Order failing to arrive

Hi,
I was just wondering if anybody else in australia has failed to have their order arrive? I order a calender 6th of january - the money has been deducted from my account, order status says it's been shipped but nothing has arrived. I've sent emails to apple support but have not received any replies there either - just wondering if I've been taken for a ride!!

Interesting. Last year I ordered 5 hardcover books of 100 pages from apple with absolutely no problems and really pleased by how quickly they arrived. In November I ordered christmas cards which failed to arrive - emailed Apple and they were redone and sent by post at Apple's expense. The original cards finally did arrive just prior to Christmas postmarked Hong Kong! Just recently I ordered a hardcover photo book on the 19th Feb which until today had failed to arrive. Apple were not responding to my emails on this occasion. My book had been to Frankfurt Germany this time. Apple clearly seemed to be having some problems with their shipping!

Try select/using your ISP's SMTP server to send with your .Mac account via the Mail application to see if this makes any difference.

  • Integration model for sales orders failing repeatedly

Integration model for Sales Orders to APO is failing and in the CIF the error says "Customer requirement G BR 0082372353 900010 0000: liveCache problem, retu".
This error appears everytime you we run the integration model and it says in the Job log; ABAP/4 Processor: SYSTEM_CANCELED.
Note that this is "not" manually stopped but it still gives this error.

    Hi Kailash,
Run /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 in apo for the part contained in your delivery document, which is failing. While running the report, check the radiobutton, Build the requirements from Doc.Flow table. This will remove the inconsistencies remaining in the requirement table on R/3 side.
Try this and let us know, if you could succeed.

according to the development team, this issue should be cleared up by sometime tomorrow if not sooner.   they are working diligently on correcting the code responsible for the erroneous configurations.
successful orders placed in the meantime could be canceled due to the configurations being incorrect.   if you order from the US and see your OS listed in spanish language then it will eventually be flagged in the system and automatically canceled.
we appreciate your patience while this is being corrected.

  • From Photoshop CS3 to Suite Production Premium CS4 - order failed

    Hello,
I have a little problem with buying a product from Adobe. I have Photoshop CS3 and I want to buy CS4 Suite Production Premium. When I search for this product and check the upgrade options it says that I can upgrade from my Photoshop CS3 version. However, when I order this product I get an order cancelation after some minutes without any reason - and no, it is not a CreditCard problem - I checked everything. All data is correct. Where there would be a real problem, why I don't get a call from them?
Then I called the sales hotline and the guy on the line told me that I need the Upsell version and that he can't check why the online order was canceled. Ok - I ordered this upsell version for a higher price than the online upgrade version. Some hours later I got a weird email from Adobe saying again that my order has been canceled. ??? I wonder whats going on there. I can't reach the sales guy on the weekend so I have to wait and I know that he can't give any information about why the order has been canceld again (why that?). That way it seems I am not able to order any product from Adobe and honestly I don't want to order it from Adobe directly anymore.
May it be possible that I can't upgrade or upsell from Photoshop CS3 alone to the Production Premium Suite CS4 - even it saying like this on their website.
Also, why is there only the upgrade version available on the online store and not the upsell version and why do I see an upgrade option even it must be called upsell version?
Why is the upgrade manager: http://www.adobe.com/products/creativesuite/upgrade saying the same that I CAN UPGRADE from Photoshop CS3 to this Suite.
I am speechless about that much trouble with a company like Adobe. And yes, this is my first try to order a Suite from Adobe directly. Now I am very unsure what to buy, where to buy and how I get this to work.
Btw. Customer Support didn't answer my emails about this.
    Thanks for any hint!
    Andreas

I did that twice and called them. They are always saying that they can't see what the problem is but they can setup a new order and try again - hello? - try and error ordering. I will not order on the Adobe Store anymore. This was the first and my last time I tried to order on their site or via a sales agent from their sales team. Also, when I see their emails that came back about the cancelation: No Subject line, weird emailaddress and with some really confusing product description and with a standard answer. I first thought it was some spam. I am really disapointed about their service.
I also found out that the sales guy put in a wrong phone number and I can remember we checked the number three times. I mean, I don't order a pair of socks here - I want a pro sales service for a pro product where I pay a lot of money for.

