how to get the list of orders report based on sales employees or some other partner function.

set updating of partner index  and add the sales employee.
Transaction group -
0
Function -
PE save.
Go to VA05 partner function there u will find your entry.

    Hi All,
    I have created a customer in 3 different sales areas and assigned 3 different employees in each of the sales areas(Customer Master) . When I create a sales order with products from the three divisions I want the employee responsiblefor that particular division to appear in the partner tab at the item level. But I am getting the sales employee of the header division even at the item level. How to get the required employee at the item level.

    Dear Ravi,
    This is may because  sold to party and ship to party is same customer in this situation you can assign only single sales emplyee in the customer master.
    If you have different ship to parties to that sold to party you can assign different sales employees to that ship to parties master data ,based on that you can get the sales employee in the sales order according to ship to party you enter.
    For emample:-
    1. If you have sold to party X there is no different ship to parties(i.e ship to party also X),
    You created sales employaee A then assign to customer master X (I.e ship to party also having Sales employee A)
    When you create sales order the sales employee A only will come in to the sales order.
    2.If you have customer X and the customer X having different ship to parties like 1,2 and 3
    You created four sales employess A,B,C and D then assign to X,1,2, and 3 ship to parties master data.
    -->Now when you create sales order with Slod to part X and ship to party X then sales emplyee will come as A.
    -->when you create sales order with Slod to part X and ship to party1then sales emplyee will come as B.
    -->when you create sales order with Slod to part X and ship to party 2 then sales emplyee will come as C.
    -->when you create sales order with Slod to part X and ship to party 3 then sales emplyee will come as D.

  • Sales employee field in VA01 blocked & which fields are must to see in COPA

    Hi,
    I am able to see all the transactions from SD  and FI direct postings coming into COPA.
    But the  management wants to see the profitability in Sales employee level also.
    I am able to give the sales employee wise details in FI but in SD vao1 while I create a sales order the sales employee field in account assignments is blocked.
    I gave the same information in the other tab Partner function, but still I am not able to see the transaction in COPA  at sales employee level.
    Also please let me know if I have make all the characteristics I am seeing in COPA S mandatory like(WBS element, sales order, sales employee, ) mandatory or is it sufficient that I keep only profit center as a mandatory field.
    I feel profit center should be kept as mandatory field in SD and FI posting while remaining are all optional.
    Please explin me how I should unblock the sales employee in Va01 and also let me know the logic why we have to keep the fields optional or mandatory.
    Please assist me.

    Leave the fields as they are.. NO need to make any thing as optional or mandatory
    Include the sales employee as partner fucntion in your sales order... You also need to write derivation rules in KEDR for the same
    You will need to write 2 derivation rules for each partner function
    1. In one Der Rule, make the sale order item KDPOS as constant value 0000
    2. In the other one, dont make it a constant....Leave it as it is

  • Assign personal as sales employee

    Hi experts,
    If I want to assign a personal as sales employee for a certain customer, do I just need to make the assignment in "partner function" of the customer: to add the "Sales Employee" partner function and enter the personal nr. created by HR? Or do I need to take care of other changes, like to change something in the personal master data with VPE2?

    Hi,
    In case you have HR implemented, u can set up partner determination in customizing and also make changes in customer master for the customer if the sales employee is static or make sales employee mandatory while entering the order.
    Sales employee is represented as PE/AF in partner determination.

    if i enter sales employee manually in sales order it should not allow me to enter and it should give message this employee in inactive status so that user will under stand accordingly.
    this employee number we are entering in sales order manually it's not copying from customer.

  • Changing of Sales Employee in Sales order

    Dear Experts,
    We wish to disable the changing of Sales employee in a sales order in VA02 mode. However, in VA01 we need to keep it open for editing.
    We have also tried through the customising in partner determination procedure but could not achieve the desired scenario as it disables ALL changes to the partner, both in VA01 & VA02.
    Moreover, we have tried through the Function module MV45AFZZ, as one of the messages in the forum suggested, for a similar case, but unfortunately could not call up the particular field in there for the sales employee. At best it responds to KUAGV-KUNNR, where as the sales employee is much below that.
    The soonest help is pleaded for.

    Thanks for the prompt response, but we did try as sugested for the user exitbut unfortunately we are unable to call up the screen field : GVS_TC_DATA-REC-PARTNER for the purpose.
    You would recall that the said field is identified by the partner function VE (Sales employee) and we intend to identify and attack THIS field for our purpose.
    Any further pointers please?

    I don't get clearly, but mean here your sales order doesn't exist in your cube or ODs in BW.
    If so check the delta load has been done or not.
    Before that check in tables VBAK (Header data) and  VBAP (Item data) , wheather your sales order exists.

    Is their any best way to find the list confirmed open sales order list. because i am working on one report, where user will run the report in foreground.
    the problem is we dont have time period field as a input parameter. i found some table like V_VMVAC to list  the unconfirmed sales order. In same way do we have any other tables. or any other to list these confirmed open sales order.

