When we have sent delist request, someone from Microsoft sent us back another email, asking more questions.

We have replied couple of times, but no reply from Microsoft.
How can we resolve it? We never been sending any spam, our emails are 100% legitimate.
As far as I'm concerned, Microsoft can be liable damages for disrupting legitimate correspondence.
What is the reason for our emails blocked - don't know.

You need to check with the support to get more details and maybe they can provide you more details about the sent e-mails.
It might be that the mails were not sent by one of messaging systems but it can be a virus or a malware program that was sending e--mails from your IP to spam others. I would recommend filtering SMTP traffic to allow only authorized servers and systems to
send mails and to run virus and malware programs identification and removal on your managed systems.

Have this problem over a month now
Afternoon everyone,
Where should I start..
About a month ago my hub started resetting itself whenever I used internet, i spoke to numerous amount of people over at the call centre and about 2 weeks after calling them nearly every day they sent openreach engineer over to my house to check whats going on. He did what he had to do inside my house and outside my house, then he did some tests which all said "passed", but hey after the visit i went straight on my computer and checked the speeds which were at about 1mb at the time which still are not good enough considering i had 6-8mb about 3 months ago, anyway back on the subject i contacted bt yet again and they said the line needs to be running few days for the connection to stabilise. A week of waiting and still nonthing speeds the same and my hub was still resetting itself but not as often as it used to. After a week I decided im not going to bother with those useless people in the call centre so I emailed bt and started to explain my problem all over again, first they sent an engineer to my exchange to see whats going on there, still nothing improved after that. They then decided that they should send an engineer again which came to my house yesterday and replaced the master socket and also did other things which i didnt see. He then like the first engineer did some tests and he said that the speed hes getting from the master socket is 9.7mb i was all excited that i finally got back speeds i used to have about 3months ago but hey, went on the computer straight away after the visit and the speeds were at 500kb/s. I had an idea today that maybe i should bring my computer downstairs with the hub and connect it to the master socket but still nothing.. same speeds and the hub is still resetting from time to time, if i counted correctly the hub resetted 7 times today and 4/7 of them resets the hub didnt connect to the broadband for about an hour and on one reset it didnt connect for 4 hours the rest connected in about a minute. This is really going beyond a joke now, really unuhappy with the whole situation which i repeat had for over a MONTH now. Im thinking of changing to another ISP and as bt said if i change from bt to any isp the problem will still remain id prefer to talk to normal people and not the callcentre which as a matter of fact everybody knows is useless and you can barely understand what they are trying to say due to obvious reasons.

I am trying to download the new software for my Iphone the 6.01 iso for some reason it's not working and it's been like this for over 2 months now. it say's that it downloadable but it's not allowing me to do so.
Make sure you have the lattest iTunes installed > hold the power down and the home buttom on your phone at the same time till your phone turns off > turn it back on > plug into your computer > try to redownload and update your phone.
See if that helps.
P.S Holding down your power button and home just soft resets your phone. -
I have contacted apple support for itunes many many times and no results. I can tell you there support group is not us based. One person I got was in germany I believe the other in Ireland. one went on vacation the other took over and now no emails at all on the status of my account thats been locked for over a month with no resolution in site. Isnt this a publicly traded company? Does anybody know how to get a hold of the board or someone above the service providers Im dealing with or a phone number? Emails are great but there no resolution from a person that can hide behind a computer screen.
hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music' then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

My cable provider changed (buy out or something) about a year ago but left my email address alone.
Confirmed with the current carrier that my incoming/outgoing settings are correct and my email address doesn't need to be migrated.
When I click "Get Mail," nothing happens: no error message. It has been like this for a month.
I can check webmail, but it doesn't have my older emails or folders. I would love to get back on and spit everything out of Thunderbird. I did an internet search (including this forum) but haven't found anything useful.

