OSD Task Sequence fails with "There are no task sequences available for this computer"

Let me preface this by saying that I have read at least 100 forum posts with people having similar issues. However, none of the solutions in those
posts have worked for me.
The Problem: SCCM 2012 R2 will not image unknown computers.
The task sequence gives the error "There are no task sequences available for this computer." As soon as that error occurs, SCCM places an Unknown entry into the All Systems collection. I have been imaging unknown computers, without fail, for
4 months and no environmental changes have been made. NOTE: I am using USB media, not PXE.
What I've Tried:
Checked for duplicate SMSBIOS GUIDS in the console, none.
Checked for duplicate MAC Addresses in the console, none.
Checked for expired certificates, none.
Recreated Boot Media, twice.
Deleted the Unknown entry and retried, SCCM just recreates the Unknown entry.
Deleted all of my task sequence deployments, and then redeployed them each to All Systems (Only Boot Media and PXE) and to Unknown Systems (Only Boot Media and PXE)
I have also ran the following in the SQL Server Management Studio;
SELECT
* FROM
ResPolicyMap WHERE
machineid = 0 and
PADBID IN
(SELECT
PADBID FROM PolicyAssignment
WHERE BodyHash
IS NULL)
No result
Select
* From
vMacAddresses Where
MacAddresses = '00:00:00:00:00:00'
This displays an entry for every time that I have tried to image the unknown machine attached to the MAC Address with a different ItemKey and SMS_Unique_Identifier for each entry.
Added the machine manually using Import Computer Information, immediately recognized the Task Sequences that I have advertised to the All Systems collection.
Any and all assistance is welcome, I am going on the third straight day of dead ends. Below I have tried my best to post the entire SMSTS Log;

    Kindly let me know if there are special discount offers available for IBM employees ?

    Many companies have EPP (Employee Purchase Programs) with Apple.  You need to check your benefits programs offerred by IBM.  It will basically be a URL to an EPP login page for the Apple Store.
    NOTE:  I do not think there is any discount on iPhones.
    I have observed that the discounts tend to be around 8% on Pro equipment and 6% on consumer products.  But some items the discounts vary depending on the product.  And in some cases there is no discount.
    Again, check with your IBM benefits.

    I think the problem is that as the error message says, you don't have enough network interfaces available.
    The installation process creates a network bridge and therefore you need 3 network interfaces: eth0 ist for management access, eth1 and eth2 are the ports for the bridge (an IP will not be assigned for these two interfaces) and at last the br0 interface. When you don't provide enough interfaces during the installation process, the bridge will not be configured and this could be the problem.

    Probably because you haven't updated iTunes to version 10.7.

  • How do I create a screensaver from an mov file that other mac user can download? Is there free software or shareware available for this?

    I have seen iScreensaver and PulpMotion and several others but I simply wish to convert an mov file to a screensaver that other mac can download. I haven't been able to come across a tutorial for this that works on Lion. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

    Does anybody know how to do this without iDVD?
    You can't.  You MUST buy iDVD.
    Tell Apple how you feel.  They do read these comments, and often react.  Be nice.

    http://www.apple.com/feedback/
    (On the above link, you will notice under Mac apps they do indeed show, iDVD!)
    If that doesn't work you can purchase iLife 11 on disk (don't get the download) for about $29. You WILL get iDVD.
    or if you like downloads, go to the Apple Store via the Store button at the top, (not the App Store) and look for iLife 11 it will list iWeb and iDVD.  It IS available online.

  • Mac os 9.1 upgrade to tiger - im sure there are postings i will search for

    im sure there is some documentation on this issue i will try to search for it in the mean time i thought it would be reasonable to post my issue as an alternate source of aid,
    imac with proper system requirements to upgrade to tiger, i never did and upgrade to os x and i unfortunately didnt read or do research prior to installing, when i put the tiger disc in i followed the instructions and restarted, prior to installing anything the os x cd stated that i need to upgrade my firmware then promted me to restart again, upon restart i got blank screen and now the imac power button lights up however the hard drive kicks in then powers down and the mac wont boot, beep, or display any screen images whatsoever, prior to install/upgrade attempt the imac was having trouble with holding the date and time settings, im not sure if that is related to the now non-booting/blank screen issue, i have read a rew articles on the firmware/tiger upgrade issue, i was wondering if there are any fixes or repairs for this issue, any questions please ask ill give you what information i can, thanks

