Partner display for SERVICE TEAM in report /TMWFLOW/REP_REPORTING

Hi all I've the following question about report
/TMWFLOW/REP_REPORTING
For the Partner det. procedure which I'm using,  I set 3 possible types of partner for function type 0016 (service Team)
and exactely Developer Tester and IT Operator.
When i'm calling the report /TMWFLOW/REP_REPORTING I've the following behaviour :
If for a document I've mantained olny Developer, this value is displayer
If I've mantained Developer and tester in my business transaction, the tester partner is displayed.
How can I display always the Developer, which is the most important value? (ok, better both, but I prefer the developer)
I'm working on Solution Manager 7.00

You've mentioned that you are using ChaRM Reporting /TMWFLOW/REP_REPORTING.
Actually, for this topic, the "New ChaRM Reporting" /TMWFLOW/REPORTINGN was provided as an advanced tool to replace the old reporting tool. There are a lot of enhancements in this new functionality and we recommend you to adopt it and do not use the old reporting any longer.

  • Partner function for a team in Change Request Management

    I have defined a new transaction type based on Urgent Correction. I have three partner functions:
    Change Manager, Team Member and Quality Assurance Team. The first two partner functions are represented by single business partner so I can define them like employee. The third one should be represented by a team of persons, so that the Correction can be seen by every person belonging to this team in their worklist. How can I define a partner function like a team and how can I assign single business partner to the team. I would have something like this:
    I have three business partners A(11),B(12),C(13) belonging to the QA team(20). When I put 20 in the QA team field, i want that the correction is in the worklist of A,B,C.

    hi antonello lapolla,
    The business partner should automatically created for the Org unit.
    Now if you are trying to use the existing Org unit, the business partner are not assigned to them.
    Try this:
    1) You will have to activate HR integration.
    GO thru note 550055.
    maintain table T77S0 as per the obove notes:
    the following entry needs to be made:
    HRALX     HRAC     X     Activate HR Integration
    Check if the value X is present or not..
    Also try
    HRALX     PBPON     ON     description
    Entry should be made if its not there already.
    2) Create new Organization unit using IMG activity (Create a Root Unit for Your Organizational Structure under Service Desk node).
    Now to this org unit, right click create postions or Org unit under the newly created org Unit.
    Then you will find that Business partner is automatically assgined to the newly created Org unit.
    If business partners are not automatically created then apply following notes:
    0000997009 PPOME: Search help for business partners
    0001008656 Error message 5A XXX when you assign position

    Hi Phani,
    For the text of the material in records, check if there is text maintained for that material in the master data. also try by changing the text to medium text and long text.
    regarding header, you will have same heading for key and text, you may use Materail ID / Description as the heading if you want.

  • Display for Break colums in Report

    Portal 3.0.6.
    In a report I have setted three break columns.
    When the report is displayed the first break column (say Customer_name) is OK in the first row and then is displaying '-'(for the same value - Customer_name).
    The second break column(say Order_code) is OK in the first row and then is displaying ' ' for the same value(Order Code);
    The third break column is displayed Ok.
    Another question: I have a date field in format dd-mon-yyyy hh24:mi:ss which I will like to be displayed in a row no wrapping.
    I am looking forward for some help on this tricks.

  • How can I see planned values for services in PS reports?

    Hi experts.
    We are implementing PS for a mining company; in our process, project designers plan materials and services in networks and then get planned values for budget requests.
    The problem I am facing is that I cannot see the planned values from services in the plan values reports. No value is exhibited for version 0 if I plan only services in a network. For materials planning I can visualize planned values normally. The network is not released. On example of planning values report that I am using is s_alr_87013533.
    Does anyone know how to correct this problem with PS configuration?
    Any help is welcome. Thanks!

    for planning services I am assuming that you are using service activity
    check if determine plan cost is set up in the network header
    secondly make sure that the plan costing variant is set up with the valuation variant  to define where to get the plan values from

    I have tried ur scenario. Mass change for service master was possible using the TCode: MASS. But if u go to the Tcode:MASS, system asks object type. object type for service is not available in the match code/input help(F4).
    At any time, if u want to know the object type for any transaction , goto the Tcode: SW02.(path: SAP Easy access: SAP Menu->tools-> ABAP work bench->overview->business object overview( SW02).
    click on materials mgmt.-> external services mgmt.-> service master ( in the tree list).
    Object type for service master: BUS1005
    this business object is useful for list display for service master records(get list), read detail data for a service master record, create& change service, display object, check existance of object.
    object type for attributes in service master: IFSAP
    reference table: ASMD
    goto SW02, to find object type for any transaction.