  • The order that never arrives

BT is good. At apologising - but nothing else. I have a saga that has been going on since 7 January. Let me explain...
I received an email from BT to move my broadmand to them, Infinity package with unlimited downlaods at up to 80Gb etc. and they would be kind enough to also give me £125 Sainsbury's vouchers in return. I have heard BT horror stories before, so was naturally wary. However a fiew reviews on the internet convinced me they had perhaps mended their ways and I should try. I saw the fibre exchange outside my house (about 30m away) so I knew I was in for good speeds. On 7 January 2015 I took the step and placed the order online, supplying the MAC on the same day from my current provider. I received an email confirming a switchover on 4 February.
    Then it all began...
About 3 weeks later I got another email offering high speed broadband with £125 vouchers. This prompted me to check on the status of my order since I hadn't heard any more. The web site said I had no order. I called BT help line and I was told the order had stalled for some reason (no explanation offered) and they would have to start the process all over again, and it would take another month. Needless to say, I was less than impressed and ranted a bit about the extra delay as my daughter was planning a movie sleepover with friends, and the high speed broadmand timing was perfect on the original order.
After jumping through various hoops, I was informed they would send me a router and connect the phone on 4 February (I was already with BT!) and the broadband on 5 February. I accepted this. I was home on 5 February and saw the Openreach team working in the box. My phone line went down, and about 30 minutes later my existing broadband died. "Fine" I thought - they will now connect me to BT. I unplugged my router and plugged in my new HomeHub 5. I looked a little later and the team had leaft. I waited. And waited. And waited. By the evening I suspected something was wrong and called BT on my mobile. (I now had no phone or internet.) Now things get vague. I must have called a few times every day from Thursday, only to be told every time that a fault on the line had been logged, and they had a team assigned to diagnose the fault. I diagnosed it for them - the phone was working, they came, they broke it, they left. No luck - they said within 10 days it would be fixed!
(I must point out here that I was organising a charity event for the following week, and my wife was arranging job interviews, and in the middle of this we now had no phone and no internet. Absolute disaster.)
Don't get me wrong. BT was very apologetic, every time I called, a few times a day. But their apologies and promises to fix the fault didn't help. Finally on the Monday they send another Openreach chap out and he got the phone line working, but not the internet. He had no authorisation to look at the broadband. He was rather horrified at the story so far. I called BT again that evening (from the now working phone) to chase the broadband. I was informed someone would call the next day to confirm the line was working! No matter how many times I told him I was talking on the very phone they wanted to check, the stroy was still the same. He said they would check the line and connect the internet the next day once the line was proven.
The next evening no one had called re the internet (my daughter did take a call earlier in the day when the checked the line.) I called again and was informed (again) they had to check the line the next day and then they would connect the internet. All this between the BT apology line, of course. I was now losing the iwll to live. All I wanted was to get internet so I could continue with my emails. Somewhere between this call and the previous one I was informed that my broadmand had been ordered and I should return the router they sent me. They would restart a new order and would send me a new router. I gave up.
On the Wednesday I was at work and decided to try again with live chat to BT. After going through the whole story again, and getting more apologies, I was told I should talk to the Order Management Team. This finally appeared to be progress. I spoke to a very friendly guy who apologised profusely for the mess I was in. He also confirmed that there was a problem in the exchange outside my house when they came to connect the new system, and that the system then autmatically cancels the order! Go figure. They shouldn't have left my phone disconnected, however. He said he would personally fasttrack my order but I needed to supply a new MAC as mine had now expired. Thinking I was finally getting somewhere, I agreed.
Silly me - this is BT after all.
I tried to get a new MAC, but was informed I couldn't get one as there was already "a PSTN cease order in progress on the line." Calling BT again, I was informed it was because they were already taking action themselves, and that I should stand down - everything was in hand.
One additional "good" bit of information I did receive was that tests on the line showed I still had internet - my previous provider was still active and I should put back my old router! After work I did connect my router and it worked! So now I at least had a working phone and my original internet back. (Why wasn't I told this on the Monday when the first fixed the line?)
Stupidly trusting BT again, and as I was up to my neck in the charity event I was running, I put all this out of my mind until this morning- over a week after I was told all was in hand. I called BT to check on progress. Surprise surprise! There was NO ORDER. I was told I had to place another order. They were even surprised I had returned my previous router - after I was informed I had been asked to and they even sent a returns bag for it! This time I was promised by the chap I spoke to that he would personally handle the order and make sure it went through - after I had obtained another MAC from my current provider.
Of course I now have absolutely no faith in BT or their ability to offer me broadband. I will be signing up with their competition, and I will be taking my phone along elsewhere too. I just wish there was someone I could talk to that understood the issue through all this, rather than a call centre in India with many apologies and no progress.
It's the 21sy century. How hard is it to do this? They do it every day. You would think they would get it right by now.
    Bye bye BT

