Payment Method Rejected. Situation Explained.

Dear All,
Im new to the support communities, and am looking for help.
Situation:
My Iphone uses "Apple Id #1" with "Creditcard #1."
I bought an Ipad for my father, and have created an apple id for him ("Apple Id #2"), but with "Creditcard #1".
I bought an app for him in the app store with no problem at all.
However, now when I went into my iphone, which uses "Apple Id #1", and want to update my apps, I cannot do this anymore as I constantly receive the message "Payment method rejected, please choose another one".
I have already tried to delete the credit card information in Apple Id #2, as I thought it might be the issue that you cannot have two accounts running on the same credit card, but still on my Apple Id #1, the payment method is rejected.
Please help resolve this issue!

    Last night i downloaded some apps, that i had to pay for using my Visa Credit Card. I have had this set as my payment method for ages. Anyway, it all worked and i got the apps, but today i tried to download another app, which was free and i had to sign in to my Apple ID or whatever the prompt is, so that i could download the free app.
    I signed in and recieved another popup asking me to sign in and review billing information. I pressed OK and signed in again and was taken to the billing information and payment information page. On this page it says that there was an error with a previous purchase from the App Store and that i must check all my payment information is correct.  All the information that i had entered there when first adding my payment method was still there. Except for the security code.
    I re-entered the security code and pressed done, and the page said that the payment information was not valid, or not allowed and asks me to change my payment information and / or method. So i re-enter all my information for my payment method and it still doesn' t work. It still says that there is an error with a previous purchase and that i must recheck or change my payment and billing information. The error cannot be right though, as all the apps that i have either downloaded or bought have downloaded fine.
    Sometimes the error message changes to saying my payment information has been rejected, which cannot be right either, as i was using the payment method yesterday. I know i don't have any funds in my account at the moment, but that should not be relevant as i am trying to download a free app.
    I tried downloading different free apps, but was unsuccessful.
    Because I spent around an hour or so trying to download the app, i then downloaded the lastest software update, which was 6.0.1 or something. I updated from the 5.something software.
    I was still unable to download anything from the app store.
    I have tried to edit the billing and payment information from the App Store, Safari on the Iphone and from Google Chrome on my computer, none of these have helped.
    If someone has a soloution or if Apple can sort my account out, i will be so grateful.
    I use an Iphone 3gs and updated the software on it after my payment information wasn't working for about an hour.

    This happened to me about a year ago, call Apple customer service and they should be able to help. It had something to do with Apple's system not reading the credit card info correctly even if it had been stored and worked fine before. They fixed my problem instantly after I wasted alot of time trying to get things to work.

    We're all just users like you.
    But I can tell you without reservation that PayPal cannot be used in an iOS app.

    My iTunes no longer accepts my card as payment, I tried re-inputting the card details but it has repeatedly told me the payment method isn't valid. My account has money in it and the card works in shops, at cash points and on websites etc. Why has it suddenly stopped accepting my card out of nowhere and is there anyway of getting it working again please?

    Make sure the information on your account is the same with your bank. I'd also suggest calling the bank and inquire if there are issues with your account. You can also contact support and have your account checked.

    Our organization is in the process of looking to pay vendors via credit card instead of ACH or check.  Our users already have a P-Card to make their individual purchases.  However, this will be different from the credit card used to pay vendors.
    How do we set this up so that open invoices are paid via credit card?  Do we need to set up a new payment method?  Where/How do we identify the credit card information for the vendor?

    In SAP settlement is initiated using the transaction FCC1. All the valid
    authorization is submitted in a batch to the payment application at scheduled
    intervals as specified by the third party processor.
    The payment application encrypts this data and communicates with the third
    party processor. The third party processor checks if the settlement request has a
    valid authorization against it. The third party processor then transfers the fund
    from the cardholder’s bank to the merchant bank.

    Well, it happened again.  This time I'm done with Skype.  A ten-year customer, and they've finally worn me down and worn me out.  Yes, after 30 minutes of constant escalation, requesting a supervisor, and finally threatening to walk, they offered another annual contract at 6 cents more a year.  But at the cost of making me sign up all over again, and after wasting my time both last year and this year.  And I am DONE.  I will use my remaining Skype credit for the few online teaching video conferences I have to do, but no more subscriptions.  Bye, Skype.  I would provide adjectives for how horrible your customer service is, but they would all be profane.

    Hi guys: Can anyone please explain whats going on in my situation?
    I have created an invoice via Fb60 with no payment method and this still gets picked up in F110 when I specify the payment method in f110. I have the payment method in the vendor master.
    How come this is not an exception?

    Hi Brian,
    APP puts an invoice in exception list with relation to payment methos only if the payment method is not assigned in the vendor master record as well as vendor invoice.
    If you have assigned pay. method in vendor master record and not in the invoice then APP will pick the payment method from The Master record.
    If you have assigned payment method in invoice but not master recored then APP will refer to payment method in invoice.
    If you have niether assigned the payment method in master recored nor in invoice APP will put that invoice in exception list.
    If the payment method entered in the APP parameter is diff than the method assigned in master record and/or invoice then then APP will put that invoice in exception list.

    I've been trying to download an app for about two hours now. I recently got a new Macbook and iPad, my iPhone is a bit older and has been used frequently. I have only bought paid apps with my iPhone (and other iPad -- not usable currently). I have been trying to download a game which is $4.99 on my account, I have tried with my Mac, iPad, and iPhone, no luck. Every time I get a error saying "Your payment method was declined. Please enter another payment method". I know for a fact I have more than enough money to pay for this app. All the details have been checked and checked again. What is the problem?
    I also get an error when first buying the game (or attemting to) and it says something along the lines of "You've recently used a new device or computer to access this apple id, please sign in to confirm your purchase". That then leads to my confirmation of my security code on my card, which is triggering the first mentioned error.
    Apple Support has not yet given me a response, can any of you help?

    I think that for some international copyright issue, Apple is now blocking purchases from your store if they detect that your IP is outside the frontiers. I've been using my Canadian Visa Card for two years to purchase from France on ITune Store Canada and I never had a problem until today. Impossible to buy RunKeeper Pro. I get the same message you get. The only option seems to swithch back to IStore France and modify the account details with a french address and a french credit card.
    Are you in a similar situation?

    You need to immediately pull credit reports to see what else he has done.  Then "freeze" the credit report at all three agencies.  That way even you need to lift the freeze to add credit cards or other credit items to your SSN.