    Hello Ankit ,
    Please go into Transaction SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Materials Management -> External Services Management ->
    Service Master -> Field Display for Service Master -> Define Field Selection for Service Master ( Individual Maintenance ).
    Click on the "Influencing" button. This is where you should be able to make the changes to each field for all of your Service Categories.

  • Employee business partner ID showing up in "Service Team" column of query

    Hey everyone,
    We have a strange problem appearing in our Solution Manager. In workcenter, when we build a query that shows the "Service Team" column we find that while the "Support Team" shows up for most of the results (which is correct) a few of the results displays employee business partner IDs instead (despite the message having Support Teams assigned to them).
    Through investigation we've found out that all of these business partners are assigned to roles in the message (reported by, message processor, functional analyst etc etc.) Interesting to note that the business partner ID showing up in the "Service Team" column is always the LAST business partner record on the "Business Partner" tab of the message.
    So if the business partner tab looks like this:
    Partner Function       Partners
    Reported by              A1
    Support Team           B1
    Message Processor C1
    Functional Analyst    D1
    D1 would show up in the Service Team column despite there being a Support Team assigned. If a new partner is assigned and a new record appears below the Functional Analyst D1 record, that new partner's ID appears in the "Service Team" column instead.
    Does anyone have an idea of why this could be happening to these few recordcs and how to ensure the "Support Team" is the value showing up in the "Service Team" column?

    You can go to the infoobject setting RSD1 and check the help f4 attributes and select only those which you want. this afect for infoobject 0COSTCENTER not for any specific query.

    You can use FM CRM_SERVICE_PORTAL_SEARCH to search for Service Requests based upon various input parameters including Partner Number and Partner Function.

  • How do I set-up my Dataset to pull data for Service Requests for a report

    I am using SQL Server 2012 Report Builder 3.0.
    I have my Data Source added - DWDataMart
    I want to build my Dataset to query and find a very specific item. Basically I am creating a daily report that will show what each "team" or Support Group (AD Object) Closed that day. He also wants the ability to open it by date, so if he misses
    a day he can get it later.
    I am totally new to this report building and only got this far by following a guide on a blog, but he used incident Reports in his example, and I do not know what objects to query for service requests.

    First, you will need to get the support group ID's in the warehouse before you can run reports for them.  I found that putting these queries in their own stored procedure was a better path.

    Enter the the support group ID's into your work item query.
    Incident information is in dbo.IncidentDim and Service Requests are found in dbo.ServiceRequestDim.  Both incidents and service requests link to relationship data through dbo.WorkItemDim.  You can INNER JOIN on BaseManagedEntityId to link the incident
    or service request to the workitem entry and from there to the Assigned Users, Affected Users, or Affected Configuration Items.  Each relationship has it's own separate fact views.
    If you poke about in the tables, you will find it pretty easy to pull back all sorts of information from the data warehouse.

    Yes, WBS wise PO details showing in T-code ME2J - Purchasing Document Per Project .
    Enter the above T-code and select Database Profile ' 000000000008-PO Display for WBS' then give inputs project code,WBS Element,plant,Scope fo List-'ALV'.and  execute the report.  Now, report showing the selected WBS Purchase documents.