I cant get help for same issue lasting over 19 months now!!!
This is a long issue here but everything is available to see per Verizon in the notes. I have tried many many times to get assistance and I am getting no where with the many customer service reps that I have spoken to.
The issue started in September 2013 with my home fusion account. I had had it for several months with no issues. Then 1 day after my billing schedule I started receiving text messages saying my usage was almost over the 10GB again in 1 day. I called to ask customer service what the deal was. I was told that perhaps since its just the 1 day after my billing schedule perhaps the system is just overlapping. I was told to give it a few days and it should straighten itself out. I did as told but kept receiving the text messages saying the overage was still pulling GB. I called back and a new gentleman told me to go ahead and unplug the unit until we figure it out. I did as told. However by this point I had racked up about $1500 of overages. The tech department could not say anything but that it was some cloud based service pulling the GB. We have no such thing and live on 30 acres in the woods with no one around as they said perhaps someone else was using our wifi. That wasn't possible but yet they still said it was something we did. After some months going back and forth we finally agreed on a settling point where they paid a small portion and I paid the majority. fast forward three months or so and I was still being charged the $100 month for a unit I was told to unplug. I called and said this was suppose to be cancelled back in October when we had the issues as we were not going to chance having another issue like this. They lady said dhe would take care of it. A few months later I called from the Verizon store and talked with another gentleman. Again he said yes I see all the notes and issues and he would send up a note to the home fusion department to have that cancelled. I was ok with that. A few more motnhs go by and I STILL was being charged the $100 fee. I called again spoke to another lady and again was told it would be taken care of. Then in about june or July 14 I called again and got to speak with a supervisor again. She looked in the notes, agreed it was suppose to be done sometime ago. I ask her how will that work with a refund as I been paying all this time for something unplugged that was suppose to be canceled. She said what I needed to do as the amount was too high for her to approve was email corporate. I got the information from her and did so. At that point I thought it was cancelled and then now I need to just figure out the refund part with corporate. Now all the sudden the charge appears back on my account. When I call they said it was suspended for vacation. Why would I need to suspend the account for vacation when it had not been used nor showed usuage on their end in nearly a year. So here we are now. After many emails to distrist managers, dozens of calls to customer service, and more no one has ever called back to follow up like many of the reps said they would. I was told there would be a $200 cancellation fee in the beginning when I was told to unplug device which I was fine with as I couldn't afford another $1500 bill if the receiver went crazy again.. 19 MONTHS later this is still not solved and NO ONE has done anything they promised in regards to contacting me after I say that that's what the last rep said and they said NO but we definently will. What do I do?The only sort of credit I was recieved was yesterday because apparently in
October 14 instead of cancelling the person suspended the account for
vacation use and it came back on and I was being charged again for last few
months so they returned $198 for the last couple months of charges but then
charged me $140 to cancel. The deal is this should have been canceled in
early 14 and I can not get anyone to help in regards to all those months I
was charged then. The rep yesterday kept trying to send me to financial
care to discuss that but I know good and we'll that financial care can not
handle any credits etc. So it was a year of left I was being charged. As
far as tickets they had opened tickets in the past in regards why the
overage occurred which we "resolved" but my issue has been the lack of
cancellation after many request way prior and the fact I was told to unplug
the unit in case it was the unit. It was unplugged in Sept 2013 and never
plugged back in. They show no use had ever been used since then, they know
we had a issue, but still charged me for a year for the service. The other
part that really bothers me was when the overage was occurring was they
said they would upgrade it to tech. I called back 2 weeks later and it
still hadnt been upgraded to tech. As soon as it was upgraded they called
and said jnplug. But during that 2 week period it caused a $1000 of
overage. I have email confirmations of this where the tech apologized for
not getting it up the the correct department but said I was still liable
for the charged occurring through that time even though if he would have
sent it that day instead of 2 weeks later we would have known to unplug
then and avoid that extra $1000 in charges. I have and would be willing to
share those emails with anyone. I was put in a corner to try and pay that
so that my phone lines would stay active as verizon is the only thing that
works here and they said it would go against my credit. Again email
aknowledgement saying they didn't get the issue up to the tech for 2 weeks
and during that time the issue ran many GB but I was still responsible for
the charges even though when they did get it to them like they were suppose
to the first time problem was "solved" right away by being told to unplug
unit. Even when I tell reps that I have all these emails from techs
adwaynd reps showing these things they have never asked to see them or
anything. They say no computer says it was your fault. I just don't
understand.

