Order technical difficulty....... Still! 02/09/11

So I pre ordered my iphone about a week ago and it still says "We have experienced technical difficulty while processing your order. 
Please contact Us." I have sent in the customer inquiry and got an email back saying its in queue and will be processed and I will have it by the 10th. Yesterday I called to make sure it was truly coming on the 10th they said yes it will process and be shipped on the 9th.... Its the 9th and and it still says the same technical difficulty message. So I called today and they told me that they had a computer error and I should just call back tomorrow and see if anything changed. Why am I going to still be waiting for a pre ordered iphone after it comes out to anyone else? Not much of a pre order is it?

It's probably not too late to do a reserve through Apple and pick up tomorrow, I didn't do mine for my daughter's phone until late this afternoon of course I am in a pretty small area in fact it's 100 miles to the nearest apple store, but I am guessing even that store must not have had a huge demand for them since late this evening I was still able to reserve a phone.

    Ok, so I pre-ordered the iPhone 6 64gb Space Gray on the 15th of September. My expected delivery was October 24th. Which I was completely fine with. Anyhow, today I get online to check the status, and it has given me a real order number (INSTEAD OF JUST THE PRE-ORDER NUMBER) but says there was a technical difficulty in the order process and to contact Verizon which I did by phone. I was on hold most of the time, which was completely ok with me, my Verizon rep, Priscilla was amazing, but she contacted several different people and even a person within a different department that could not give her a straight answer what the problem actually was. She said she would be calling me later this evening, hopefully with some good news about my order. I really hope it has shipped, but that is wishful thinking. I was just wondering if anyone else may have had this problem and if so what happened. I just hope my order is ok, she said that she had never seen that error before. Any help would be appreciated!

    I am having the same issue. I call and was given an order number that was 6 digits (is this right?) and when i try to check on the order it just says there are "technical difficulties, please try again later" I also ordered the six plus on the 15th, and went through the terms and conditions email, but i never received an order confirmation email. I just wanted to check on the order as i have heard that others are receiving phone alot earlier than the original posted delivery date. Now i am worried that my order was not processed correctly... as i have received nothing official to show i have an order processing.

It seems a little frustrating not knowing what happened to my order and not being able to contact anyone. Is all this usual with Adobe or are they just having technical problems this week?

  • BDC recording not executing last OK code for order technical completion

    Hello!
    Regarding a QM requirement, I have created a rather simple BDC recording to change the activity type of an order to new ones (based on particular conditions not relevant here) on transaction IW32.
    However, if the order is technically complete, I have to cancel the technical completion, change the activity type, and then complete the order technically again (so it remains just the way it was before modification).
    The only order types relevant in the requirement are YM01 and YM02. For YM01, the BDC recording works like a charm. But when executing the proper recording for type YM02, the last OK code (i.e. pressing the OK button on the Complete subscreen) is ignored and the process remains incomplete: the orders are never completed technically again.

    The BDC recording does not work when executed visibly or step by step. After some extensive debugging, I realized that the final screen (the technical complete confirmation screen) is not an actual subscreen, even though it has its own number. That screen is actually generated by an FM, so apparently that's why it's ignored when the BDC is executed.
    I found a BAPI to replace that missing step: BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN. However, I'm having a hard time figuring out how to reference the orders I need it to complete. The FM asks for an IT_METHODS table and I couldn't tie the method to the orders:
    it_methods-refnumber = ???
    it_methods-objecttype = 'HEADER'. "That's what I found on the example, not sure whether this is right or not.
    it_methods-method = 'TECHNICALCOMPLETE'.
    it_methods-objectkey = ??? "Maybe the order number itself?
    APPEND it_methods.
    Has anyone used this BAPI before?

    Good Morning and have a nice week ahead. One of our users encountered the following error in SRM(front end) when try to approve the shopping cart.
    "MEPO 046 : Purchase Order item 00010 still contains faulty account assignment items"
    As per my investigation, this specific error appears when shopping cart is created for a particular cost center only. when i ordered the similar material for different cost center, I did not encounter this error.
    Your valuable inputs pls. Any OSS messages???