  • Classic Scenario : Purchase Order failing to get created

    Hi,
We are using SRM 5.0 classic scenario. We are only using SRM for classic scenario only. while trying to create the backend purchase order i get the following error "        Interval of number range object REQREQ does not exist: SC no. PO "
I have defined the number ranges for PO
Define Number Ranges for Shopping Carts and Follow-on Document
    EC     3000000000     3009999999     3000000019   internal
Define transaction type : BUS2201 doc type ECPO
    Description          Purchase Order
    Int. Number Range         EC
    Ext. Number Range         02
    Status Profile
    BTrans.Category      BUS2201
    Description          Purchase Order
    Partner Determ.Proc.
    Text Schema          PO
    Event Schema
    In R/3
I copied NB transaction type into ECPO
    Defined external number ranges
    Thanks
    Lebo

    Hi
    As Jagadish said,
    1. In SPRO what is the number range you defined for PO in "Define Num range per Backend System for Follow-on doc".
    bp - 10000 19999
    lp  - 20000 29999
for eg bp -is backend purchase order no ranage
lp - is local purchase order no ranage
    2. Then make sure above number range is maintained in "Define Num range per Shopping Cart and Follow-on doc" and it should be Internal num range.
bacclnt100(backend logical syatem)    bp pr rs
                  bp -backend po no range
                  pr - purchase requst
                  rs -reservation
    3. this for r/3 classic po i.e bp
    Description Purchase Order
    Int. Number Range : BP
    Ext. Number Range
    Status Profile
    BTrans.Category BUS2201
    Description Purchase Order
    Partner Determ.Proc.
    Text Schema PO
    Event Schema
    4. define number range for local purchase orders
    Description Purchase Order
    Int. Number Range LP
    Ext. Number Range 03
    Status Profile
    BTrans.Category BUS2201
    Description Purchase Order
    Partner Determ.Proc.
    Text Schema PO
    Event Schema
    adding to Jagadish
since you are in classic scenario
    a) one po number ranage for backend PO
    b) another po number ranage for local PO - Why this is required means if it is ordered a direct local PO will be created SRM rather than R/3 system. this PO document type also must be mapped in r/3.
    c) backend PO number ranage configuaration you can map in backend as external.

