Options are Everything.

If you are to change a feature in the OS; whether it is in the early preview builds or the full shipment, you should almost
always give your consumers the option to use the older option. This means that if you are to change the start menu to the new, Windows 10 look, you should keep an option for the Windows 8 style for the customers that have already gotten use to and
enjoy that style.
Take this for instance. Let's just say that you are the head of a salsa company. You are trying to create a special recipe that everyone will enjoy the most. So, you conduct an experiment with multiple samples of different kinds. One is
a normal recipe, one is chunky, and one is spicy. When you are to take a large body of anonymous consumers and have them all try the three kinds that you have created, instead of one kind being preferred overall, the results will come almost completely even.
This is because people always have different opinions. Most businesses like to assume the consumer market as one body, but consumers are
individuals, all with different opinions and needs. Instead of having one way of doing something and telling everyone
this is what you are supposed to like, have multiple, plentiful options for the different types of people out there so they can get what they want from you instead of having to go with something static and annoying that they can't change. That
is one of the biggest things that Microsoft can do. That is why you should learn from your past. Ever noticed the pattern of what OS's are liked and aren't?
Windows XP was greatly enjoyed while Windows Vista was disliked by many. Windows 7 was praised while Windows 8 was hated on for the differences that it had. The pattern has always been there, but
why? It's simple.
The Windows branch is always in a pattern where they take one OS and listen to their customers, and another where they don't and go with something semi-similar to what they have done in the past. However, the ones that are created from listening to the consumers
are Windows Vista and 8. Why is that? It is because people don't really know what they want. People say they want innovation, but they actually want what they are used to. If you ask people what their preferred type of coffee is, they will usually say they
like a rich, black roast. But in reality, they actually would want something, light, creamy and weak.
Microsoft has done what they should for a long time. Trial and error. Not forgetting their past. But options to the consumer market are everything. Windows 10 should be loaded with them and I believe that it truly will be the greatest operating system yet.

You can try one of the app/service combinations for playing Flash such as Skyfire , Puffin, or iSwifter. One of those might work for you.
As to a native version of Flash Player, this would be up to Adobe to handle, not Apple, and the last statement from Adobe was that they had abandoned attempts to create an acceptable version of Flash for iOS.
