Paymen Proposal Could Not Be Carried Out

Hi to all
I am posting an expenditure transaction by using the t code RVND for yourself cheque creation with out vendor creation and one entry is generating in background.
the enry is
Expense a/c DR
clearing a/c for payment CR
Then after i am running Payment Program.At that time i am getting the message as "Payment proposal could not be carried out"
Can you help me.

Hi,
F110 is meant fro the payments we are supposed to make if we know who the vendors is, otherwise to whom will the system pay money, how will the system under stand to whom it should be paid, more over all the credit purchases we have made from the vendors or advance paynments from us to the vendors will be processed .
Clearing account is not the payment made through bank, hence it is showing you the errors.

I did payment run program for one vendor F110 i have 3 invoice. within this invoice one invoice i did payment block at the time of payment proposal in F110 , the remaining two i cleared and i got all result after some days according to the next payment run date i am trying to do payment run F110, At the time schedule proposal the error system showing "PAYMENT PROPOSAL COULD NOT BE CARRIED OUT". Now i need clear that invoice wht i do through F110.....

Please go to Su01 enter your user ID click on default Tab and in output Device field please enter Output device and then re-run the proposal again.

F110 - Message Payment proposal could not be carried out

Need help..
In the F110 Payment proposal when executed is showingh error
Payment proposal could not be carried out.
The log says
" Overlap with payment run 25.02.2009 DOREE     .... the execution of the payment program is terminated     .
I checked the payment proposal for 26.02.2009 and for that no parameters have been entered and it shows status as " No parameters entered as yet ".
But when I went to menu path , there is no option to delete this run.
How do I getaway with this previous run which has problems..?

Hi ,
table "reguh" doesn't have any entries pertaining to this payment proposal.
It is just that parameters are entered and proposal is being run.
proposals are not yet created. I believe in the process it is hitting an error and then coming out saying
proposal canot be carried out.
Tried the previous solution by having the additional log parameters and all.
But still log only shows :
Log for proposal run for payment on 26.03.2009, identification DORE
Overlap with payment run 25.02.2009 DOREE
... the execution of the payment program is terminated
End of log
How to delete this payment run 25.02.2009 DOREE

Operation ' Change Attribute TSTATE ' could not be carried out for Request

hi,
i am unable to delete the request Id from DSO. and when i checked that, it says request is partially activated(error occured during the activation)
and when i checked the logs i got the following error messages:
Operation ' Change Attribute TSTATE ' could not be carried out for Request 609249
Termination in problem report 'RSS2_DTP_RNR_SUBSEQ_PROC_SET' in row ' 361'
i even thought it was BASIS issue but it was not.
due to this error the process chain is failing daily

i tried using the both the methods you had mentioned, i am able to delete the request at that moment but its again coming back, i think as it is a partially activated request so may be that is why it is happening

Operation ' Change Attribute TSTATE ' could not be carried out

Hi All,
When I attempt to compress an infocube I get the following error messages:
@5C\QError@ Operation ' Change Attribute TSTATE ' could not be carried out for Request 1114486
@5C\QError@ Termination in problem report 'RSS2_DTP_RNR_SUBSEQ_PROC_SET' in row '255'
I checked the request 1114486 in infocube and saw that its status is green however the overall status in the load monitor was "deleted".
How can I fix the problem with this request ?
It is a very old request and it was already uploaded to several other targets.

hi,
It can be due to large data volume which might require more system resources then usual, see if there is any dump related to this in ST22, Also check whether any request is currently running on cubefor data loaded to cubeor getting load to further targets
try compression for less requests say 3 or 4, see if it works or not

Results recording could not be carried out

Hi all ,
You cannot record any characteristic results for this inspection lot. The material master has been set up for the existing inspection type in such a way that results recording is not supported .
where can i find the setting in the material master so that i can make result recording .

