Order changes not replicate from R/3 to CRM

Hi,
We have Drop shipment scenario, Material availability acknowledgement updated by vendor in Purchase order. Once updated by vendor, material confirmation date & qty will change accordingly and update in ECC sales order but those changes (confirmation date & qty) not updated from ECC to CRM sales order.
What could be the reason and what configuration require?
Its very very urgent plz.............

Can please explain more.
What was coming in the BDOC .. Is the Inbound queue is getting processed.
You can check the data coming in BDOC by clicking on a Box kind of Icon in SMW01. So that first Identify whether your changes to data in ECC are reflected here or not.
If reflected correctly then Debug the Queue by LUW Debugging. Check the same in the Inbound queue data in the debugging mode.
If there also correct .. Then Check whether there is Delta load support exists to that particular object in R3AC1.
Ask the functional for Configurations and relations.

Blocked sales order is not released from VKM3

Hi
We are using credit management and when a sales order is created with the amount, which is more than credit limit, system is blocking the sales order for delivery. Values are getting updated in FD32 and S066 and S067. When i tried to release the sales order from VKM3, sales order was displayed, but when i selected the release flag and saved it, still the order is not released. Order is having credit limit block in sales order in shipping tab at header level. Why system is not releasing the sales order even it is displayed in VKM3

hi,
check the following steps of assignment you did right or not
1)first check in t- code FD32 U assigned authorization person & each credit limit U shud assign
an authorization person along with credit limit
2) check - conditon records with KRML output is there or not

Sales order changes not updated in change log

Hello Gurus,
In my project, the sales orders have default delivery block. Only authorised people can remove the block. The list is maintained in a Z Table. Recently for one sales order the delivery block was removed automatically and the delivery happened in the background(user's version). The Change log in the sales orders do not have any details of the changes to delivery block. My questions are,
1. how to identify the details of the changes in delivery block(who removed the block)
2. Any other place to find out the changes to the order in addition to the change log.
3. If change log in sales order is not having the details, can we find the details in table CDHDR
Please help me to solve the problem.

Please go to VA03 transaction and then go to Environment and select the changes (Display Document changes), put the document No then Execute the same.You could able to see changes carried out in the document.(Table VBAK and Field LIFSK)

W520 UEFI boot order changes not persistent

I have had a W520 for the entire summer. I have always double or triple booted my laptops because of the nature of my work, but this is the first system I have ever owned with UEFI.
The problem: the W520 BIOS/Firmware/UEFI or whatever you want to call it does not keep the GPT boot order of the OS's that I attempt to save. When I reboot and go back to the BIOS after saving it, it is in the same order that I started, which is in fact, the order that I installed the operating systems that, starting with the last one that I installed, first. I called up Lenovo tech support and very quickly they conveyed to me that Lenovo only supports single boot of the operating system that came bundled with the installation.
I thought a later BIOS would help. No such luck.
As much as I have read about UEFI, I know that the boot order is stored in the UEFI NVRAM. There are some third-party utils that can edit the NVRAM configuration, but I was not able to find a cookbook guide clear enough wear I was OK messing with the health of my well populated analysis workstation. If anyone has any experience with a step-by-step solution, I would be interested in hearing, and even paying, for your expertise as needed.

It doesn't change the boot order, it create a new item "boot from file".
Are you using a virtual machine or physical machine?
If you are using a virtual machine, you can change the boot order from hyper-v settings.
If you are using a physical machine, you need to change the boot order manually.

Field Order Changes? Rendering from Color.

I received a project from a client that was run through color. I noticed their source files were lower field dominant (525/29.97) and their renders from color were upper or odd field dominant. This caused some strangeness in their sequences and it looks like they de-interlaced their clips and/or changed the field order of their sequences. I can't find anywhere in Color to set this as a pre-set, other than setting to de-interlace renders. Is it possible that Color is inverting the field order when it renders? This used to happen with Compressor, when I would export FCP for DVD's, sometimes Compressor would (set to Auto) guess wrong on the field dominance. Can anyone advise?

