Organizer view

I know it's probably something basic, but how do i get my Mediasource to open up in Organizer view, rather than Player view please ?

There is no option to customize the details/filenames shown in grid. You can only see filename, date of capture, star rating, tags/albums etc with the thumbnail on the grid.

  • Photo rotaion in organize view different than edit view & slideshow

Photo rotaion in organize view different than edit view & slideshow. The fact that the power supply to the computer was accidentally disconnected while I was working in iPhoto no doubt was the cause of this phenom.
Any suggestions as to how to re-sync the rotations back up?

Thanks for the tip. I wasn't aware of the use of theses two keys simultaneously. It occured to me after this post to just trash the whole library which I had just created for this particular group of photos and re-import the photos to a newly re-created library. I still had the camara connected so as it turned out it was fairly easy. Now that I think about it, if this hadn't been a newly created library just for this group of photos it wouldn't have worked so simply, so I guess I discovered another benifit for having multiple libraries.
I'm glad you recomended the apple/alt key combo though as this knowledge no-doubt will come in handy at some time.

  • Photo folders in Organizer view.

I have Photoshop Elements 12. In organizer view, the file tree in left pane does not match the photo files I have set up in my MS Windows Pictures folder. It just has files by date and not all of them. Can I get it to reflect the files I have made? Thanks so much.

    Yes,
What you are seeing by default is shown as 'My folders' view. It's a flat alphabetical list of the last level subfolders in which you have media files.
Click on the little yellow icon just right of the 'My folders' title bar, and you switch to the 'Folders' view which reflects what you see in your explorer. The difference is that by default, you see only subfolders having image files; if you want to display subfolders without image files, right click on the master folder and choose to show empty folders; that choice is not sticky.

  • Artist and Album Panes in Organizer View of Media Sourc

When I plug in my older Zen Nomad, I see three panes in the organizer view for the player's library (select the player in the Sources pane)?-- the larger track pane to the right, full height, and an artist and album pane in the middle, split vertically. When I plug in my new Zen Vision:M, I only see the single track listing pane when I select the player (or select the Music folder). The artist and album panes are missing. I can't find any way to make them visible. How do I do that? Thanks much,Paul?

Right now, I have have everything installed on my PC?(MediaSource, both plug-ins, and the NOMAD driver). Obviously both devices have their firmware installed. ;-)? Everything is working, except for the inability to browse the Vision:M as a "music library." I had previously updated the NOMAD's firmware to the latest?..0, and I haven't changed it for all this. The Vision:M was already running the latest PlaysForSure?.20.02 firmware when I received it, so I didn't touch that. For the uninstall/reinstall discussed above, I was only changing software on my PC. I'm using MediaSource Player/Organizer 5.0.38. The NOMAD plug-in is the Creative Zen and NOMAD Jukebox Plugin 5.00.22. The NOMAD driver is the Creative Zen and Jukebox Driver 2.0.00. The Vision:M plug-in is the Creative PlaysForSure Devices Plugin 5.00.36. I tried software both from the Vision:M CD (which installed that horrible web based organizer), and from the downloads section of Creative's support web site (which is what I have installed now). Looking at the compatibility notes for all the software, it doesn't look like I can go back to the older MediaSource 3.30.2 I was using with the NOMAD?and use any available?Vision:M plug-in with it, so I didn't try rolling MediaSource back. It seems from my testing that the PlaysForSure?plug-in/drivers for the Vision:M do not present the device to MediaSource as something that is a "music library" and therefore MediaSource does not browse it with the same interface as it does the NOMAD. As I mentioned, it's already become pretty silly to try and browse just the 20 albums I've loaded so far, when all I can do is navigate to the Music folder and see a list of all the individual tracks. I can't even find a way to browse a list of albums or artists -- all I can do is sort by those columns which has very limited usability. Any ideas or tips appreciated. I'm guessing most people use some other software for managing their Vision:M libraries. What do they use? I had gotten used to MediaSource with the NOMAD and was hoping I could still use it for both. Thanks,Paul?Message Edited by AgileLogic on 0--200706:50 AM

  • Attaching Explorer File Name in Organizer View

In PS5 is there any way to get the explorer file name to appear with each thumbnail in organizer view ?

In Organizer Preferences (General), check Show File Names in Details. Then
in Folder View, check Details and adjust the size of the thumbnails so that
four or less are displayed in one row.

  • Open in Organizer View?