Faulty line for over a month now but BT says it is...
Has anyone got any suggestions, please? I reported a faulty line on 22nd April - it had an increasing amount noise on it (which it has had for ages but had become unbearable) including clicking, and my broadband kept dropping. I had done all the usual checks, disconnecting my home equipment and reconnecting it individually, and so on, and had checked my router which was fine. My ISP insisted that it was due to a faulty line and said that I should report it to BT. We have already had a fault repaired on the external line this year and one or two last year.
BT sent out an engineer on 24 April who traced the fault to 143m out from the junction box on our house. He went to junction box two halfway down our drive and found an absolute mess of old cabling which had been patched and cut into and bundled up and patched again, in the 50 pair cable feeding our telephone service 35 pairs were unuseable and the cable very old and damaged.
He put in a report saying that the manhole in the street needed investigating and also drew up a plan to have the cable from the street supplying our property to be replaced as it is really unviable it is in such a mess, including the JB2 cabling which has various unused and dead cables involved as well as those supplying our house). He contacted me to let me know that his manager had approved the cable replacement.
On April 30 two engineers attended and found the cable lying in water at the bottom of the manhole with our wires all corroded. They cut the wire back and recrimped it and then tied the cable up out of the water with a bit of blue nylon rope that was already down the manhole. They also looked at JB2 and agreed that the cabling needed to be sorted out. The engineers told me that someone would be out to sort out JB2 and left. After their recrimping our wires in the manhole our voice service has improved - there is still some hissing but no clicking - but the line is still unable to carry data consistently and our broadband continues to drop.
However on my BT online account later that day the fault was shown as having been fixed. I confirmed that the line was still faulty, however the case was closed anyway by 5th May even though no further work was done. I rang customer services (again - another hour or two on the phone!) and they were very apologetic and said they would reopen the case. However they did not - instead they opened a new case on 6th May, even though it is the same fault as reported on 22nd April.
Later on 6th May my account showed that the line had been fixed and the case closed, which I saw on the 7th and reopened it. On the 8th it showed that BT was going to investigate the fault and an hour later they shut the case again, saying it had been fixed. On the 9th I reopened it again. I rang customer services again, and they said that as the case had been closed I would have to start all over and have an engineer come out to check my equipment and line at my property. We were going away on holiday for a week so I booked the appointment for the first working day after our return - 20th May.
On the morning of 20th May I checked our online account and it showed that the case had been closed again. I rang customer services and sure enough the engineer's appointment had been cancelled. So I made a new appointment for 23rd May. The engineer has been today and tested the line from the junction box on the outside of our house (which is a good distance from our master socket) and said that while the line could carry voice it was not good enough to carry data properly. He looked into JB2 and the manhole in the street (which of course he is not allowed to go into to do anything so he can only look) and said that the cable was old and damaged and need to be replaced!
I watched him type up his report and upload it to BT Openreach, stating that the fault was not repaired and that the cable needed to be replaced. A couple of hours later I looked on my online account and found, with no real surprise, that the fault was showing as having been repaired and if I agreed they would shut the case down!
The engineer and I have worked out an inexpensive way of replacing the cable which requires a minimum amount of excavation along the tarmac'd drive (which we only have a right of way over anyhow), instead of which the cable could be continued along the wall down to the pavement and then taken down and into the nearest manhole which is two feet from the wall.
He has sent the A55 form in to his manager stating that the cable should be replaced in this way, (just as the last engineer did), so how can this fault be showing as fixed?
In the meantime my broadband provider Demon can see that the broadband keeps dropping, but they apparently can't do much about it. They buy ADSL provision from Cable & Wireless, who rent the line from BT, but Cable & Wireless can raise a fault with BT if the case is closed. But the BT Openreach engineers are all in agreement and reporting the line as faulty, yet BT is pretending that it has been fixed. Meanwhile my BT bill has arrived as usual and I am being asked to pay both BT and my internet provider as normal for a faulty service.
A month in and I am really at my wits end as to how to get BT to make the necessary repair. BT has claimed the fault has been fixed and closed the case several times since I first reported it on 22nd April, and shows no intention of doing what the engineers are all recommending which is to replace the old, faulty cable. In the meantime I am being hotly pursued by BT to buy BT Infinity Broadband, yet the line isn't fit to carry it, since the copper which runs from the cab in the street is unfit for purpose. Please let me know if you have any suggestions - we have been suffering with this old faulty line for some years now and it is just getting worse and worse.Thanks for your reply John, but while the immediate problem is with the broadband the actual voice fault when it was reported was old damaged cable. All we have been given is a temporary fix, which is what yesterday's engineer put in his report. He showed it to me before he submitted it so I know that is true.
Both engineers who have attended in the last month have come to the same conclusion - that the cable is in a shocking state and needs to be replaced. We may not have a voice problem currently but we have had two repairs for voice this year alone and several over the past few years as our line keeps breaking down. The engineers are working their way through the cable as it corrodes and degrades trying to find clean pairs of copper wire to use. In the meantime we have ongoing problems with our broadband dropping - all because BT won't just get on and replace the cable.
It may be expensive for BT to replace the cable - although the engineer and I have worked out a cheaper way to do it by continuing the wire along with wall down to the street rather than trying to dig up the whole run of cable under our neighbour's newly laid tarmac on the shared drive - but actually since we have to go through this performance of BT engineers followed by Openreach engineers attending our property every few months it seems a false economy to me!
The broadband is just 'hitching a ride' with the copper line, and two engineers have agreed that the copper line is shot to bits. Once again the A55 has been cleared by the local team and passed to planning, because Openreach thinks that the cable needs to be replaced. But the BT computer system keeps shutting it down. I don't think on this occasion that it is reasonable for BT to refuse to deal with me as end user and just hand the problem on to my ISP - there is nothing they can do until the cable is replaced except reiterate what I have already told you. If we are forced to go there, that will simply necessitate another bunch of engineers coming out and looking at the problem all over again - extra expense to BT - why not just get on an fix the problem that we all know is there?
We have considered changing to BT Infinity as our area has fibre, but until the copper between us and the fibre has been replaced there is simply no point in giving even more money to BT for a service that will not be able to run at a good speed. If BT mans up and treats us decently by agreeing to replace the cable we will certainly be looking at Infinity again. -
I'm required to change my exchange email password every 3 months on my work computer. Now I can't get past the incorrect email error on my iPad. It won't accept my new or old exchange password and won't let me get past the error to do anything else on my iPad. Hitting cancel doesn't help, the error just comes back a second later, so my iPad is useless for anything else and I can't get to Settings to either enter the new password for the account or delete and re-enter the account. Is there some kind of soft reset I can do? Any other suggestions?
I saw some other posts on the web and completely powered off of the iPad. Then turned it on again and was able to quickly go to Settings and update the password. So this is no longer an issue for me. Just a pain that this is what I'll have to do every three months when I have to change my exchange password again.