If only it were that easy. Of course, you will want to set a "re-interlace" for export....
De-interlace seems to be poorly understood and not very well executed in a lot of file-based image processing. In COLOR, both the Geometry and COLORFX rooms display spectacular weaknesses in this regard. To even use the word as its applied in COLORFX is a bit of a misnomer, because the real thrust of the exercise is to "split" and flag the fields for proper dominance handling. The COLOR USER manual has a good illustrated example of how to do this -- the result is a "twin" effects tree -- split the frame into its components at the top, do your voodoo identically for each "field" stream, then correctly zipper them back together at the bottom. Its a bit of a secret process, not entirely dissociated from a Masonic handshake.
There is a notional similarity to SHAKE in this regard, although that application only needs the FileIn node and the GLOBALS render tab enabled appropriately.

Internal Order is not reading from Asset master through derivation Rule

I entered Functional Module to read Asset Master data in derivation Rule. While procuring an Asset after selecting an asset the fund center, fund are coming automatically but Internal Order and Cost center is not picking automatically.
It has to pick Internal Order automatically from Asset master data.
Please guide me.

Internal order should come from the asset master data, with no connection to derivation strategy in FM. Regarding the cost centre, it's irrelevant when you purchase to an asset.

Vendor Master can not replicate from SAP R3 to SAP SRM system.

We face one issue when we use bbpgetvd program to transfer Vendor master from SAP R3 to SAP SRM, after I check Analysis Application log, found the following issue:
Error: No Bank Master Data Maintained No Bank Data Transferred
Error: Name/Address for Vendor Already Exists Vendor: 0015118743 Address Number 0000054208
Error: Warning: Complete Business Partner: Vendor: 0015118743 Backend: APP002TS No Transfer of Vendor Data
But I check BP in SRM and can not find vendor 0015118743 information, so could you give me any tips or suggestions to fix this issue. Is there any table in SRM system to keep Vendor Master like SAP R3?

You cannot.
Business Partner are stored in BUT000 table. I don't remember if its address number is also stored in this table.
If yes, link is done directly between both.
If not, this is the person number which is stored in BUT000. So, use your address number to get its corresponding person number using ADCP table. Then, with this person number, check in BUT000 what is its corresponding Business Partner.
Finally, with its corresponding GUID, check in VENMAP table the vendor number.

Crystal Reports not editable from Mobile Sales in CRM 7.0

Hello Experts,
We are using Crystal Reports in 4.0 and they are working well. I can open the reports in report Designer and can check all the details.
Now we have performed a upgrade from 4.0 to 7.0 and getting some issue while executing one of the reports. To analyze that, we have installed Crystal Reports 9 (same version is being used for 4.0 as well) on the MAR/MDW box. But when I try to do "Modify Report" from Report Maintenance /Details tile set (in MSY), I am getting an error "Error while modifying report, try again".
Anyone has seen this error before? Could you please advise what is wrong here? Is it a problem with database connectivity or something else? Thanks in advance.

Hi Pijush,
I faced this kind of issue when modifying a report in CRM 5.0. Its nothing to do with the version.
May be, the reports in MSY, are not imported properly on MDW.
My suggestion is export the reports into a .car file where this is working and make sure there are no errors when create a .car file.
Import the .car file into the system where you want to modify the report.
Do not import the same .car file again and again if it fails for the first time. If it fails, then create a new .car file from the system and follow that import process.
I do not have access to any MDW system now, otherwise I could suggest you better.

Files not updating from default.dwt

NONE of my pages are updating from the template that I
created them from. To create them I did the following:
File>New>Templates>Site Name>Template
Name>Create...
Then I'd save the file to whatever I was creating..... such
as, index.htm
I have done this for 6 new pages....
Then I change the links on the template and have it and when
I'm asked if I want to update ALL of the pages that were created
based on that template I answer yes... (obviously)..
But.... the pages do NOT update. it even says so in the
"Update Pages Dialog Box". it says that NO Pages were updated?
Why is that and what possible cause could there be.
I have a Dreamweaver manual and have defined the site about a
dozen times (after removing it first) and I have dome so RIGHT TO
THE BOOK..... but the dang template will NOT update the sites pages
created from it........grrrr..........

Here are seven common mistakes that will result in changes
not propagating
from Template to child -
1. Rename the Templates folder
2. Move the Templates folder to some other folder level in
the site other
than root level
3. Move a template out of the Templates folder.
4. Make changes to an editable region of the template (which
will not
propagate)
5. Assume that template changes can be uploaded to the server
without also
uploading the changed local files
6. Corrupt the site cache so that the link between template
and child page
is broken
7, Improperly create your child pages by simply opening the
template,
adding page specific content, and resaving the template with
an *.html
extension rather that its *.dwt extension. (you can tell if
this is the case
by looking at the code on a child page - if you see anything
like <!--
TemplateBeginEditable... then this is what you have done)
The 6th problem can be repaired by using SITE | Advanced >
Recreate Site
Cache, and the six others can be fixed by just not doing
them. Have you
done any of those?