I seem to remember something in Photoshop Elements 3.0 or before, where one could set a preference or something to have the program always open in Organizer view (or Editing view, if one preferred).
Is there something like that in Elements 4.0? (Some on my home network will never edit, so I want them to be able to see their catalog without having to click something on the startup screen.)

Yes, within the Welocome screen somewhere there is a choice - I think it is from a pull down at the bottom of the Welcome screen - but I am not on that system right now to verify.

  • Organization View for Succesion Planning-My Org. Units!

    Hi,
We are in process of implementing Nakisa (Release: 301_701) with EHP4
for few components including Succession Planning.
We have completed Admin settings for Succession Planning. When we log
in to End User section for succession planning & go to My Work
Area>>Visualize>>My Org. Units- Initially it was giving error "Cannot
find the root of your orgchart. The orgchart box may have been deleted
or incorrectly specified, or no valid org structure can be found for
the selected effective date. Please change the root of the chart or
    select another effective date".
After closer inspection & using debugging for RFC
HRMSS_GET_ORGSTRUCTURE_AS_XML, we got to know that there are few
Organization Views which are hard coded (somewhere) but were not
present in OADP configuration for MSS. These Org. views are (1)
    TMC_O_S_CP_SUPO (2) TMC_O_S_CP_ORG (3) TMC_O_S_CP_POS. I tried to add
these Org. views with relevant configuration (not sure about it
correctness)in OADP configuration. Surprisingly, system has started
showing responsible Org. Unit for Talent specialist. But still it is
not showing all the Org. Units inside Responsible Org. Unit & also not
showing the positions inside it. I think I'm going wrong in assigning
Evaluation paths to these Object Selection rules because I do not know
the purpose of each of these Organization Views. I tried to find some
information in User guides & SDN but failed to got something relevant.
    Please Help!

Can you confirm that you have
Activated (in SAP) the business function HCM_TMC_CI_1 ?
      Installed the Nakisa Add On?
      Installed the Nakisa transport?
I don't recognise those view names.  In the EhP4 system I'm looking at, these are the only TMC* views defined:
TMC_DI_REP_B     Direct Reporting Structure (Bottom Up)
TMC_DI_REP_T     Direct Reporting Structure (Top Down)
    TMC_EE_DIR     Direct Reports
    TMC_EE_ORG1     Employees from Organizational Units
    TMC_EE_ORG2     Employees from Organizational Structure
    TMC_EE_SRCH     Who's Who
TMC_FN_JF     Job Architecture (Top Down) Overview
    TMC_FN_JF_C_S     Job Architecture (Top Down)
TMC_IN_REPTA_DT     Indir. Position Hierarchy (Top Down, 1 Level) with Data View
TMC_IN_REPTB_DT     Position: Successor (CP), Holder (P), SBS, Key, HAS_SUBP

  • Change Maintain Organization Views configurations in IMG

    Hi,
We want to use the same organization view for all GRC components. Therefore I want to change the settings in the IMG Node u2018Governance, Risk and Complianceu2019 u2013 u2018Shared Master Data Settingsu2019 u2013 u2018Maintain Organization Viewsu2019 u2013 u2018Maintain Organization Views configurationsu2019. Currently the tabe is filled as follows:
    002 / GRC-AC / Standard Hierarchy / Standard Hierarchy / Default view
    002 / GRC-PC / Standard Hierarchy / Standard Hierarchy / Default view
    003 / GRC-RM / Risk Hierarchy / Risk Hierarchy / Default view
I have recently created these entries myself since the original table was empty (I copied these settings from another environment). This results in all my RM risks currently connected to organizations from the standard hierarchy. However I cannot change them, since the Risk Hierarchy does not contain anything.
I would like to allign all three components and configure the table as follows:
    002 / GRC-AC / Standard Hierarchy / Standard Hierarchy / Default view
    002 / GRC-PC / Standard Hierarchy / Standard Hierarchy / Default view
    002 / GRC-RM / Standard Hierarchy / Standard Hierarchy / Default view
However when I try to delete the row with '003' and create the italic one, GRC won´t allow me to save it, since I cannot change the default view for application component Risk Management.
Does anyone have a suggestion how to solve this problem?
    Thanks a lot,
    Joris

    Hi Roberto,
To solve the problem, please follow the following steps (in the exact order):
    - Go to IMG node "Activate Applicactions in Client"
    - Disable the applications where you want to change the organization view
    - Go to IMG node "Maintain Organization Views"
    - Adjust the view as required (it is now possible to change the default view for the disabled components)
    - Go back to the IMG Node "Activate Applications in Client"
    - Enable the applications again
    - Check the workflow post installation again (there were some problems at my instance, although I´m not sure whether that has been caused by these steps).
Please let me know if this solves the problem.