  • Responsible Service Org and Service Team (partner function)

    Hi all CRM gurus,
    I'm trying to understand the reasons behind the following design and I hope someone can clarify some points for me:
    1. Organisation structure in CRM is set up with service organisation followed by service team, e.g.
    ABC Company
    |_Call Center 1 (the service organisation indicator under Function is selected)
      |_ Region A
                       |_ Service Team A (the local service team indicator under Function is selected)
                                     |_ User Nancy
    |_Call Center 2 (the service organisation indicator under Function is selected)
      |_ Region B (the service organisation indicator under Function is selected)
                       |_Service Team B (the local service team indicator under Function is selected)
                                     |_ User Mary
    2. Organisation determination is set up using rule 14000148 and assigned to the transaction type Z001 for interaction transaction.
    3. A service team partner function is created and set up to be determined automatically via the user's assignment in the org structure (14000148). This partner is configured to be made available on the interaction record screen.
    4. When a new interaction is created by user Nancy, the system automatically derives the following
    Responsible service org = 'Service Team A'
    Service organisation = 'Call Center 1'
    Service team partner = 'Service Team A'
    5. When user Nancy decides that this call should be looked after by another group, she assigns the user Mary and changes the Service team partner to 'Service Team B'. The reason why she has to change the service team partner manually is that the system does not automatically re-determine the partner in change mode.
    What I can see is that the focus here is on the service team (which is the partner) and there is no means to update the service organisation and responsible service organisation. So, when the user is changed to Mary, although the service team is captured correctly, the corresponding responsible service organisation (i.e. Service Team B) and service organisation (i.e. call center 1) still remains the same. Is this acceptable?
    I would think that the responsible service organisation and service organisation needs to be re-determined but this is not the case.
    Are there any reasons why one would not re-determine the responsible service and service organisations?
    The service team (partner) and the responsible service and service orgs seem to be handled quite independently which is another area that I don't understand. What is the benefit of having a service team partner?
    I have not seen a lot of queries in this area so am not sure whether my thinking is correct or not.
    Appreciate some pointers on the above.

  • Analysis service cubes - Utilisation report, how to extract resource, team assignment information

    I am using Excel 2013 and attached an external data source from analysis services OLAP cube that Project Server 2013 builds.
    The cube I am using is portfolio analyser.
    I would like categorise the resources by which team they are part of firstly, i.e. Project Management, Technical Services, Delivery
    I have created a PowerPivot table and would like group each user by team and then by resource name, capacity, work and availability. Time across the top, so I can see this for Year, month, and weekly utilisation.
    How can I get the team that each is resource is assigned from this cube?

    I think the field I require is listed in the Enterprise Custom Fields and Lookup Tables section of PWA, however I believe it was a default field that came pre-configured OOB after install. The exact field I require is located if you go to; PWA Settings
    > Security >Manage Users > Select User> Team Details > Team Name.
    As you can see by the description next team name, there are instructions advising on how to populate the team names for your organisation. So it was a pre-configured field. 
    Team Details    
    Team Details are optional and are used to define team membership and the team resource that represents a team. Before you set these options use "Server Settings"/"Enterprise Custom Fields and Lookup Tables" to create a lookup table that
    contains your team names, and edit the "Team Name" resource custom field to use this lookup table.
    Team Name is used to indicate team membership - each resource in a team will have the same value for Team Name. 
    The Team Assignment Pool check box is selected for the team resource, used when assigning tasks to the team. Often a generic resource will be used with the assignment owner field set as the team manager.
    So I have entered in all my appropriate organisation team names in the Lookup Table for Custom Field; Team.
    I have assigned each resource to one of the team names.
    Now I would like to create a PowerPivot Table and incorporate the resource team to be able to create a utilisation report based on each team within my organisation.
    After receiving the link from you above I have gone to central admin > Service Application > Project Server Service Application > OLAP Database Management > Configuration of Cube > Cube Dimensions > Resource >
    I have added "Team_Resource" to the selected dimension list. Then I completed a "Build Now".
    When I go back to my PowerPivot Excel sheet and refresh data I am able to see the new field however, it is not the field that I need.
    Can you confirm which field I would need to add?
    Is this field a multi field?

    I need a report that will show validity periods against price conditions for services in a contract. Can't find anything through the menus, SAP Help, Google.
    Is there something as standard or will I need to cobble something together? The report needs to display conditions and validity periods by service / contract.

    Thanks for those, I had already found and tried a couple of those transaction. For some reason, those transactions aren't returning any results. I can get results if I branch into the 'Conditon info' screen, but unfortunately in this case the actual service numbers aren't quoted.