    You can use open order report VA05.
    Once you executed with date selection parameters, in the output report, you can sort the column status. The status with "OPEN" displays the sales order items that are confirmed but not delivered.

    I want to do SALES Employee mandatory on sales doc. item level, once i have gone through customization i did it check BOX on but once i save there where no effect, that check BOX still blank

    i earlier i unable to save due to VE and PE confusing partner function but now i have to save the setting means check BOX marked but still there where not effect.
    Again i want to tell you the requirement i have to do Mandatory Partner function (Sales Employee) on sales order item level,may be that will be PE or VE i m not sure....
    Management want to track like who is the owner of this business at the per item level for incentives purpose and after that marketing team can analyze the incentive or commission by the end of the every months from early this practice is going on but every sales order or every line item every time user not used to fill sales employee so that i have to do Mandatory, If any user creating sales order and if in sales order there end of line item means 2-3- 5-10-50...so on....may be every item has different sales employee and all has to be complete or els sales order should be pending or sales order not going to save...

    Hi vishal!
    Yes, you can put in the sales order the employee that picked the sales order and the employee that is registering the order in the system.
    To do this, you need to create a partner procedure and assign it in your sales order/contract or others sales documents that you have.
    The partners can be maintained in the sold-to-party, or you can define in your partner procedure that you have a mandatory partner and the user that is registering the sales order in the system need to put manually the partner.
    There are some ways to achieve this.

  • Auto fill Sales Order "Sales Employee" with "Owner"

    I would like to auto fill the "Sales Employee" in a Sales Order based on the assigned Sales Employee in HR for the user/owner that is logged in.  I would only want this to work on the initiate Add of the document.
    Can this be only done with a Stored Procedure based on 'A'dd type? If so can someone provide the programming?

    SP is not a proper tool for your goal. You are not allowed to update table through SP.
    Only FMS would be the right tool here.

    One of my client is having sales offices through out india with sales employees working at each locations. Client wants that whenever any sales employees access SAP business One and enter Leads in CRM, that sales employees should not be displayed other customer except the customer he has been assigned. May i know is this possible ?

    Now Samir has been allotted following customer
    --  XYZ Ltd
    --  LMN Ltd..
    Atul has been allotted following customer
    -- ABC Ltd.
    -- GHI Ltd
    Now Whenever Samir wants to enter data in CRM, he should only be displayed the customer list he has been allotted ie XYZ Ltd & LMN Ltd.... and not other sales person customer. Is this possible ? If yes then how ?

    For your requirement, you needn't to implement HR-Module.
    To Create Sales Personnel in SAP
    T. Code: VPE1
    You have to Maintain Parner Determination in SPRO:
    SPRO --> IMG --> SD --> BAsic Functions --> PArtner Determination -->SEt up Partner Determination
    As you want it in Sales Order (say, At Header), Click:
    -->Set Up Partner Determination for Sales Document Header
    Select TA - Standard Order.
    Now, From Left-hand side tree, click on:
    Partner determination procedure assignment.
    Here assign TA to your Sales Doc type (Say, OR - Sales Order).
    Again from Left-hand tree, select
    Account groups - Function Assignment
    Here, Linl all Customer Acct Grps to PE/ VE
    Now in Sales Order (T. Code: VA01/ 02), to include Sales Employee:
    Goto --> Header --> Partner
    here, in Column Partner. Function: Select VE/ PE as defined for Sales Employee.

    There is no st report available as per your req.
    Using SQVI, you develope one report that is list of sales orders based on your req.
    SQVI is used to convert a Quick View into a query.
    Quick Viewer:
    The Quick Viewer allows you to define reports without having to program yourself. The Quick
    Viewer is especially useful for new users and occasional use.
    Quick Viewer is a tool for generating reports. SAP Query offers the user a whole range of options for defining reports. SAP Query also supports different kinds of reports such as basic lists, statistics, and ranked lists. Quick Viewer, on the other hand, is a tool that allows even relatively inexperienced users to create basic lists.
    Quick View definitions are user-dependent. You can transfer a Quick View into SAP Query in order to make reports, for example, accessible to additional users, or to use the other functions available in SAP Query.
    The following is a comparison of Quick Views and queries:
    Quick Views possess the same functional attributes as queries. However, only basic lists may be defined with Quick Views.
    In contrast to queries, no user group assignment is necessary with Quick Views. Each user has his/her own personal list of Quick Views. Quick Views cannot be exchanged between users. Quick Views may, however, be converted to queries and then be made available to other users in a specific user group.
    Info Sets are not required for Quick View definition. Whenever you define a Quick View, you can specify its data source explicitly.     SQVI Table Quick viewer – Used to created quick client dependent reports
    Probably the easiest and most flexible way to do this is thru one of the ABAP query transactions.
    Transaction SQVI can do this and it has a very good help function that explains how it works... the drawback is that it is only for one user.
    You can play around with it and see if it meets your needs...
    The query results will come back in an ALV Grid or Excel... you can select what fields are returned, and have a selection screen to enter the search criteria.
    You can get the report by joining the tables VBAK and VBAP.