  • Remove MSS organizational view

    Hi guys,
Within MSS Team View, we're trying to remove "Who's Who" View from the drop-down list box of the employee selection. I've gone to
SPRO > Integration with Other mySAP.com Components > Business Packages > Manager Self-Service (mySAP ERP) > Object and Data Provider > Organizational Structure View > Group Organizational Struture Views
Selected MSS_TMV_EE and entered "0" for Who's Who. But it has no effect. Can anyone advise if this the correct way to do it? Thanks!

that will not solve your issue.
you have to create a new z one ZMSS_TMV_EE and assing all the organizational views except the Who''s Who and you have to set this in the iview property.

  • Organizer view has no spaces between the pictures.  How do I see the arrows to see the elements of a version set

My organizer view does not look like the view in the tutorials.  The photos are all lined up in a solid mass with no gray space in between.  I can't see arrows to view elements of a version set, and the photos are difficult to pick out individually.  I thought about just deleting all the photos and importing them again, but I can't because the program keeps saying they are already in the organizer.   When I delete the album the photos are in, they are still in the organizer and still in a solid mass. I also can't seem to find any way to delete the sample photos.  So I have two questions: how to delete photos from the program and how to fix the view.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

Go to the View menu and select Details or Ctrl & D
It changes back to the classic grid display
To delete pictures from the catalog, select the picture(s) and then press the Delete key. You will then be asked if you want to also delete them from the hard drive. Make your own choice as required.

  • Create the personnel cost plan in the organizational view

    Respect to Hcm consultants,
what does "create the personnel cost plan in the organizational view" mean? I mean how do i create PCP in organizational view and i create them in controlling view. whats the difference between both of them and how to access both of them as well.
your feed back would be highly appreciated.
    Regards
    Waqas Anwar

    Hi,
you have to run your object data selection for multi years as well. First do this for the person, tha n do it for the position, than for the job. Than you can delete the data from the position and automatically the data from the job is taken (in average) for the position for the period you select.
A thing that you have to keep in mind for multi period runs is that it creates thousands and thousand of records. Runtime is therefore long and extraction to BW is also hard to create due to this. If it is possible to cut it in to pieces, this is advisable.
    regards,

  • Modification or Default Setting for Organization Viewer

Is there a way to set the Organization Viewer in Spaces to show the whole organization as a default?
Currently when a user logs in it shows were the user sits in the orginization, but you have to exspand everything to see the orginization as a whole. We would like for the Organization View display to a Public user and display the Org chart for the First 3 Top levels of the orginization.
Is there a way we can do this, or is there a way to modify it in Jdeveloper or a Presenter template?

If you set up a blank document the way you'd like with fonts, styles, margins, tabs, etc. & save it as a template, it will show up in the Template Chooser. You can then set this template as the default for all new Pages documents in Preferences.

  • Cannot see thumbnails in Organize view in iPhoto 4

When I download new photos or look at one of my saved rolls, the pictures are all there but I cannot see them in the thumbnail view, only one at a time, so I cannot organize them into albums. This has happened since last October--prior to that, the thumbnails were there. Did I mess something up in another folder somewhere?
    Thank you
    Crablady

Hi, crablady, and welcome to Apple Discussions. It's very unlikely that you've caused your problem by meddling with any "other" folder. But if, back in October, you meddled with the contents of the iPhoto Library folder inside your Pictures folder when the iPhoto application wasn't open, that explains your problem.
Hold down the Shift and Option keys while starting iPhoto, and keep holding them down until you're asked whether you want to rebuild the library. Click "Yes", then click "Save".
This will create a new, rebuilt iPhoto Library_1 folder inside your Pictures folder. If it opens up properly in iPhoto, displaying things as you expect it to, you can trash the Original iPhoto Library folder and empty the trash to recover storage space. If the new library isn't right either, trash it instead of the original iPhoto Library folder, and post back here for further advice.
When iPhoto isn't running, it expects you to leave the contents of your iPhoto Library folder strictly alone. Everything in that folder is arranged precisely the way iPhoto needs it to be arranged, and any disturbance in there will throw things out of whack.

    hi,
check if you have assigned a partner function of
the partner function type 'Legal Unit' to the partner grouping that
is assigned to the document type you use for the process.
