Ordered iphone6 plus on 9/26 and still don't have it, or know when I will.. So tired of VZW screwing my orders up

Every order I've ever placed, there's been something that happened or is messed up. My latest is no different.
I ordered a 64gb space grey iphone 6 plus on 9/26 and received 2 emails, one with the order info and my info and one asking me to confirm the order within so many days. I did right away, it asked for my 6 digit SS# and told me everything was good. I was looking at the email and noticed the girl forgot to upgrade my data since I was doing the edge program, so I called back and got a machine right away. Telling my i needs to confirm my order... What? Ok... So I did, and at the end it asked me to "enter the authentication number(I think that's what it was, but I know it wasn't the confirmation) that was emailed or mailed to you" well I looked at both emails and neither had any number it was asking for.  I thought this was odd because I have Already confirmed the order, so I checked the preorder number that was given to me in the email and it kept saying it would ship 11/7.  Well I called on 10/29-30 to see what was going on and the lady told me there was something wrong with my order... Of course....she cancelled my previous order and i basically had to start over.. Well she promised me I would still be able to hold my spot and receive my phone when I was originally supposed to. But my email says 11/21 or something like that. That is absolutely ridiculous. I haven't heard anything back and im beyond ****** off right now about this. If this situation isn't made right, I'm gone and done with Verizon. I'm a good customer who pays a lot of money with Verizon. I always pay on time and have never missed a paymen. I expect better than this and like I said, this isn't the first time Ive had an issue with an order.  All im asking for is to not screw up my orders, is that really too much to ask?

If I would have ordered it FROM Apple, then I would take it up with them, but I didnt. Verizon is the one who sold me the phone so I will continue to contact them. <<Comment removed >>   Verizon has already sent other people their phones and those other people ordered the same time and after I did, so please, fall back and get a clue.
I guess even though I bought my BMW from VW dealer, and have my warranty through this dealership, whenever I have an issue with my car, I should just contact BMW and have them deal with it right?!  <<Comment removed >>

    I just checked your account; you have two subscriptions to Acrobat Pro (one purchased on October 1, and another purchased today). As no serial number is required to use your subscription, you should be able to download and install Acrobat, and then sign in and use it. If you're getting a specific error when you try to install or sign in to Acrobat, please let us know, and we'll get it sorted out.
    Ad for you having multiple subscriptions, I would suggest that you Contact Customer Care and ask that you have one canceled/refunded (unless, of course, you need both of them).

    I have downloaded Oblivion six times and it continues to bring the HD version.  I have unchecked the "Download HD when available" but I continue to get a file that is 4.4 gigs large. 
    I hate iTunes. 

    You purchased the HD version, not the regular version.  It will continue to download the version you bought.  If you want the SD version you have to shell out for it.  Apple doesn't do returns.
    Watch your movie.  You can always put other stuff back on later, especially music.

  • Charged multiple times and still don't have premium

    I was attempting to get the student discount for Spotify, but it kept saying that It couldn't verify me as a student. I kept re-checking my information and it was correct and still no signs of working. I looked on my bank statement this morning and i was charged 3 times with the student discount. when i got on spotify it still said i had a free account. Can i just get my money back so I upgrade again to Premium without the discount, because apparantly it doesn't work.

    Hi, and welcome to the community!
    Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.
    1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
    2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
    3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!
    If your subscriptions page says you're on free and you have been charged, then it is likely you subscribed to the wrong account, try logging in with whatever you didn't login with to check.
    If it says you're on premium, see 2.
    Once you've located the account with premium:
    THe fact you've been charged multiple times should just stack the subscription. If you check the subscriptions page linked above, you should see the month of renewal, and it should be 3 months away.
    If this is not the case, for a refund you can submit an online contact form; someone at Spotify can see if they can do that for you.
    Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

    I never got a chance to pic up Planes, Trains, and Automobiles when it hit Best Buy stores and since it sold out, its been on backorder ever since.     I find it odd that they cant find out an approx. date of having them back in stock since amazon, walmart, target, etc. all know when they are on order, how much are on order, and approx when they will arrive. Heck even amazon posts "back in stock on such and such date" on most movies that run out. I even called my local Best Buy store and they had no clue which is why I just ended up going to ebay.

