  • Audit components for Audit Management

    Hi,  I am busy with a proto-type for Audit Management.
    I would like to set up an audit component called Functional location which then integrates with the Functional location structure set up in Plant Maintenance.
    I have configured the Audit component in SPRO under 'Specify Audit types' to search for the functional location number (TPLNR) in table IFLOT.
    When I then click on the drop down list,  I cannot see a description next to the Functional location number.  I know the description is in another field/table but is there a way that I can get the description of the Functional location into the F4 search result screen?
    Or do I need to activate a BADI for this to happen?

    Hi,
    In the same customization step you must enter a search help for the field. For the data element n question the predefined search help is IFLM. But you can create a Z search help in SE11 as well and use it in audit component.

    I try to use BADI PLM_AUDIT_APPEARANCE & PLM_AUDIT_ATTRIBUTES to enhance screen for audit management(TC:PLMD_AUDIT) ,but it looks don't work

    It is not possible in SAP ERP 6.0, it could only be by a repair development. The appereance BADI does not add extra fields but it is used to influence the display of existing structure. It was said that new BADIs for this fuunctions will be introduced in enhancement packages. We did not implement any enhancement packages at the moment, so I am not really sure.

  • TREX index for Records management in CRM

    Hi All,
    Hopefully this is the correct forum to post this question, if not please let me know the correct one.
    Does anyone have any information on linking TREX to RMPS?
    This is to resolve an issue where the case search on business partner first and last name fields are case sensitive in the electronic desk.  In the DMWB we have ticked the Index-Relevant option but have been advised that we also need the link to TREX.
    I have set up a TREX search index for the Solutions database in the past but setting this up for Records management doesn't seem to be as easy.

    Here my doubt is, if I create Transactional iView, do I require user license(R/3 user login) for all users. My requirement is like, generally Team leaders do shift planning of their reportees in my company.So I need to give access to all the team leader. If user license required for all team leaders, then it would be very expensive. Is there any possibility to skip the user license.

    Dear all,
    What are the standard solutions available in SAP CRM to receive and process complaints through Customer Interaction Center.
    Our requirement is to receive and register complaints from contact center and process them by integrating back end ECC and BIW systems.
    As per my understanding we can not integrate ECC transactions in CASE Management while CASES are being created through Interaction Center.
    Please help me to map the following requirement successfully into SAP.
    How to register the complaint through Interaction Center?
    How this complaint information is communicated in back end ECC system?
    How to track the status and solution of the complaint available in back end ECC system?
    How the complaints are stored in ECC system?
    After creation of a complaint, can we trigger an automatic email on back end ECC system user with all complaint relevant data?
    Kindly help me to understand the process.

  • Audit Management: Question List (questionnaire)

    Hello,
    There is a scenario where a questionnaire is required to be created at the time of 'Opportunity Creation' in order to perform some checks. This is required to be incorporated within the opportunity flow. example: <i>based on the asnwer in question the status of the opportunity would change.</i>
    In this context:
    <b>1.</b> In configuration <b>IMG --> CRM --> Audit Management --> Question List</b>, there is a option "Question List". Could that be used for this purpose ?. If 'Yes'  than Is it possible to use these questionnaire for other application then Audit Management ?
    <b>2.</b> Is there a option to create a questionnaire in SAP-CRM (sales) and assign it to the opportunity flow ? how this can be achieved?
    <b>3.</b> What can be the other approach options to achieve this functionality ?

  • Step by step instructions to create a Simple PCUI Application

    I am very new to PCUI and have been trying to get a simple application up and running for the last few days. There always seems to be some problem or the other. At times it gives a dump, at times it gives me a screen without the search request or search result area and when i get all of these done, my application just does not invoke the Query method.
    I would appreciate it if you could give me Step by Step instructions to create a simple PCUI application to search for some data from an existing database table and display it.

  • Create a follow-on audit in SAP Audit Management

    Hi,  I am struggling with figuring out how to create a subsequent or follow-on audit in SAP Audit Management.
    I am aware of the "Subsequent audit required" check box on the evaluation screen of the Audit, but as far as I could tell from other people's feedback is that the system does not create a follow-on audit automatically.
    How then does the system recognize the "Last Audit" when you click on the "Display Last Audit" button?

    Hi,
    "Subsequent audit required" check box is just informative. It does not automatically create an audit.
    When you click on the "Display Last Audit" button, system finds the last completed audit for the audit object assigned. You can customize the function of this button by a BADI, defined in customization for Audit Management.

    i am getting problem while importing an audit plan from XML. The import button ( import FROM XML) is disabled.

    Customers can use valuation specifications to get dropdown result for a question.
    Create your own valuation profile and then assign valuation proposals to this profile to get dropdown values.

  • CAPA Status in Audit Management module

    Dear All,
    I want to change the status of CAPA from 'Confirm' to 'Outstanding'. Is it possible to do?
    We can undo the status of Audit Plan and Audit if it is released. Can it be possible in case of CAPA once it is cofirmed.

    Hi Smita,
    I think there is no meaning to change the status from Confirmed to Outstanding because the Completed status is changed to Confirmed status by compatent person.
    If you still want to go ahead with the same scenario you can map the requirement as bellow :
    u2022Configure 'Status Profile for User Status' in IMG activity 'System Adjustment' for Audit Management. Here you have to Create new status profile and define the status network by assigning Lower and Higher status accordingly.
    u2022In your case create new/ edit existing status profile and assign Lowest Status u2018Outstandingu2019 to u2018Confirmedu2019 Status.
    u2022Assign Object type u2018Corrective & Preventive Actionu2019 with the help of Object Type button on tool bar.
