Open particular file

Question

this is the code i got from deitel & deitel

JFileChooser fileChooser = new JFileChooser();
fileChooser.setFileSelectionMode(JFileChooser.FILES_ONLY);
int result = fileChooser.showOpenDialog(this);
if (result = JFileChooser.CANCEL_OPTION)
return;
File filename = fileChooser.getSelectedFile();}
actually i what want to ask is .. this code only teach me to select a file and open the file...how am i suppose to do if i want to disable the user to choose a file? i want the program to open a particular file only.. should i not using the JFileChooser?
