Open Sales orders through IDOC

Hi
We are trying to send the list of open sales orders of a customer in an IDOC to the customer. For example, if the customer has got 15 sales order to be delivered to him , he needs the details of all these 15 orders in an single IDOC
Is there any IDOC message type available for this in SAP R/3 4.7 version  or is there a standard solution of sending these details through IDOC

  • Dates fields issue in the sales orders through IDOC

    Hi all,
I'm trying to create a sales order through Inbound IDOC using IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS.
I have 2 custom fields in the sales order which are date fields.
I'm populating them from the IDOC segments(using E1EDKT1-tdid, E1EDKT2-tdline) in the user-exit just before the call trasacation statement. These dates are not coming for a few orders... but are getting populated normally for few of them.
But the tricky part is that... if I process the same IDOC for the second time.. the order created is having the dates.
My issue is that.. i need all the orders to be populated with the dates which IDOC have.
Could anyone please help me with this issue.
All the answers/replies are highly appreciated!!
    Thanks for you help!

    hi,
the following may be of help
There are 2 major exceptions to the batch input internal table. All text data from the segments E1EDKT1/2 and E1EDPT1/2 are not part of the batch input session. Text elements from these segments are posted directly to the data base AFTER the sales order has been created (please note: in order that item texts are posted correctly to the sales order the field POSEX from segment E1EDP01 MUST be transmitted). Also, configurable material information from the IDOC is exported to a global memory and therefore will not be part of the batch input session. Configurable material data is performed in Form CHECK_CONFIGURATION and the data is exported to global memory in the following code:
Exportiert IDOC Daten ins globale Memory
export IDOC data to global memory
      call function 'CUXC_IDOC_TO_MEMORY'
           tables
                cfg_instref = xe1curef
                cfg_ref     = xe1cucfg
                inst        = xe1cuins
                part_of     = xe1cuprt
                value       = xe1cuval
           exceptions
                error       = 1
                others      = 2.
One extra piece of useful infomartion if you wish to debug the process is to set your breakpoints at the following points
    for Function module IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS
    include LVEDAF0F..
      CALL TRANSACTION 'VA01' USING bdcdata
                                MODE  input_method
                                UPDATE 'S'
                                MESSAGES INTO xbdcmsgcoll.
Now input_method is A foreground process and N for background processing but try changing it to P (pass through mode)
If you have breakpoints in va01, e.g. MV45AF0B_BELEG_SICHERN,(the part where the sales document is saved)
    they will be hit, e.g
    perform userexit_save_document_prepare.
    perform userexit_save_document.
Lastly, don't forget using program SDJEDI , see note 380603 for more information on this
    Hope this is useful

  • Importing of Open sale order through DTW

    Hi Experts,
Please explain how to upload open sale quotation, sale order,delivery,A/R Invoice. And what are the templates names for this.
    Regards'
    silpa

    Hi Silpa n,
try to search the steps how to upload the open documents in the help file of DTW template. Here is the definition of the template and how to have it:
    User-Defined Templates
Data Transfer Workbench provides users with default templates for all the objects in SAP Business One, which do not include user-defined fields. This release supports the import of user-defined fields for all the user-defined fields supported by SAP Business One DI API.
    Use
As of Release 2005, SAP Business One Data Transfer Workbench allows the users to generate Microsoft Excel templates as the new interfaces.
There are situations where the user may need properties of the interface that are not provided by our templates. For example, in the case of User Defined Fields, the user can go to the Interface Maintenance tool to add the desired fields.
The user may also want to reduce the fields in the templates or rearrange the sequence of the fields. Interface Maintenance tool also allows users to remove unnecessary fields and rearrange them in the desired order.
After maintaining the interfaces, the user could generate new templates based on the new interfaces.
    Procedure
    1.  To use the Interface Maintenance Tool, you need to first go to the menu bar and select Advanced à Maintain Interface to open the Maintain Interface window.
    2.  In the left frame, there is a drop-down list of all the business objects that are supported by the DTW.  Each object contains one or more structures.  For example, oChartofAccounts has one structure and oBusinessPartners has seven structures.  To add or delete fields from these structures, right-click on a field and select Add Field or Delete Field.  If you select Add Field, a list of fields will appear on the right frame. Double-click on a field from the list to add.  Before it is added, the application will check if there is duplication. You can only add the fields that appear on the list.
    3. To create a new template based on the new interface, right-click on a structure and choose Create Template for the Structure.
To view the existing templates that are provided with the installation, go to Start à Programs à SAP Business One à Data Migration à Templates

Try VA05 schedule lines standar variant...include status fields and both ordered qty and confirmed qty. In SAP standard system order status, status A means open orders fully (Nothing shipped, everything opened). Status B means in process orders (Partially processed - shipped). Status C means complete orders (Nothing opened). As there is no delivered qty in VA05,  you need to download to excel the file and calculate the difference between both qty fields for each A and B status. That is a way to get the missing qty to be delivered or open qty as you stated.
    Hope it helps.