Go to mm02>Qm view->sleect inspection type--->click on check char & Inpsect with task list
then result recording from next lot will be possible

"This document could not be checked out." SharePoint 2010 checkout action using IE8

I am setting up a two-server farm, and most everything works, except the checkout action for a document. This problem occurs in both site collections, one of which requires checkout, and the other does not.
Here are the options I've tried:
Snow Leopard, Firefox 3.0.1 - works
Snow Leopard, Safari - works
Win 2003, IE 7 - works
XP, Firefox - works
XP, IE 8 - "This document could not be checked out. You may not have permission to check out the document or it is already checked out or locked for editing by another user."
In IE8, I am able to open a document as read only then use the button presented by Word to check out the document. I cannot use that as a workaround, as not all users have a version of Office that will allow checkout in that way.
Checkin works fine. I need to resolve the checkout error.

I was having the same problem mentioned here. I noted that this problem only appears when I use the FQDN in the URL ex 'http://hostname.domain.com/default.aspx'. If I access the Sharepoint site using the URL 'http://hostname/default.aspx', then
I do not have any problems checking files in or out.
I ran into this same error pattern when trying to do a document edit (library is set to force a check out), or do a direct check out via the ribbon menu or item context menu. Oddly enough when we would use the 'Edit Properties' ribbon button (which forces
a check out) we did not get an error and the document's status would change to 'checked out'. Below are the two messages we would receive when trying to do a check out:
IE error message - "This document could not be checked out. You may not have permission to check out this document or it is already checked out or locked by another user." - Click OK
IE Error message - "The document could not be opened for editing. A Microsoft SharePoint Foundation compatible application could not be found to edit the document." - Click OK
After trying several different suggestions I realized that I wasn't having the problem when I was accessing the site locally via FQDN but only when I was using the Public Site URL (via https). Turns out we were getting the error because we did not have
an AAM currectly setup. Once I changed our AAM for the Internet zone with the Public URL value instead of the FQDN the error went away.
Hope this helps anyone else trying to track this down. Oh and this was SP2010 w/SP1 (Patch version 14.0.6106.5001) on Win2008 R2 with clients running both Win7 and WinXP using IE8.

Availability check should not be carried out in Quotation VA21

While creating the quotation we want that availibility check should not be carried out when user enter the material code on VA21 screen, as per the material lead time system should directly set the delivery schdule date, as in many cases if some other user is working on the same material then system save the quotation with confiirm quanity as zero in the schdule line, thsi we want for only one lant. what setting can be made for this.

For this, first you need to identify what item categories are assigned to quotation which you can find in VOV4. Next for these item categories, you need to list the relevant schedule line categories from VOV6

Scheduling can not be carried out

i am facing some problem in scheduling of production orders,during creation of production order system gives an error message "No reqmts/caps exists or not relevant
scheduling". I have already defined the capacities in capacity header tab page and marked relevent to finite scheduling indicator.

i have maintained the following settings for scheduling;
1.OPJK : Capacity Availability Check ,Over all profile.
2.In OPU3 : On Detailed Scheduling tab i have maintained SellD,Generate Capacity tab check box ticked,Scheduling Ticked.
3.OPCG: Define operation Control key , i have ticked the Scheduling check box ticked.
4.CA02 capacity header the active version 1
5.relevent to finite scheduling check box ticked on capacity header tab page of work centre.
6.shift timings on capacity header tab page of workcentre.
7In opu5 combination of plant, order type and production scheduler is maintained.
still scheduling is not carried out.system proposes the same time and date as provided in basic finish date for backward scheduling.

Document Cancellation can not be carried Out

Dear SAP experts,..
I met a problem when carry a document cancellation..
We had a material which incidentally exist without batch management and so, the material don't have batch number and so its Shelf Life Expiration Date.
The material was used as usual. (Used for production process by Goods Issue for Production Order)..
The condition keep going for about 3 weeks until the end user had a mistake with her data entry and so the document must be cancelled.
The cancellation can't be carried out, and the message shows "Enter Shelf Life Expiration Date".
My Question :
- Why was Goods Issue transaction could be carried out without SLED and the cancellation must be carried out with SLED ..??
- What is the best action to solve this problem...

