Our apologies for today's outage

Question

Hi Community Users,
We experienced an outage for about 4-5 hours ago at 3:30pm (GMT-7 Pacific time) . Unfortunately, due to data corruption, we had to roll back to the forum as it was Sunday, 8/4/13.  Messages posted after that time were lost. Please note that this is not a case of deliberate data deletion or censorship but recovery from data corruption. 
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please do not stop from posting in regard to topics interest you. Discussion should progress as usual.

I wouldn't panic if I were you. 3 weeks seems plenty, especially if you do the right thing and buy the Swing book from O'Reilly. Here I attach a little program that should put on you the right way for tabbed panes. You will need two small .gif images - store them in a images/ directory parallel to your sources.
Ah, the IDE. Myself I use JBuilder (free at home) and I write all my code. I stay away from wizards because I want to learn, not to be "magically" working and then hit the ground badly when some of the "magic" doesn't work anymore. With Java this is quite possible.