    Hello guys,
    I have an issue with PO not being processed to SAP: it get on status, held, error in process. In SRM portal I get the message "Purchase order item 00001 still contains faulty ac count assignments".
    I have checked the Purchase Order status in SAP SRM using the transaction BBP_PD and I got the status I1132 "Transfer failed (E.Sys.)".
    Is there a way to reprocess the order and release the status to "Ordered"?
    Please describe me the process in detail

    Hi,
    First please check whether the Account assignment is allowed in the backend.
    1.     Copy the GL account from the SC --> Go to backend system --> Go to FS03 transaction --> Paste the GL account and respective company code --> Go to tab Create/bank/interst --> Click on Field status group --> Check for Addtional account assignments --> Check whether this GL account is allowed to post for the account assignment enter in the Shopping cart.
    If not allowed. Change the GL account in the SC and Retransfer the SC.
    You can resubmit or retransfer using following FM or Report -
    1.     BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT --> FM
    2.     This is the new report BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER to change the status from
    3.      Go to the portal --> SC monitoring --> Click on Create Follow on document or RZ20

    I ordered on 29th sept, order status still processing items - although it says will dispatch deliver 24 - 30 oct. I don't think it will deliver anytime soon as apple can't fulfil millions of orders even in 4 weeks.

    2) No instance of object type PurchaseOrder has been created. External refer.
    This error is getting during inbound processing and the status sets to 51.

    That ID in Return table is the Message Class of the message you get in return line (check in transaction SE91).
    You can build the text as this:

    I would wait like a week or so after you cancelled but after that you should call their customer service and see what's going on on their end of the transaction.

  • Order status is still saying processing items

    I ordered my IPad 3 on the 16th of March, so it was after the pre-order thing and I was going to just buy it straight away from a apple store but dicided to order online with engraving and the apple smart cover. Both the items are still saying "processing items". I have recieved an order confirmation email but not the shipped confirmation email unless I didn't read it right but the email just said that they can get it deliverered eariler than expected. This is my first time ordering on the apple website although I have an IPhone 4S which i recieved as a christmas present and I think was brought from o2 so I have no idea how long this would take. Why is it still saying "Processing Items"? Surely it doesn't take apple this long to process the items.

    Further to my original post, I received my iPad on the 29th which was a day after the earliest possible delivery date. The order status did not change until the day before it arrived so don't worru about that. I realised that it had dead pixels, rang up on Thursday evening and arranged for it to be picked up, replacement arrived on the Wednesday after (4th). This one also had dead pixels and a new one arrived today which I hope is not going to have dead pixels! I am impressed by the speed in which they ship out replacements but annoyed at the quality control if I'm honest.

Then I tecnical complete my PI sheet after report data. when i set technical complete in my process order. system says "It cannot be technical completed because status "CRCR" Contrl recepie created". How i can set status technical complete to my proc.order.

    Hi,
    Inorder to TECO or close your order first you have to close the Control Recipe. To do so follow the steps:
    1. TCode: CO57
         Proc.Message Cat: PI_CRST (Message on control recipe status)
         Process Order Number
         Control Recipe Number
         Control Recipe Status: 00005 or 00004 or 00007
         After these entries save the Process Message.
    2. TCode C054
        Here send the Process message that was created in the above step.
    If the message is successful, the status in the order changes from CRCR to either CRAB (if control recipe discarded), CRFI.
    Then you can close your order.

    Did you select them by clicking on the first and shift-click on the last?
    How about reversing the order: Click on the last and shift-click on the first.

    whensoever i m trying to technically complete the order, i m getting the Error message no. BS007 i.e. ""Change" is not allowed".
    The current status of object 'ORD XXXXXX' prohibits business transaction 'Change'
    Current status are as follows :
    REL  CNF  DLV  PRC  CRFI EXPL EXTS GMPS MANC NTUP PIGN SETC
    No status profile is assigned to order.
    i have checked in BS22. All the status contains technically completion permission.

    Just a re-check
    Did you check the User status in COR2 ? Here there will be a Blue I- symbol (Status) as like Production Order -C002 .Select that I symbol and Choose TECO status or REL status , then set TECO from Function -Resstrict Processing and SAVE.
    I think it should work based on the User staus which is allowed .

  • 14 Days after ordering a "Card" still no delivery!

    I sent 4 "Cards" from the "Cards" program on my iPad3 - from May to July 2012.  All were delivered in 5-8 days from ordering-- Europe and the USA.  BUT on 2 Oct I ordered a card and although the eMail confirmation came in just a few days - it has now been 13 days and still no delivery to the recipient.  How to contact Apple?  (Delivery is by the US post office so I don't thing Apple can do anything after telling me via eMail that the order was processed…)
    Expensive but nice cards-- but if this is the result-- 14 days with no delivery, then this is the 5th, but LAST time I use that service.
    Any comments from anyone appreciated.