  • LSMW BAPI Open Sales Order Load - How to update conditions?

    Hello gurus,
I was using the BAPI SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 to upload open sales orders. Wanted to overwrite the default PR00 pricing condition that gets pulled from the customer-material info record, with the price that was existing in the original legacy system when the order was created there. Used the E1BPCOND structure in the Idoc, but since there is no such thing as a E1BPCONDX structure(corresponding to the structure BAPICONDX in the origial BAPI) where you could specify whether the condition should be updated, added or deleted, it adds a second PR00 condition with the legacy system price. The original PR00 condition with the customer-material record price still stays there. Eventhough the order seems to be taking into consideration only the second one I added, to determine the total pricing, I am worried the original sitting there, might cause problems down the document flow. Is there a way to update the existing PR00 condition(rather than adding a new one) on the order, through some flag in the Idoc structure that I am not aware of?
Would greatly appreciate an answer ASAP.
    Thanks a lot in advance,
    Wayfarer

Thanks and appreciate your taking your time to reply, Gerard, I guess my problem is, we are still on 46C, and the only message type available for this BAPI is SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT201. Just called a friend who is on ECC 60 who confirmed that the later version of this message type, SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT202 has the E1BPCONDX structure. I don't have that option since on LSMW it automatically defaults to the only message type(and method CREATEFROMDAT2) that is available, when you choose business object BUS2032. Guess I am out of luck, unless you have any other options to suggest.
    Thanks,

  • Open sales orders and open deliveries and open billing doc to sap from legesy

    Dear all
i have some open sales orders and open deliveries and open billing doc are there in the legesy system
so i want to know how to transfer the doc to sap by using lsmw plz tell me

    Hi Amith,
it is always good to search in Google before posting .LSMW is very old topic and i am sure you will get lots of Documents on this .Please go through the below link .you will get some idea on this.
    http://scn.sap.com/thread/1012472
there are 14 steps in LSMW and it is same for all (master data and Transaction Data)
Pls practice this in your sand box or quality system before working it in the client requirement.
    Hope this helps to you

  • Deletion of open sales orders

    Dear all,
we want to delete open sales orders .I searched forum unable to do .Please guide me.
    Regards,
    Suresh

    hi
You can  delete the sales order using transaction VA02, but there should not be any subsequent document is created against it. Please let me know the error message you are still getting unable to delete so.
Deletion /cancellation can only happen even if the subsequent documents are NOT created. After cancelling the invoice and deleting the delivery document, we can set the reason for rejection at the Sales Order Header Level.
    Steps:
    1. Cancel the invoice through T code VF11
    2. Reverse the Goods Issue using VL09, turn the pick quantity u2018zerou2019 in the delivery document
    3. Delete the delivery document using VL02n.
    4. Finally set the reason for rejection at the Sales Order Header Level. (So Bala, just check the SO you want to delete ever had any subsequent document? )
Note: An Invoice cannot be deleted but canceled. It can only be canceled with (VF11) only if the relevant accounting document is not generated. Generation of accounting document means the value is posted into accounts and G/L accounts are hit.
SAP FI department needs to reverse the accounting doc on a real-time scenario. Only after the accounting doc is reversed invoice can be canceled. Tax documents generated through the Invoice (Tax is maintained on a separate account) also need to be reversed but this is a part of FI so an SD consultant just needs to request the FICO guy to do the reversal
transaction MASS or VA05 you should be able to set the reason for rejection

  • Uploading open sales orders from sap

    1) how we will we download open sales order from legacy and where..... is it to some flat file or some other option is  there . pls tell some options.
    2) how we will uload the sales ordes into sap . thru lsmw or is there some other option ?

    4) how will availability check happen  in sap after sales order are t/f from legacy ?
    rgds
    pamela

    hi pamela,
1.a. you need to down load in EXCEL in legact format and convert the same in LSMW format and upload it
2.a. LSMW - Functionally, BDC, BAPI - Technically. to my knowledge LSMW is better option.
3.a. first you download to EXCEL file from LEGACY, then align the same to SAP format you can add those fields that are mandatory as per your requriment.
4.a.You are uploading sales orders in SAP which are showing OPEN status from LEGACY before you uploading the sales orders MM consultant would have uploaded its stock through 561 - dont worry on that, even though if stock is not uploaded also not an issue it will confirm at the later date.
5.a. we have used LSMW process for our PREVIOUS ASSIGNMENT, before that we tested BAPI for it some how it was not capturing some fields.
hope all your queries are solved