    Hi, denderah -
    Welcome to Apple's Discussions.
    The Disuccsions forum software somteimes (for unknown reasons) mangles a posted link to another forum page. Here's a repaired link to the page eww referred to -
    http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=607420
    Re the changing date & time, that is a clear indication that the internal battery in your iMac needs to be replaced. That battery, which is used to maintain PRAM and clockchip settings, will wear out over time - the expected life is only about 4 to 5 years. Leaving the iMac unplugged regularly (such as on weekends or overnight) will shorten its life considerably.
    For some models of iMacs, the early ones I believe, replacing the battery is not an intended user-level thing to do; on those it is a good idea to take it to an AASP to have it done.

  • Post Upgrade to R2: Task Sequence Fails with 0x80070057

    one SCCM 2012 server for a while now (June/July of 2013) and have had no issues with OSD's and software deployments.  Today I decided to upgrade to R2 from CU3 and I thought the upgrade process went really well.  But after the upgrade
    I attempted to perform an OSD & it failed with error 0x80070057 before the Task Sequence selection.
    I had that problem ages ago when I first started using SCCM, but that was due to a missing boundary group.  I got that straightened out in June/July of 2013 and, OSD's & software deployments have been working fine since.
    All the boundary groups are still defined

    Could this be an IIS problem?

    I've had problems after the R2 upgrade and had to reinstall PXE/WDS on Distribution Point to resolve.

    I am facing issue in OS deployment my machine PXE boot successfully but on the step of apply operating I got an error "task sequence failed with error code 0x80070002"
    I see lot of thread describes to add Network Access Account I already added but still I receive same error please help
    Usama Arif

    i had this happen on two of my dp's the other day.  It drove me nuts,  I ended up  removing the DP Role,  removing the server from SCCM
    I then deleted all files on the  'D :'  drive
    after everything was deleted, I re-added the  Server to SCCM and gave it the DP Role back.
    I then added the DP Back to the  DP Group to receive all packages that was on it before.    then finally once everything was re-uploaded my users were able to pxe boot again

  • SCOM 2012 SP1 "Task invocation failed with error code -2146232576"

    Hi,
    I`m trying to discover a Linux RHEL 5.9 Server which is in another untrusted domain and from the Discovery wizard I receive the following error:
    Task invocation failed with error code -2146232576. Error message was 0x80131700.
    Any ideas ?
    Greetings.

    Hi,
    @Simon, I restart the SCOM services and I also verify the UAC and it's disabled.
    @Mai Ali, thank you for you reply. I don't have a "&" symbol in my password, but only a "$" ..I hope it's fine.
    If the SCOM discovery doesn't work, I installed the agent manually on the Linux server.
    BTW I also use a "monuser" account configured using this procedure:
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/7375.configuring-sudo-elevation-for-unix-and-linux-monitoring-with-system-center-2012-operations-manager.aspx
    I also verify the ports 22 and 5723 and are opened, but I also noticed that if you restart the scxadmin, is listening on HTTPS on port 1207.
    Now..if I try to re-discover the Linux server from SCOM, I receive the following error:
    "The pool managing the instance is not available or the location monitoring object cannot be found"

    I am trying to log onto my wireless connection but it keeps telling me I'm unable to locate any wireless network.  I know there are several networks nearby. Is this a problem with my phone or my router?

    I found a solution that has worked on both iPhone 4's I have that have had the same issues, and also including not being able to download updates in the App store.
    Go to Settings > WiFi and turn it OFF.
    Next go to General > Cellular > Cellular Data and turn it OFF
    Next go back to Settings > WiFi and turn it ON, (wait a few seconds for it to sync with your network)
    Finally go back to General > Cellular > Cellular Data and turn it ON.
    I had the same issues on both my wife's phone, and my own, and it fixed it immediately without changing any proxy settings or reboots, (which I did try on my phone and did not work, but did not try on my wife's phone)
    Hope this helps!

  • Can I make rman inform/fail if there are offline datafiles?

    Hi all,
    IS there any method that rman can warn we about offline datafiles(also when those files are accessible)?
    I want to make a full database backup and I want rman to warn me or make the backup failed if there are
    some offline datafiles.
    Thanks

    The easiest way to do that will be creating a script to test that condition using sqlplus before invoking the rman backup, because rman does not have an option to stop if there are offline datafiles.
    Regards.