I have two emails with my .mac account...my secondary one (my business) is giving me the message "wrong password"...This happened after my primary email mysteriously came back online after going on vacation for a month. Is there a .mac email problem right now (July 2012)

I haven't been able to open ical for over a month now - getting fed up
Ever since the last update on 10.4.1.1 ical hasn't worked neither has Safari. They open for a few seconds then die.
I have contacted support and had a question on here and nobody is able to help. I have followed the advice from people on here and that advice has not worked.
Not having Safari I can live with because I have switched to using Firefox and that works fine.
ical I find difficult to live without and I subscribe to several calendars and need to use it for business. If I can't get it working very soon then I will switch to using my pc and using Outlook as I did before switching to mac.
Does anyone have any ideas please?

I have tried all available advice on support pages, discussion forums and even detailed info from The X Lab. No luck. The HelveticaNeue font fix from the support page doesn't work. There has to be a systematic problem. You are right--I went back and looked and this seems to have started around the time I did the last Security Update 2008-002 (Universal)
This is costing a lot of time and productivity. We need to hear from Apple! -

Is it just me or are you experiencing the same issues?
This discussion will explain in great detail how you can sync to a new computer. Give it a look. After you get the new computer set up to sync, you can try downloading iMovie in iTunes and then sync it to the iPad.

Now that we have a better idea of what you were trying to do ..... Give this a try. This has worked for a number of people that had issues with apps that would not update.
Check iTunes and see if you have a pending or stalled download in there. If you do, finish that download or delete it if you can.
If that doesn't work or if that was not the problem, go to Settings>Store >Apple ID, tap your ID and sign out. Then reboot the iPad, Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Then go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and sign in again and see if the apps will update. -

Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