  • Multiprovider on Open Sales Order Cube & Delivery Analysis Cube

    Hi All,
I have requirement to create a new report, for this report fields are getting from two cubes (Open Sales Order & Delivery Analysis). Open Sales Order cube is under Sales in S&D, Delivery Analysis Cube is under Distribution in S&D. Both cubes have there own multiproviders.
Now I would like to create new multiprovider by using this two cubes. When I went through all fileds I found few common fields in both cubes.
    Plant,
    Market,
    Region,
    Sales Document,
    Ship to Party,
    Sold to Party,
    Customer Group,
    Customer Group1,
    Customer Group2,
    Customer Group3,
    Customer Group4,
    Customer Group5,
    Material,
    Material Group,
    Sales Document item category.
I have two options to proceed
    1) Create a multiprovider with these two cubes and create report on it.
    2) Create two workbooks side by side on each individual multiproviders and combine in the workbook.
Please let me know what is the best option and how to proceed with that.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
I gather from your thread that the question is not to build a report on a MP yes/no but more on which MP.
Depending on the reporting needs and on how well you are able to combine the 2 cubes in the new MP I would say go for the latter option so you have more control on this one MP (for example if you need to add something that is already available in cubes).
However, when (future!) reporting needs could mean that characteristics need to be added to the report(s) and filtered on that are not in both cubes you will have major problems getting the data properly from new MP and you would be better off using the individuals MP's and combine the data in a workbook or in a web template giving more flexibility.
So you need to really analyze the requirements and decide on the way forward. Keep in mind possible future requirements because for now it could seem these few fields could be enough but new requirements could directly give a problem.
    Hope this helps

  • Creation of Sales orders through EDI

    Hello,
We have a problem when creating sales orders through EDI.
We are getting IDOCs with a delay of 1 second. Before
creating sales orders through the posting function
module IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS, we need to validate for
reference Purchase order number in the IDOC. If there is
any sales order in the database with the Purchase order
number in the current IDOC that sales order should be
    blocked.
We already put a validation in the User-Exit of the
posting function module. Because of the frequency of
IDOCs we receive, this validation is getting failed.
Can anybody tell me, how to process only 1 IDOC at any
given point of time before the Posting process.
    Thanks,
    Madhusudan.

    Hi Sanjeev,
Thank you very much for helping me out in this problem.Still I haven't got the solution.
I tested the above mentioned configuration option by putting the Check Purchase Order Number field to 'A' in the transaction VOV8. But while creating sales orders, it is giving only information message. Is there any other way, to restrict the Duplicate PO value through configuration setup.
can you also explain how to use Enqueue and Dequeue FMs in the inbound posting function module.
    Regards,
    Madhusudan.

  • Creating Query to show items from open sales orders with a/p invoice

    Hi experts,
I am trying to create a query that will show what items/quantities are still in open sales orders that can now be filled by an incoming shipment of goods, processed through the a/p invoice.
This needs to be done using subqueries, which I have no experience with.  I am trying to do this using the ORDR and RDR1 tables to show the open items from the sales orders and the OPOR and POR1 tables to show items just received in to inventory.  I would like the query to show exactly the open item's, their quantities, the posting date from the sales order and the customer name that can now be filled from the new shipment through the a/p invoice.
    I appreciate the assistance,
    Hayden (on behalf of Todd)

    Hello,
    try this
    SELECT T0.[DocDate], T1.[ItemCode], T1.[Dscription],( T1.[Quantity] - T1.[DelivrdQty]) As "Open Qty" FROM ORDR T0  INNER JOIN RDR1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry WHERE T0.[DocDueDate]  <= [%0]And ( T1.[Quantity] - T1.[DelivrdQty]) != 0
Try this query in query manager.

  • Mass Update of Product hierarchy in all CRM Open Sales Orders

    Hi Folks,
I have a requirement in my project wherein I have to update product hierarchy details with new values in all Items of CRM Open sales orders.
If suppose I have a text file which has the details of Open Orders & new product hierarchy which i have to update, then would it be recommended if I use BDC for this task. Can I Call Transaction CRMD_ORDER?
If someone has already gone through such requirement, Can you please suggest me how to proceed with this requirement. Using BDC or any other way which I can proceed with?
    Thanks in advance !!!
    Regards,
    Nitish.

You are correct in indicating that Exchange rate type field  is not seen in Header data of sales order. I checked screen layouts for various screens for sales order data and this field is not suppressed. The only reason could be that this field is not used in sales order screens
If you are interested, you could also check in the following way
    1.  Go to SE11, enter database table as VBAK
    2. Once inside data dictionary table, click where used list button, select programs and screens and execute
    3. click continue (don't select background)
    4. now you would have list of programs and screens, this table is used
    5.  now start another session and go to transaction SE51
    6. indicate program name as SAPMV45A and screen numbers as listed in step 4. you can check all screen numbers to see whether Exchange rate type field is listed in sales order layout.
    7. Of particular interest would be screen number 4311 as this contains  Financial accounting data & 4303 Billing data
    8. you can check screen layout for screen 4311 & 4303. you would see Exchange rate type field is not indicated.
    9. in case you could find this field in any screen, you could ask your ABAP consultant to add this field in the layout screen.
    Hope this answers your question