Replication of Customer and Material master from R/3 to CRM

Recently in our quality server basis administrator has made a client copy from production server after that customer master and material master are not flowing from R/3 to CRM, even sales orders were not getting copied from CRM to R/3 , i went through C71 BB config document and fixed the sales orders updation from CRM to R/3 but not able to resolve the problem of customer master and material master from ECC to CRM.
I went to B09 BB document and all settings are fine.
Using R3AS I have loaded following objects DNL_CUST_PROD0, PROD1, PROD3, SPROD , DNL_PLANT. and Material.
I went to R3AM1 and checked the status as running or wait for each object.
There are no filters in R3AC1 .
Queue name withR3AD_MATERIA0000000001 has status SYSFAIL in SMQ2 .
What can i do to resolve this problem.

After the client copy , have you run txn:BDLS in order to change the LOGSYS in all relevant tables?
You can run this txn in test mode as well to see the affected tables.
Are you getting any dump on these load ?Check it in txn:ST22.

Service Order status Not Changing From Resloved to Closed status

The service order Status not automatically moving from Resolved to closed after 30days.
Observation
We Revived program Z program ,seems to be fine.
I am set the program in debugging mode for testing the Service orders by reduce the time duraion for staus resolved to closed, am getting the getting the Error Test determination procedure is not evaluated .
Point of dout
1) Is there any relation between Test Determination Procedure and Z program.
2) while am checking for Text Customing for Consistency I found an error Log.
3) While creating Service Order Test field was Mandatory
for that have dout about is there any relation between for this program

Sales Orders created in IC webclient are not replecated from CRM to R/3

Hi All,
The problem started when we modified the components in CRMV_GENIL transaction. We created a new component ZBT by copying the existing BT. The new component was added to our component set.
What is happening now is that any sales order we create from IC Web is not replicating to R/3. They get the system status Distribution lock and remain in CRM. The orders being created from CRMD_ORDER are being replicated, The natural approach was to check the SMW01 queues. All BDOCS are in status F02 or completely processed.
The only difference I could see was when I took the messages associated with the BDOCs. The once which did not replicate had the extra message No upload to R/3 while the replicated ones only had the R/3 Adapter called message.
Can you tell me if I need to make any changes in configuration elsewhere in the configuration? It would be a big help.

If the Order is available in R/3. .then its is success replication.. The Document Flow of the CRM order from CRM --> R/3 the reason u get this message "BUS2032 with key 0065000048 cannot be displayed in system R/3 Logical System Client 300" is due to the RFCUSER is set as communication type.
if the type is set to Dialog in the tcode SU01, then u won't get this message..
But this is not recommended.. The RFCUSER need to be as Communication

Address not copied from Sales order/Delivery to Shipment Document

Hello Experts,
I need your help on Addrss of ship to in shipment document.
Sales Order[VA01] >> Delivery [Vl01N]>> Shipment [VT01N].
User changed the Address of ship to party (Header level) in Sales Order and It reflected to delivery as well and I believe It should also update the address in Shipment document.
But when I checked the Address of the Customer/Unloading point in Shipment Document [VT03N] (as below) I found It was not updated It was same as Customer Master Record and I believe It directly copied from Customer Master Record.
BUT While creating the Shipment system is copying the data from Customer master Record not from Sales Order /Delivery. Logically system should copy the updated address from Order/Delivery BUT It is directly copying from Customer Master i don't know where is the setting of this ??
Can anybody help me on this ? How system takes the customer (ship to party) address in shipment ? Where are the setting of these.
What I need to do so system take the updated address from Sales Order/Delivery not from Customer Master Record (Ship to party).
Can I change the address of customer in shipment document ??

I think you get my question in wrong way.
I am sayingCustomer master data was not changed.
User just changed the Address in Order (Order > Header >> Partner tab >> Change ship to address/overwrite ship to address).
Overwritten Address / Updated address are copying in Delivery BUT not in Shipment document.
What I need to do? system should copy the updated address from Sales Order/Delivery BUT it is copying from Ship to party.
I hope this time i am clear to explain my issue.