Are you getting message 12019?
Have you maintained the SLED in Plant storage view 1 in material master?
Set customizing so that it is not necessary to enter such a date for the used movement types. Maintain the data by using Transaction SM30 in View V_156_MHD.
Or
Deactivate using Customizing
Customizing via the following path:
Materials Management --> Inventory Management/Physical Inventory --> Goods Receipt --> Set expiration date check.
You should deactivate the check for the used movement types,

Outlook 2010 Mail Tips Could Not Be Retrieved / Out Of Office Doesn't work too.

Hi,
We have a small set up with 5 pc's and 1 server. All of the workstations are exactly the same.. specs,OS,software etc...
One of the users is currently experiencing "Mail Tips Could Not Be Retrieved" issue.
It shows up right above the SEND button when replying or sending a new e-mail.
Also Out Of Office / Automatic Replies function does not want to work as well. It asks me to try again later cause the server is not responding.
The funny thing is that this is happening only to a single user.
Here is what I've tried:
- Tested E-Mail AutoConfiguration - Autodiscovery works fine and points to the right directory.
- Deleted the profile and recreated it ... didn't work
- Added the same mailbox to another computer - IT WORKED
- Checked all the SSL settings for each virtual folder in IIS and they are all set to IGNORE the certificate.
The other strange thing is that when I try to download the OAB from the affected PC a credential window pops up and asks for the username/password
of the particular mailbox.. Once I enter them the "Mail Tips could not be retrieved" message disappears and Out Of Office is accessible and ready to be used.
Maybe Outlook 2010 setting or registry value ?

This sounds like an authentication issue for the Autodiscover/EWS URLs and your last paragraph basically confirmed it.
Is this PC domain joined and is this user logging on with his domain credentials and not locally to the computer?
Is the user able to access:
https://autodiscover.domain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml
or
https://domain.com/autodicover/autodiscover.xml
An xml-page should be returned with ErrorCode 600 Invalid Request.
Is there a TMG or UAG server involved here?
Also check the proxy settings in Internet Options (if configured/required).

ITunes could not connect - timed out

For the past year I've had no problems using iTunes and my Ipod. But for the past month I can't connect properly to iTunes. I get a message saying: "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. The Network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct etc etc". Not sure, but this may have occurred after I installed AVG bug software. Anyway, what am I supposed to do to "make sure my network settings are correct?" Any help appreciated. Thanks. Lloyd

Need help getting registered on my verizon .I could not complete .Locked out

I recently purchased a device from verizon and tried to register for my verizon on my phone and online .I entered the wrong code too many times and it locked me out before I could finish registering . I called customer support and after waiting for 45 minutes and talking to someone .They told me they could not unlock my account because I was not registered yet . Well no. I am not registered yet. Because it will not let me .I AM LOCKED OUT . They then transferred me to technical support and after waiting for another fifteen minutes I hung up .This is ridiculous if I cannot utilize the programs on my phone or access account info online I am missing out on features I want and need .I was in the process of buying phones for two other family members before this happened and now we might just go back to straight talk .Can someone please help ? hi, My iphone 4s suddenly could not search for carrier network. i tried to restore netwrok settings, restored complete mobile, changed network provider but nothing worked. Anyone with same experience advise whether it can sorted or not??

My fiancé started experiencing the same problem yesterday. I was able to solve her issue by creating a forwarding rule within her icloud prefrences.
Log into: www.icloud.com
Click the mail icon
Click the cog wheel in the upper right hand corner of the tool bar
Select "Rules..."
Click "Add a Rule..."
Select and fill in the following information so that the rule says:
"If a message 'is addressed to' [email protected] Then 'Forward to' [email protected]"
Click done. (Obviously, type your actual email addresses in the address bars.)
Unfortunately, you won't receive any email that was sent prior to creating this rule, but you should receive all new email.
