2K with selection parameter as we101 which gives you the open POs for that cost center or range of cost centers.
    EKPO gives price details.
    and check the table EKKN for GL account and cost center for that PO.
    If you want open POs check the T code ME80FN.

    Is there standard SAP report that would show list of invoices, the materials sold, and the cost of goods sold (for how much they were bought)?

    If it is a one time activity, the please do the following.
    SE11 , put the table VBRK and execute (you may use selection criteria like DATE o BILLING DATE if there is any specific data which you are trying to extract.)
    VBRK-VBELN will give you the list of invoices.
    You can download the same into spreadsheet.
    Now copy the VBELN entries from the spreadsheet and put it in SE11 of VBRP as VBELN.
    VBRP-MATNR will give you the material sold.
    Download the same into 2nd spreadsheet
    your cost of goods sold will be coming in the pricing procedure against any condition type.
    So in VBRK which you have extracted earlier, you will find VBRK-KNUMV
    Put that KNUMV in KONV table (put KSCHL= your condition type which shows the cost of goods sold).
    Download that also as a spreadsheet.
    Now you may combine these 3 spreadsheet with the help of someone who is an expert in excel and get the required data.
    (BILLING NO FROM FIRST EXCEL , MATERIAL FROM 2ND EXCEL AND COST OF GOODS SOLD FROM 3RD EXCEL)
    Check and revert back.

    Please could you share your opinion and experience in the below issue
    We are migrating AR open items data from one company code (say AB01) to another company code (say AB02) within SAP, we are following the approach, download AR open items fromAB01 and Migrate to AB02 with same parameters of AB01 (document date, baseline date, assignment number, text, payment terms every thing is same, there will be no change)
    Now the question Iu2019ve is whether dunning history can migrate to company code AB02, please have a look it the following example to understand the issue
    AB01 data
    Customer      Open item amount     Current dun level     last dun date
    100015     1000               1     10.05.2009
    100015     2500               2     10.05.2009
    100015     500               4     10.05.2009
    Over all customer dunning status is : Highest level is 4
    Now we wanted to migrate same data to AB02 including dunning history.
    Certainly, we can migrate above open items data with dunning level, and master data history as well.
    Having said that, will the system able to dun next dunning level in AB02 (in the above example it should be level 5). .?
    Please could you advise me possible options which you had come across.
    My opinion is, system has to determine levels and update history in systematic way, rather than manipulating in our style.
    (Information: Iu2019d had quick test migrating test data into new company code AB02 including history which is same as AB01 and MHNK table history, even though system has not picked next dunning level)

  • Reset Cleared Documents and Vendor Open Items Report FBL1N

    Hi all,
    I have following scenario:
    - In last month, we had 2 documents (invoice and payment) cleared against each other. We created open items report as well as open items correspondence sent to Vendor. Obviously, the docs were not included in report.
    - In this month, we have reset and reverse clearing document of the documents. We create report again with the open key date as in last month. It should not include the 2 docs but it did with whichever key date we chose.
    Is there any setting that open item report doesn't include cleared item at the key date when we run report for previous month?

    Hi Dau,
    If i understand you correctly then you posted and paid invoice in Jan 2012 and generated the open line item report for Jan which correctly did not include this cleared invoice.
    Now in Feb 2012 you reset and reversed this payment document.
    The issue is when you execute the report FBL1N again then you get the open line item for this invoice correct. Please confirm what is the open item key date that you are using here for generating this report
    If you keep it 31.01.2012 then definetly this invoice should not appear in the report but if you keep that 29.12.2012 then this line item would for sure appear.
    The importance of key date is to limit the report to certain date. The system selects all items posted up to and including the specified key date and open for this period.
    so I think your issue is with the key date.

  • Trouble creating a open items report (BSID and BSAD tables)

    Hi guys,
    im creating a report that must display open items for an especific date, and i do it very well with a query from BSID table.
    The problem comes when u use a date on the past, example last week.
    if u do that, the items are now closed and are no longer stored in BSID table, so i think that they must be now in BSAD table, but i dont know how to relate wich ones are recently closed...
    i also tried to do a query from BSAD with augdt >= last week date, and i almost get the items that i needed(this items plus the ones from BSID), but is not exactly because u can close an item with a date in the past..
    is there any way to relate that 2 tables, or what exactly happens when an items change from bsid to bsad??
    any ideas?

    I think the best way to recive the necessary information is using logical data base DDF.  You can use report RFITEMAR to see how use the logical data base.

    material contains batch and some material with sales order and some are with out sales order. my client is asking this in a single layout. please tell me isthere any teport or bapi or function module to get this report.

    For sales order related use specila stock as E and use radio button indicator in stock type
    For stock w/o sales order, use special stock indiactor as "space' and stock type valuated stock.
    to get a perticular month,opening stock/closing stock enter the start date/end date as month start and end date.
    See the o/p which will give the stock as required by you

  • How to restrict sales group and sales office in va01?

    in transaction "va01" ,I want to restrict "sales group" and "sales office", but there is no
    relative authorization object. I create a role named "z1000test001" with va01 , there are only "division","sales organization"
    and "distribution channel" which could be restricted.
    the authorization object with va01 is : V_VBAK_VKO.
    and I find another authorization:V_VBKA_VKO ,which contains:"sales group" and "sales office",
    but this one seems have no relationship with va01.
    Is there any method to restrict "sales group" and "sales office" in va01?

    I feel the table which you have given is the right table but in my scenario we have created sales office and sales group(in org structure) independently in CRM, so now we need to find these values from the table independently as well as with relation to BP the table which you have provided can be used for second scenario but if we want to fetch the values of all sales office and sales group which table i have to use.
    One more problem for second scenario is in BP we cant able to see the sales ofice & group values which we defined in CRM, if we can save BP with sales office and group values then only we can use the table which you have given