    I first blamed it on the wireless and moved to an ethernet connection, which is high speed and very reliable. Then I changed browsers. I didn't allow for any inactive time between replies, but the customer service reps took their time. I have the transcripts that show that I repeatedly asked "are you still there" to ensure I wouldn't loose the connection - but I still did loose it. I tried to call, wait time 1-2 hrs - I think they simply are overloaded.

    As it stands now this policy forces people, many of them not very handy with computers [and by the sounds of reading this forum, not everyone in the world is running XP with Service Pack 2 and has all their computer's ducks in a row...] to troubleshoot their USB ports, hack their Registry, delete and re-install firmware and software.
    A lot of that is completely over the heads of people who merely want to listen to their favourite music and simply charge their shiny new Zen DAP.
    How many people give up when they can't get their Zen recognized and return it to the store, never to buy Creative again?
    One it too many when the solution is so simple and inexpensi've.

    Do you memeber the complete wording of the error message?
    Try:
    - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
    How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

    November 2nd I bought a washer dryer and was promised it would be delivered that following saturday because I was headed to Home Depot to buy a washer dryer for a hundred dollars more but would have been delivered that day. I have waited for the delivery once , I've missed work twice, and I have been on hold a total of three and a half hours. Nobody has a solution no matter if I going to the store, wait on hold, or try to find out where the warehouses myself. Nobody can explain what's going on ,but no washer dryeri still. It is the worst display of what you would call an attempt at customer service I've ever seen in my life. The worst part is now they sell me the warehouse is in California now arizona so I can't go pick it up myself. And they don't have anyone who can get me a washer dryer so I'm going to do 14 loads of laundry and miss work again this week who cares that's no or no one. They offered to send me a gift card but instead I got a bill for something I didn't even open yet or in my position.

    The problem is that every time I try to open any program from Office 2011, I immediately get the following window, for example for Word: "Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." This happens each and every time I try to open Word or other Office 2011 component.
    Thinking it might be a licensing issue, I purchased and downloaded a new copy of Office 2011 from Amazon and installed it on my new MBP. Same issue once again.
    I tried to remove all copies of Office 2011 from the MBP, but the instructions provided by Microsoft required about three page and seventeen steps and the page was somehow corrupted and would not print in its entirety, nor would it e-mail as anything other than a link to the corrupted page. Not trusting my memory, I decided not to try this without adult supervision.
    I used Disk Utility to repair Disk Permissions, as described on an existing thread regarding the same problem, but to no avail.
    I removed and later replaced the "Microsoft User Data" folder from the Documents folder, but that was no help.
    I have copied the short version of the "Microsoft Error Reporting log version: 2.0," below, for those of you with a deeper knowledge of the internal workings, or non-workings of things Mac when crossed with things MS.

    What is the memory being used by, is it Other? If it is, that means the iPod can no longer read the music, so it has put it all in "Other".
    The usual fix for this is to allow the iPod to Sync with its iTunes Library. If that doesn't work, the next option is to Restore the iPod using the Restore command in iTunes, on the Device/Summary pane.
    Unless you are very (very) lucky, I suspect that you are going to have to Restore your iPod. Restoring will remove everything form the iPod and put back onto it only what it finds in your iTunes Library, which you say is currently empty.
    If you have to rebuild your Library after this issue, by adding all the music back again, this is going to be hard to hear, but for the future, you may want to consider always having a backup of your library. The easiset way to back the Library up is;
    if the Library is small enough, burn it to a DVD, as digital files, not a "music CD".
    If your Library is too large for a DVD, buy yourself an external hard drive and copy the Library onto the drive. Remember to update the backup every so often.