  • IPhoto "buy book" order fails at end of upload

I have created a 20 pg hard-covered book in iPhoto which I can preview with no problems and I can create a pdf version of it (34.6MB). However, when attempting to buy the book, I get an error message with CANCEL/RETRY as my options at the very end of the upload process. I have tried the following, but still no success:
    (1) safe boot - iPhoto crashes immediately at "BUY BOOK" selection
    (2) set energy savers to off - dies at end of upload
    (3) duplicated the book and tried to purchase duplicated version - dies at end of upload
    (4) changed the theme of the book and tried to purchase it - dies at end of upload
    (5) created a simple card and purchased it with no problems (so my account is fine) and I cancelled the order thereafter
Each page of the book has 2 portrait photos with minimal text underneath. The largest photo size is 4.6MB. All photos are JPGs. I rebooted my iMac each time before trying (2)-(5) above. I am running version 9.4.3 (720.91) of iPhoto. I have turned off my TimeMachine backup too and have all other applications closed when I attempt to purchase the book. To date, I have never had a problem purchasing books (last one in Dec 2012).
    Thanks for any suggestions!

Sadly, no change after updating v10.8.5(combo). A normal boot with an attempt to "buy book" from iPhoto, gets almost to the end of the upload and then gives me the following error:
In Safe boot, I get to the beginning of the Assembly process and iPhoto crashes. Here is a portion of the problem details:
I compiled my book on Thursday evening, thinking that would be the painstaking part. Purchasing it has become too much of a time consuming adventure! I did call Apple Technical Support last evening and the service agent suggested that I check the Apple Support Community discussions, so thank you for taking a greater interest in my problem.
One other thing I found regarding problems submitting photobook orders is at the bottom of http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2516. An excerpt from this webpage is below, but I can't find the "NetServices" entry in my Keychain Access window to try this fix. Do you think this is a piece to my puzzle or simply old info as it was last modified on May 24, 2012?
Again, I was able to order a photocard (cancelled the order within 90 minute window) as a test, so I don't believe I have an account problem.
    excerpt:
If you are using iPhoto '08 or iPhoto '09 and are unable to submit your order after following the steps above, please follow these steps to reset your Keychain:
    Quit iPhoto.
From the Finder menu bar, choose Go > Utilities to access your Utilities folder (or press Shift-Command-U).
In your Utilities folder, open Keychain Access.
Find the "NetServices" entry in your Keychain Access window.
Select the "NetServices" entry and press the delete key.
Reopen iPhoto and attempt to place your order again.
You should be prompted to enter your account information if you deleted the Keychain entry successfully.
After entering your account information, you should be able to complete your order.
If you are unsuccessful with submitting your order, please contact Apple Technical Support.

  • Price during creating of Draft/Purchase Order fails in SP01 PL04

    Hi,
we try to port an add-on of us to B1 2005 SP01 PL04. The Add-On create a Draft/Purchase Order by DI Api. Doing so works fine in 2005A SP00 PL08 and PL11.
Now we try to run it at SP01 and we got wrong prices in the DB.
Here some sample code in C#:

This is the same the draft-form of the last draft we created shows:
Price is 5 instead of the expected price of 1 we assigned through the DI-Api.
Note: The Article-price in the item master data is set to 5.00.
Is anyone out there who could help us as our add-on didn#t work any more on the new SP.
    Thanks

    Hi all,
we found the problem our self. It seems that the handling of 'Price' and 'UnitPrice' differs a little bit between SP00 and SP01.
Setting the 'UnitPrice' in the document lines instead of of the 'Price' solves the problem.
A little bit ugly that the functionallity changes and there is no documentation found.
    Greetings

    hi:
guru, when i released a process order,it gave message "Release rejected (check log)". then  i checked log on release and found two error messages.one was Application Area (C2) messege no(009), the other is Application Area(CO) ,messege no(118). Any suggestion will be apprecaited! thanks in advance.

    Hi,
Pl. check the following SPRO settings,
    1) Define Order Type Dependent parameters –
IMG > Production Planning for Process Industries > Process Order > Master Data > Order > Define Order Type Dependent parameters
    2) Define Availability Check – Define Checking Control –
IMG > Production Planning for Process Industries > Process Order > Operations > Availabilty Check > Define Checking Control
These two settings should be maintained properly.
    Your problem will be solved.

  • TechTracks order fails 4 times with Page Not Found

I have been unsuccessfully trying to order the Java Developer for Windows CD subscription through TechTracks (www.oracle.com/webapps/techtracks. The first 2 times, I got as far as the Personal Information page, but when I pressed Continue, after about a 20 second pause, I got a standard 'Page Not Found Error 404' web page. The 3rd and 4th attempt got me as far as the Payment Information page, where I supplied my credit card info and pressed Submit, and got the Oracle error page "Sorry, this page was not found" (www.oracle.com/errors/404.html). I have not gotten any order confirmation emails, so I don't think my card was charged. What's going on? Should I try this again, or is something really broken? BTW, how soon after ordering are the CD's shipped?
    Thank you,
    Robert Else

NEW INFO: Looks like I ended up with a duplicate order after all - just got the confirmation emails. Both orders went through even though I got the "Sorry this page was not found" error both times. The two order numbers are 20482 and 20483.
** Will you please cancel one of the orders and credit my card. Please advise when this has been done, or advise as to how I can get credit for the duplicate order.
    Thank you,
    Robert Else

  • Why do SMS text messages sent to my iPhone while its powered off fail to arrive when I switch it back on?

Normally if someone sends you a SMS text message when your phone is switched off the message will be delivered to you when you switch the phone back on.
My iPhone 4 running iOS7 doesn't do this.
If someone sends me a SMS text message while the phone is off it permanently disappears.  When I turn my phone on the message never arrives.
The problem has been identified when the person sending the text is using another iPhone, an Android phone, a Blackberry or an old Nokia handset.
The problem is repeatable 100% of the time.
If my phone is switched on it receives texts ok.
If I put my SIM card in another iPhone it works fine.
Anyone know why this is happening?

Same problem there. That turning off 3G fix didn't work for me.
It appears to be a fault with IoS 7 and iPhone 4.
Here are lots of threads reporting the same problem.

I've done a bug report. Maybe we should all do a bug report?

  • IPhone 4 attempted pre order FAILED.

So I'm not up at 3:AM when the link goes "live"
    At 8:32 AM its dead.
The CS rep says to reboot my computer (even though all other websites work) and try again.
    No luck.
Its a redirect from the URL I'm sent to when I attempt to order the iPhone on the e-mail link Verizon sent me after I wanted to preRegister.
    G R E A T........................
No phone rep to order, no walk into the store.
Apparently its a tech issue or their "limited" quantities ran out before 8:AM..............................
A T & T maybe?................................. I bet I could have one today in hand if I did that.

It humors me that when people have issues with the Verizon website they instantly want to go to AT&T you're gonna start reaching a point today where the lines will get busy with people who didn't wake up at three am and they are all, like you, trying to get on.
did you try apple.com? they're working just fine.

  • Order has not arrived

had to orders that shipped out the same time.  Was scheduled for delivery on the 8th of feb and it is the 18 and i have not recieved my order as of yet.  it was last processed in richmond on the 8th.  nothing.  i asked for expedited shipping but it said could not so went standard and now this.  Can someone check on what is going on.  thanks

    Hello kumala808,
I apologize for the problems you have encountered with your order, never fun waiting any longer than you have to for shipping!
I was able to look up your order using your email address you have provided here on the forums and it appears you received your two orders on Wednesday, 02/19/2014. Sorry that there was such a delay in receiving your items!
Using the same information as you had on your order, I was able to validate that you were only allowed to choose Standard shipping. We can only ship Expedited/Express via UPS and UPS doesn’t ship to PO Boxes. If you would like it shipped via Expedited or Express you should be able to update your mailing address to your physical address instead of a PO Box and you should then be able to select one of those options.
Thanks for reaching out and enjoy your new product!
